I mean I love them both. I mean each of them were there at different times to help Reva. I mean Shayne was there when reva had her baby and cancer. And Johnathon was there to help her with Josh. so I mean I think they are both even. And I mean they eached had there reason to go off.

I just wish that Jonathan could tell his Momma that Jeffery is alive, it's killing me seeing all those photos all over her house. You know Daisy noticed those photos, so did Jonathan, Shayne only noticed Jonathan.....that's just wacky.

Shayne is not a war hero. He did clear landmines - which is definitely heroic.BUT you hit the nail on the head when you said neither he nor Marah ever come home when there is a crisis!

I think there are just some Jonathan haters out there who are going to bash him no matter what his character does! Thank goodness we are all free to have our own opinions!

Yes, that's exactly what I am saying! If my Mom was diagnosed with cancer there is NOTHING that would stop me from being there for her - including clearing landminds. Family comes FIRST. That is a value that was instilled within me from birth. It's not like he would have been leaving his important work to go party with Reva!

So seriously, I am saying Shayne's responsibility is to his family first and then to others. He sees that now and that's why it's so ironic that he is judging Jonathan and the reasons he has had to stay away from family and Springfield.

No matter how you cut it - Shayne has NO room to judge Jon about this topic.

That's the problem, You are all Jonathan fans, and we all know from past experience what that leads too. He's being very unfair to Shayne, whether you choose to admit it or not. I know how die hard fans are, no matter what they do, they are backed up 100%. I prefer to take each character as they come, and whats fair is fair. No need for Jonathan to treat his brother like a dirtbag. He's going through his own thing too.

I seem to remember Shayne treating Jon like a dirtbag when they first met. That's what put Jon on the defensive. Shayne was more than rude after attacking Jonathan. Now Jon is a bit put off by Shayne - can't blame him.
