Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I grew up watching GL in the 70's 80's and 90's and over in the new millienium. The Bauers,Lewis's,Reardons'Cooper's Chamberlins,the Raines,Marlers,and of course the Spauldings.I feel such loss and but I will try to hold on to the memories of the good days. Also the time when I was going to college in the early 80's and met Mike O'Leary on the 1 train going to the studio to tape the show, I will never forget what a nice guy he was and also when I met Tina Sloan on 57th and Lexington Avenue and she gave me her autograph. Such wonderful people and memories.

You should get with Phelprey Posse, she knows everyone on the show, you could keep us up on things after the show ends. How lucky you are to have seen these two, especially Rick, I so love him and have for many years....going to miss our friends on the show!!

Christmas shopping and get it over with before the crowd and before the store get busy and get it over with and beat the Christmas shopper its only 12 weeks before Christmas again so that's what i will be doing next week

I've only met the any actors at personal appearances, Michael O'Leary, Krista T (original and current Mindy), Jim Reardon. But the most exciting to me was in 1980, meeting John Wesley Shipp! I was totally in love with Kelly Nelson.

Just wanted to say Big ups to the entire cast from old to present! I have been watching GL since I was in the third grade. That was about 19 years ago. I am so sad about the cancellation of the show. I was heratbroken b/c the show had made so many switches that it turned me off and I just started back watching in January 2009. Anyways I will always remember the Cedars ball in from 1996 i believe when Reva returned and Josh was dating Annie Dutton. Loved the entire thing. I still go on Youtube and watch it. I just will miss everything about it. The Spauldings, Bauers, Lewis's, The Otalia story, Johnathon(love him) I can go on and on. Good luck to the cast on finding work.
