Don't feel bad or stop posting. There are alot of great friends on this board and we are all going to continue posting and keeping GL alive for many years to come. So stay with us and continue sharing your GL thoughts and memories. I don't always get replies to my post, but I have made many good friends since joining this board and I want to stay in touch with all of them after GL comes to an end. I did reply to your post in the Farewell Week post.

I'm fairly new here as well and my posts don't always get a lot of replies either. I'm going to miss GL terribly and hope to continue talking with all of you here.

Yes I do remember something like that, but I'm not sure if it was reva's house, or the Reardon boarding house. There was a storyline that had all of the older gentleman characters where there was a woman on a swing in a picture, and there was some sort of mystery behind that. Was that the same thing, or another storyline. I know some have been crazy, but I've enjoyed most of them.

I remember that storyline as well and I think it was in the Reardon boarding house. Didn't it have to do with the Annie Dutton character? Anyone remember her?

I've posted my comments and most times I don't get responses. I really don't care if I get responses, though. The posts are an outlet for me to speak my mind. If no one else agrees or disagrees, that's okay. Maybe someone out there got a new view. People don't always post even though they have good stuff to say.

I've brought up a few things that haven't gone anywhere, but when someone else posts the same thing, it's like the first time anyone mentioned it. I have wanted to post that I brought that up in the past and no one noticed, but in the end, it doesn't matter. Really. Don't be disheartened. It's like "Deal or No Deal"---"Post or Not Post". I do wish more people would post. I love to read them everyday. It's not hard to do. Log in, find your place, and post away.

Guiding Light will forever be the show that got the short end of the stick. Unbelievable that we have so few shows to go. If they don't bring Jeffrey back soon so we can have some happiness with Reva, there's not a thing I can do about it, but it better happen in the next episode. It just better!

I think the house was empty because I remember Olivia finding it and walking through. It took them to the past, I remember Josh being a wounded soldier in Civil War, Reva had to nurse him to health so Josh would be alive in the present. I remember the girl swinging picture at the Reardon house, but not many details. Henry, HB, and Brandon were involved.

Sorry you feel that way. I don't post much on here. I usually read topics and just dont reply. Everyone talks to everyone on here if there's something to say. If there's not, and they have nothing more to say, then there's nothing that will be said..

Good one, I agree with you, don't have a clue what we could do if they don't bring Jeffery back, can't say we will stop watching cause we are forced to do that aren't we?? I am like you, sure hope it happens. Just want to see them together with their sweet baby Collin..

One should not get unhappy about no one answering their post, happens a lot to all of us. I post more now than I used to but mostly I love to read them and especially from the ones that have done this for years.
Hang in there guidinglight_fan and just enjoy the site...

Hi everyone, my name is Karen, I'm 48 & live in FL. Been watching GL since 1978 or probably a couple of years before that - hard to remember that far back, so I've been watching it about 30 yrs off & on. I cried my eyes out right before Thursday's show ended. I even sobbed. Don't know how I'll make it through next week. I'm thinking about taping it Friday (while watching, of course) then watching it in the privacy of my home while hubby works (I'm unemployed right now)so if I need to cry I can & nobody will see me. Whew, you know, it's RARE for me to go on these sites, write to magazines, etc., but it felt good just getting that out of my system.

I want to keep in touch with everyone too! How will we all get through next week????
