I just want to say one thing about today's show. GET OUT YOUR KLENEEX !!!! This is one show you won't want to miss, so I am not going to reveal too much. It is overwhelming, and you will be shocked, I was!!!! This is all I can write, as the tears are streaming down my cheeks. Please get back to the board after you watch this episode.

I really didn't want to give out that news about Alan, but, since you have let it out, So much happiness throughout the show, then bam, it took my breath away! I knew someone was going to die, but, I for one was truly shocked it was Alan. I truly feel like I lost a good friend! That is how much I have become involved with the GL for so many years. Tomorrow, will be such a sad day in Springfield for everyone.

Oh Merry, I just finished watching and I can't stop crying. It all seems so real to me now...Guiding Light is really over. I was sobbing uncontrollably today. Good thing my hubbie wasn't home to tease me about the tears..I might have punched him. I have been recording the last three weeks and will treasure those DVD's. It will be nice to watch in years to come. I CAN'T STOP CRYING...I DON'T WANT IT TO END!!!
GOOD BYE GUIDING LIGHT. YOU WILL TRUELY BE MISSED BY MANY

freckles, it is not going to get any easier either. I am still in shock about Alan! I usually don't read too many spoilers about future shows, but, this death floored me today. I wept with Phillip. I won't be home tomorrow morning to catch the 10:00 show, so I will have to watch it later in the day. This is one show I didn't want to wait to see. But, life happens, an I will catch up with it in the afternoon. The end is too near now!!!!

Are you kidding me? Alan dies! I normally read your spoiler at work then go home in the evening and watch the show. It sounds like a major tear jerker.

There are a lot of happy moments after the weddings, but, the tears come at the end. I cried with Beth and Phillip, too. This was a good episode in spite of the tears at the end.

Could I please ask you to stop writing about Alans death? As I said on the thread you started, I and many others do not want to read about it beforehand..........that is why the guidelines say you must put spoiler on it.....it spoils it for us that do not want to see it!! Every thread I pull up there it is, ruins it for me, been at this too many years to have it all ruined 4 days before the end. Thank you for your thoughts on it but I had rather not know beforehand, maybe that is just me!!

No, shorty it is not only you! I am totally ticked off as well, GL does not air until 2:00 where I live!
