We begin today's show with Bill bringing Alan's ashes for his final resting place. The beach and the water. Alex, Phillip, Beth, James, Lizzie and Bill, along with Buzz and Lillian are there for Alan. They let Buzz say the eulogy to Alan. They all take a handful of Alan's ashes and give them to the beach or in the water. Farewell, Alan, it has been good to know you. Boo Hoo! Josh tells Billy he knows life is too short and he should have kidnapped Reva a year ago and marry his love of his life. Then why didn't you Josh ? It's too late now, we would have loved that move!! A big surprise is in store for many of you, but, I won't tell this one. I was surprised to see this happening. You'll like it! Jeffrey, calls Jon and tells him he plans on killing Edmond today, but, this doesn't happen today. There are so many happenings on this show and I don't want to be the one to spoil all of them for you. So, now that we are down to one more day, there is a lot of sadness in my heart.

I was going to say it was a bittersweet episode, and it is today. A lot of happiness for some of the characters, and lots of sadness for others. The writers are trying to end 72 years of drama into one more day.
Tomorrow will be hard to watch, knowing we will not be able to tune in Monday morning or afternoon to catch our beloved soap. The tears we saw today from the actors, said a lot, it is an ending in their lives, too!

Yes, trying to tie everything up so quickly puts you on an emotional rollercoaster...so many ups & downs all it once is too much!! Bad enough it's ending, now there is so much left to the imagination that we will never know what really happens to our beloved characters. Wish the show could have gone on forever...

Today's episode was so emotional. Happy one minute, sad the next, all while crying the entire time. Marj/Alex has done an outstanding job the past few days. I've always loved her. Don't laugh, but growing up over the years, I always thought it would have been great to have her as an aunt or a grandma. Knowing that Danny, Michelle, and their kids are moving back to Springfield made me happy, but also sad. I have wanted them to come back ever since they first left. Having Bill and Lizzie together, happy, seeing how much they love each other, and Sarah back. Geeze, I gotta stop this. It is only making me miss GL even more. The only thing that I could have done without on today's episode was Edmond and Jeffery. They wasted too much valuable time today on these two.

Today was a wonderful episode. I was so happy for Fletcher and Alex, Jon, Holly and Ed, Daisy, Danny and Michelle, etc. I will be very sad tomorrow as I watch the last show. It is a darn shame that PG feels a game show will attract an audience. GL can never be replaced. Goodbye Light! I love you!!

I'vw been watching GL for many many years. It was sad to see Alan Spauling pass on. The last few weeks of the show has been very good. I'm going to really miss the show.
