Nope, that's the end for me. That was the only soap I was ever really into. When it's gone,so am I.......

don't feel bad Days of ours lives is on the chopping block
and is headed for cancellation as well i just heard that
one life to live is the next one on the chopping block to
also Days of lives wont be renew after sept 2010 they had gotten the ax as so did one life to live did to and i feel bad for the actor who will be out of work and made have a hard time finding jobs, I don't think that the people behind the soap really care they could had turns things around and found
a way to keep it on the air, and i blame the producer and the
writer and people behind it for the down fall of the soap and
for not caring Irma Phillip would roll over in hers grave knowing what had happen to hers soap,and what they did to it
if proctor and gamble wanna out of there soap they should had handed it over to someone who would had care and who had made the soap that it should had be,

what full hour of the dull and borning ah im the bold and
beautiful there nuts that show is dull and boring its the same thing over again they should cancel that show its dull and borning,

I will undoubtedly watch Young and the Restless on CBS after GL is cancelled...otherwise, will only watch CBS for The View mostly....Y&R is still holding its own with the other soaps, and I will certainly not watch any of the ABC soaps, period! jdvermeer

I have watched Guiding Light for as long as I can remember and after it goes off I will NOT watch any soaps on CBS ever. I will truly miss Guiding.

CBS will no longer be watched here. I do like As The World Turns but when GL goes off then so does CBS for me. I have used P&G products for yrs now & have let them know too that there will never be another P&G product in my home!
I wonder what the ratings will show with an hr of B&B

If CBS cancels Guiding Light, I will no longer view any CBS daytime shows. I have been a loyal fan of GL for mannnny years and of CBS also. Quite frankly some of the other shows in prime time lack entertainment quality and have been going downhill the past few years! ....and they have the gall to cancel a quality daytime show...who is in control of CBS anyway??!! CBS needs to listen to what there viewers want. I can name several shows that should be cancelled. We need to save Guiding Light!!! It is as American as Apple Pie, Hot Dogs, and the Bauer BBQ on the 4th of July!!!

WILL I CONTINUE TO WATCH THE CBS DAYTIME LINEUP AFTER SEPT. 18? UH. NO THERE WILL BE NO GUIDING LIGHT SO THERE WILL BE NOTHING LEFT TO WATCH ON T.V. AT ALL!!! GUIDING LIGHT WAS THE ONLY REASON TO EVEN OWN A T.V. GUESS I WILL JUST HAVE TO TRY AND FING SOME BOOKS TO KEEP ME BUSY. OR JUST GIVE UP ON EVERYTHING ALL TOGETHER. NO GUIDING LIGHT MEANS NOTHING TO EVER HAVE TO DO AGAIN. AFTER SEPT. 18TH NOO MORE CBS.

HELL NO, this is the best soap on television, I will miss my Guiding Light Family tremendously
