I don't care how many lives Allan destroys or all most destroys he will never |

That is what makes Alan a true villian and a fantastic character to watch. He dooms himself and everyone around him, yet never seems to learn. He is a trainwreck, and I for one, enjoy watching every minute of his presumptious, tortured, and lets not forget greedy, life. |

How refreshing to have someone else love Alan for who he is. Alan has a slight personality conflict. He, at times, really likes Buzz. But, he doesn't like that side of himself to be seen. I wouldn't want him in any other fashion. There has to be a villian on a soap. Bless Alan for being that villian. |

Alan,is the best villian of all the soaps. We all love to hate him, which makes us tune in everyday. He has a soft heart, and occasionally we see it. |

Maybe Alan just needs a woman in his life. No, that wouldn't change him either. And besides, if he did change, he wouldn't that Alan Spaulding that we all have a love/hate relationship with. I have to agree, he is a great villian, one of the best ever. I also enjoyed him when he was a bit or I should say alot crazy not too long ago with the supposed brain tumor and talking to Gus. But after awhile of that, I was ready for the real Alan Spaulding. And he seems to be showing his ruthless side here lately. I keep wondering what he will be like when he finds out about Philip being sick. |

Alan really loved Gus's mother. After learning Gus was his son, I think he wanted to have a relationship with her but she was dedicated to being a Nun until death... |
