Ok I know the end is near, but I really had a problem with Nat telling Olivia that she needs to help name "Their" baby. Maybe I didn't hear right so If I'm wrong.....apologies to everyone.

That baby is Franks and Natalia's not a sperm bank annonyomous. (sp)

They handled it well, but I think Frank is getting a little pived...Oh well like I said it's almost over so why biotch about it now right?

Well, obviously, Nat and Olivia will be raising the baby together,and will be in each others lives. Why shouldn't she have a say? They will no doubt be living as a family, and the baby will have two mothers. I hope they have the nerve to go through with this storyline, regardless of what others may think. She wants Olivia to be a part of the baby's life, and this is the start. Frank won't be pushed out, neither Olivia or Nat will make sure of that.

Don't believe that I would go so far as to say the baby will be raised by a family and by two mommies.....Olivia and Natalia are the most wishy washy "couple" that I have seen lately and they are not the people to be raising this baby. It is Franks and Natalies and that should be the end of the story. Natalie has already broken his heart once, why must she continue to do so?? I was furious when she asked O to go for the sonogram and see "their" baby, now she has ask her to name her!! If Frank was not present, then maybe, but since he is, then this is just wrong on so many levels........hate that a show I have watched for 55 years and one that is going to be gone in a short time, would end in this fashion....as fast as O ran to several different men when Nat was gone, shows me she is just not that into you Natalie!! I hate it for Frank, he deserves so much more than this.....maybe he and Blake will get together and seek custody and win.........wouldn't that be nice, then the two mommies could come visit....and this is NOT about two women being together, that is just fine by me, but the two women did not make this baby and the father should come first....just my opinion. Just the fact that the show is going off is so sad to me, I will miss it very much...it has been like a friend to a lot of people..

Frank does come "First", he's the only daddy involved. But this baby will have two mommies. It's a fact, three parents, all involved in the baby's life. The "Ivy Olivia" was just a simple writer's shout out to the fact that Jessica Leccia named her baby Ivy Lola. A cute "in house" joke. There's only 5 days left, enjoy and quick bellyaching. It's already filmed and shut down, nothing we say is going to change anything! It is what it is.

I don't agree!! How is Olivia that baby's mommy? Is her blood running thru it's viens? The answer is no! The only way Olivia could be her mom is if they have her adopt her but since I don't see Frank signing away his rights, I stand by my previous statement This baby has 2 parents!! Natalia and Frank. If by some (mistake) o & N marry she would be her step mother(i'll give you that) But the same goes for Frank if he gets remarried his new wife would also be this childs mommy so that what 3 mommies one baby? And even if they do get married unless olivia has legal custody of said child along with Natalisa if anything happened to Nat the baby would automatically be given to her remaining BIOLOGICAL parent! Thank god this whole mess is ending I wont have to think about it anymore!!

Edited to Add I would not have a problem with said s/l if O & N decided they would like to have a child and went to a sperm bank(or choose a donor). There is nothing wrong with adoption(I love how things get twisted sometimes) as it is legal and binding!! And Shorty, ITA!! I wish those 2 would get married and sue for full custody. Wonder how ok Nat would be with the baby having yet another mommy!! Oh and I do agree on the kids need and can use as much love and caring as they can get but that doesn't make that person a parent(unless O&N get married) and by the way saying because O is the flavor of the month and their for a "mom" to this baby thats a label too!!imo

I just think you all dont like the idea of Nat and Olivia being together, PERIOD. That's the bottom line. The more people who love and have the best interest in raising a child, the better, be it two mommies, two daddies, or whatever. And if Olivia and Nat are living together, Olivia will most certainly be like a second mommy to the baby. Just admit you dont like two women living together, and be done with it. Frank and Olivia's spawning that child was purely accidental. Not made out of love or anything else besides a weak moment. Two grown adults using protection is yet ANOTHER matter altogether. Yall can shoot me now, I have my vest on.

Treester, I agree with you. Since when does blood only make a parent? There are a lot of adoptive parents out there who would disagree with that poster's take. It comes out sounding very much against two women raising a baby, not protesting Frank's rights. No one in that picture is denying Frank anything. And the best interests of that baby is that it is surrounded with love by everyone. Parents, steps, or any other kind. Love is love, don't put a label on it.

And why would any court in America give Frank full custody away from Natalia? Cause she's gay? Step into this century and get real! Being gay is not going to cause her to be labeled as an unfit mother. I'm not gay and I know this. Why would a straight dad be better than a gay mom? Geez, I cannot believe you would post something that crass. But I will give you your opinion. You are just in another time period.

If it happens that I am "that poster", I do not really care how many people do or do not agree with me....what I wrote is my opinion and I have every right to do that without having to defend myself to people that do not even know me. This baby is not being adopted, he has both a mother and a father present...........all I am trying to say is they should be the main players in raising this child and making the decisions regarding the child.....pretty simple to me. Don't try to throw something into that when it does not belong there. I have always loved this site because you could have your opinion without someone telling you what you mean, there are enough sites where that takes place, let's please not start it on this one, there is enough going on with losing this show without that....thanks
