Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

Phillip, is making my heart weep every time I see him. This illness he has, his keeping it a secret, oh, how I want to hold him and give him a big hug!! Grant, is such a great actor, and he has me aching for him. Yes, I know it is just a story , a soap , but, this is the kind of writing I have always loved about the GL. It draws you in and holds you for another day. There are so many loyal and devoted fans out here, we are just going to be devastated when the show leaves the airwaves. We, will all need a group hug!

Thanks, Rosie. I really did need that hug today. I have not been feeling well lately and found out I have walking pneumonia. UGH! I guess I will just spend more time at the computer and get some well needed rest.

merrymary, I am sorry that you are ill. PLEASE take care of yourself!! Rest and drink a lot of clear fluids. Many people think that walking pneumonia is not that serious, but it is--so treat it such. Here is another air hug to ya and I am sure many others on this board wish you a fast recovery too!!! Hang in there!!!

Although the Phillip illness is a good story line--please please have some miracle cure to not end this character--even if GL is finished, give us hope that Phillip might be able to live on (maybe some other soap). Killing Phillip would be a terrible ending to the soap--if it has to end, have it end happy. (Ross returning to Blake maybe)
