I've been watching GL for about 12 years. I'm sure from all I've heard that Reva & Josh had quite a flamboyant past. But Josh is just so darn GOOD it makes my blood sugar skyrocket. BORING!!!! He's pukie. Now Jeffrey, he'll keep ya on your toes, never know what to expect & ooohh sssssooooo good to look at. He's one hunk of man I'd like to try & tame!! Maybe while Josh is in Venezuela he can start a new church & marry a librarian.

I agree clicquot1, I think you have to be a long time fan of GL to really get the Josh & Reva "always", there is just so much history & love there that newer fans just can't understand or see. I keep hoping for a Reva & Josh always ending, but I don't see it happening, but a girl can always dream....

If the writers would have put Josh and Reva back together again, many of us would be the happiest fans in town. We have followed this romance since the beginning through all their trials and errors, marriages, breakups, reuniting, children, and now grandchildren. I just wanted to see them standing on the last day, holding hands, discussing their future together, until their dying days. But, no, we areleft empty and heartbroken. I just wanted some happiness for this soulmate couple. Boo, to the writers, they helped us lose this long time soap!!!

I have been a fan of GL for almost 50yrs. and I see Josh as an extremely handsome, and sexy man! He has actually gotten better and better as the years have rolled on.

But, Jeffrey has to be one of, if not; the sexiest man on any CBS (only network I watch)soap on air !!
Between those eyes, that smile, that body, and that adventurous, "handle my business" attitude of his.

I'm sorry, but as much as I love Josh, I have to give the
"MR. Sexy" title to Jeffrey.
Takes a man like Jeffrey to handle a woman like Reva.

Josh and Reva always!! Like I've stated before I've watched GL for over 20 years. I like Jeffery and Reva together also, but they aren't like Reva and her Bud. Josh is one sexy man. He's old enough to be my father, but he is hot to me. Now Jeffery is pretty sexy also don't get me wrong. I was hoping for Josh and Reva to end up together also!!!!

HOTTNESS, just like BEAUTY is in the eye of the beholder and MANY, MANY, MANY LONG_TIME FANS LOVE LOVE LOVE JOSH & REVA. I personally, do NOT see what all the attention that is thrown Jefferie's way is all about. He just doesn't do it for me and he NEVER has and I wasn't all that hot for KING RICHARD either, but JOSH & REVA. ALWAY, BUD! ALWAYS, REVA. Liked him as KING RICHARD with CASSIE but NEVER as JEFFERY with REVA. When he was KING RICHARD I just loved him with CASSIE and her character wasn't such a mess, it just seems like TPTB took a decent character and turned her into something totally different all at the expense of the REVA character. That's when they lost me, oh and when they "turned" PHILLIP and had HOLLY kidnapping children. Stayed away for quite sometime, and PHILLIP's return couldn't even save the show. But, by then the DAMAGE had already been done. JMO.

I have been a fan since the early black and white 50's . So no, not all longtime fans want Josh and Reva "always". They were a wonderful love story for several years. They lost that and became a rather sad story of blame and criticism. Reva said "You are not enough for me" like a slap in the face to Josh. She lied about the cancer and turned tail and ran. Josh could never take all her shenanigans, she embarrassed him often. He loved her, she loved him but the love turned to a deep friendship love. The "in love" with allyour heart eroded over the years and if they were suddenly stuck back together now I would see only more arguments.
Jeffrey can take her as she is and love the hell out of her too. And she him. This old longtime fan saw the love story but knows it's past. Reva adores Jeffrey, hopefully they will be happy forever.

BRAVA!BRAVA!BRAVA!Hands a virtual bouquet of roses(ya'll pick the color to each of DEBBIE LYNN, MERRYMARY, SHELL03, and LULUJONES. I still say have JEFFERY & EDMUND shoot each other with EDMUND dying and then the next scenen we see is JEFFERY waking up from a coma only the "twist" is HE IS REALLY KING RICHARD(still married to CASSIE only we only see the back of her head because the actress is on another soap). That would mean that JOSH & REVA are still married and that JOSH was NEVER married to CASSIE and TPTB could undo so much of the horror of the last several years. Oh, and I would have have MELINDA SUE & RUSTY getting married, PHILLIP with BETH, Rick meeting someone new(a doctor), and Matt meeting someone also. Let the characters be happy. Lizzie goes into labor and has a little boy and they name him ALAN. JMO

I think the candle has burned out for sure, When Josh told Reva he was leaving, she didn't seem very upset by it at all. She will continue to love him, for sure, but is no longer in love with him, Big difference. In fact, she seemed quite indifferent to the news. The flame has died.
