Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I think the final epi should be a huge disaster striking the town (storm, bomb, volcano, whatever) and some getting killed. Some getting "lost" (wandering off with amnesia or the like) and some getting evacuated safely to somewhere else. Then the former residents of Springfield will turn up as "new" (re-located) residents on the other CBS soaps and begin interacting with and creating interesting new s/l with all the existing characters on the other soaps.

Sorry, I think Springfield residents need to stay where they are! The only thing that needs a new home is GL itself!!

Well since Danny and Michelle are coming back I think what they should do is have something with the mob tied in. I think that they should have someone from San Christobel who wasn't happy with how Edmund was killed in Springfield and how the jewels got stolen in Springfield so the person puts bombs in some of the buildings and then they could leave us hanging wondering who lived, who died. I think a storm would just be boring. It was on All My Children anyway. And I dont know how they would pull of a tornado or something on the show. I think with the new format its going to be hard to end the show with a bang just because they are filming using REAL buildings. They should get a studio for a day and film some scenes that are SUPER dramatic.
