I have obviously missed something along the way,
Am I mistaken, or is Lizzie pregnant???

The actress who plays Lizzie has been obviously pregnant for a long while now.The character is NOT but wants to be.You didn't miss anything but some clumsy attempts to hide her pregnancy behind huge purses,potted palms and baggy clothes.

Clumsy attempts to not hide it. Most of the time the last 3-4 weeks they haven't even bothered.
