Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I was expecting for there to be a lot of spoiler talk and more going on with the show at this point, but in all honesty I am still bored. It is bad enough that GL has been cancelled and will be gone for good in just a few weeks, but are things going to get exciting? Does anyone have any good spoilers for the rest of the show? After seeing what GL has been put through and that horrible tribute from the Emmy's, I am starting to wonder if there is nothing to look forward to in the next few weeks.

I, for one, want the Edmond saga to be over. I want Jonathan to go back home to Springfield to live with his daughter, and Lizzie to have her little girl back in her life. I see this happening. I want Reva and Josh to get together, and Mallet and Dinah to hook up again. Alan, will save Phillips life, and hopefully not die at the end. I just want a lot of things to end with a happy note. It is so sad this soap is ending, but, can't we just have happy fans and many happy endings! OMO

Sounds good to me Merrymary. The GL fans deserve to have happy endings to our GL. I also want there to be a Bizzie baby on the way announcement before the end. I am still having a hard time believing that it is almost over.

I agree with you guys. I have a feeling that Lizzie will announce that she is pregnant. I also think that Lizzie will be reunited with Sarah. I really hope that is. I wonder if Reva will find out that Jeffrey is alive. I still want her back with Josh, but she has a right to know and so does her child. Looks like Olivia and Natalia are getting back together so hopefully that keeps up through the end.

i hope joshua and reva are together in the end . jeffery should of died in that crash, he really should have? ew this isn't a men's beauty pageant.senority over rules goodlooks. this is about 25+ years of history that jeva have endured together and which also speaks volume. jeffery's goodlooks and his little six years of volume don't speak loud enough nor does it tops 25+ yrs. so ew in making your decision i hope it's about business and nothing personal .

I for one want to whole John Doe murder thing to go away. I mean ppl in Sf have pretty much forgotten all about it but we still don't have Dinah back. Hopefully she comes back and all the charges will be droped. I would love to see her back with Shayne and Marinah and Mallet to be together! Let's hope some of these things happen before the light goes out!

Brendajoyce, EW did not make the choice for how the story ends. The writers do that, she is the executive producer. And I think by now most of the fans want Reva and Jeffery to be reunited.

Jenn, you mention the next "Few weeks". There are 2 episodes this week and 5 next week and it's done. What weeks are you referring to?

I am referring to this week and next. Technically it is a few weeks. Although 7 episodes sounds pretty depressing. I would really like to see some good stuff happen. We are so close and so many loose ends need to be tied up.

I think we are too close to the end for many more spoilers. GL ending is so heart breaking. I have been watching since I was in the 7th grade. I am now 49, needless to say that is a lot of years. I have loved and hated many storylines, but always stayed faithful to my beloved GL. It was an hour (much less if you can FF through commercials) a day to escape the real life and enjoy. I too started watching with my mother after school and have never stopped. As a long time fan I am wishing for a Josh & Reva reunion - as said before - too much history to ignore. Maybe Jeffrey could go live in Hawaii with Cassie. Thanks everyone for all the great posts! Hope it continues after 9/18

I want Phillip and Beth back together.I want Reva to fined out that Jeffery is not dead.I want Dinah to come home.I want Jonathah and Sarah to stay,And let Lizzie have time with Sarah.I want Matt and Blake to hook up.I wish that Rick,and Frank,and Mallet and Josh,all could fined happiness,I just want GL to go out with a bang,and a great one.

Has anyone heard if Dinah is going back to Sf? I would love to see her back and be with Shayne. At the end of yesterday's episode though it seemed that Dinah and Mallet were going to be together. They can not just end a scene with Mallet saying Dinah and ending it? Then they didn't show them today or tomorrow? Are we going to see them again? Hopefully both back at Sf with the ppl they need to be with. Dinah said that once she lft Sf she hasn't found a right place b/c Sf is her home.

The last day or two I have watched the episode on CBS.com and underneath it shows the time: 37 min. and 50 sec. We actually only get the show for 37 minutes, the rest is commercial, I thought that was a bit weird, it seemed like an hour every day.

I want Shayne and Dinah to reunite, with Baby Girl Lewis on the way.

I want Mallet and Harley to hook back up.

Marina to leave SF with or without Henry to California.

Frank and Blake to get together. (SO cute!)

Thats all I care about.
