Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

Just got an email from Rob B. I had emailed him Happy Father's Day greetings a couple of weeks ago and hadn't heard back from him. He said that he and Mandy were sad about the cancellation of GL but had not been able to do anything but work constantly since April 1st. He said they were both exhausted. He also said (FOR YOU FOLKS WHO DON'T LIKE ELLEN WHEELER) that he had been hospitalized a couple of weeks ago and that Ellen spent his first night at the hospital making sure that he got the proper treatment after she had a 12 hour day on the set and her kids at home. He raved about what a wonderful boss she is and how much the cast loves her. HMMMMMMM, haven't I tried to say this before????
He also said that with Gina leaving, it really makes it harder and that there is an incredible amount of story to tie up for the ending. So maybe, they are trying to give the fans some of what they wish for. I immediately emailed him back some questions, so maybe I will get some answers when he gets back to me. The rest of his email was to me about things I do and plans for the GL weekend, we are trying to get together away from the fans.
Thought you might like to know what he had to say. He is a really nice guy and I love him very much for all the time and attention he gives me. I hope he and Mandy will be very happy together. I know she makes him happy.
He was wanting to know if I was going to make the last fanclub event because he saw where it was sold out. I told him I bought my ticket very early!
