I cracked up when I saw what Beth was wearing to the picnic. The dress was a little much but OK BUT heels...in the grass all day...WTF Beth don't you own a pair of flats....or would it not be sexy enough for you?

Ohh Beth was ALL dressed up today! Come on its a BBQ! I think thats the only problem I had with the Epi today! She should have been more relaxed with her clothes!

What about her ridiculous hat at the beginning of the episode when she was talking on the phone to Lillian? The first shot is far away and when I heard her voice I was like: OMG! Is that BETH?! How OLD is Beth anyway??? Way too old to be trottin around in a halter dress, gigantic hat and heels IMO. She looked crazy-it was a BBQ not a church picnic!

Let's not forget Lillian: It's the 4Th of July and she had on a jacket/sweater/scarf... GL should have waited and filmed this scene in mid June or borrowed a house in Florida. Rick had on a jacket, and I think I saw Mel wearing one also. Phillip had on a long sleeve shirt with shorts...

We have not had great summer weather here in the Northeast. It was probably taped way back in early May, which was a cool and rainy time in the East. If you notice no one was in that pool either. BRRRR

Doesn't the show know that this picnic is suppose to be on the 4th of July? How stupid can they be? This is just one example of why this show is going off the air.

As far as the long sleeves, yesterday July 4 was 63 here in upstate NY so that is not such a long shot. And doesn't Lillian always have on pearls they are a part of her.
