Well it all sucks about GL being over. And you are so lucky to know the cast of GL!I myself would love to meet Gina!

Yeah but if you think about it all the writed kinda all suck!I mean they have there good days but most are just bad!

i just brought a book the 50th anniversary of guiding light on
ebay for 18.00 there is only a few left on ebay i just through i let you all know because it could go out of print so if you are interested in getting yours hands on it do it now this is my keep sake of guiding light.

Is it possible for GL to be picked up by another network????That's exactly what I was thinking? That would be a smart move.

You would think one of them would but who knows. I mean why not keep the longest running soap and cancel some of the newer ones!

Folks, its ALL Proctor and Gamble, which is why the BOYCOTT has begun!
It's public knowledge that P&G wants out of the soap business. Why would they want someone to make money on what they created? They would rather kill it off and do something new (which, btw is why P&G is now a MAJOR sponsor of the NFL)
P&G moved the writers to ATWT to kill the show off. They're not intelligent enough to realize that their plan to have everyone hate GL and abandon the show backfired. They hope it'll work with ATWT.
creme: P&G claimed to shop GL to other networks, such as Lifetime and TVLand. When the networks were contacted, they said P&G never contacted them. P&G flat out lied to the public and its shoppers. They want it gone.
There is absolutely nothing we can do except never support P&G again. It worked in the 80's (I believe) when TIDE was boycotted.

i remember watching guiding light when they had peggy who was a nurse and Charlotte bauer on it roger and kit and mike bauer
Melina fee was on it and elissa Leeds as hope bauer that was the guiding light that i remember and holly and hers family where on it that's when i start watching guiding light, and rogers was alway causing trouble he even held holly hostage one time and he was hanging over a cliff and there was a big chase sence where they where trying to say holly
