Marina is acting like a dumb butt. Not telling Mallet will be the end to their "wonderful" marriage! Marina will get whats coming to here in do time!!!

Don't you love being in the "click"? Just like High School days.... Happy Days!!!
Too funny, not to comment on that statement.

Merrymary:
I wouldn't comment on that poster's remarks either. However, I almost forgot the days of "clicks". Gosh darn it, I should have remembered that term, I WAS in a click back in High School. Thanks for the memory!!

Aren't one of you the one's that asked where all the posters went? It seems the "click" are the only allowed to post or they are fast to tell those that they can't spell or don't make sense, OMG or IMO,etc... GU

And one poster talked about Honey and bee's. Where has that gotten you? The Show is off CBS in Sept.

Leave Marina alone. She has 1/2 the experience of most of those actors.

I am glad you got such a kick out of my 'click' comment. Clicks are for those people that show up on Oprah with their kids crying because 'clicks' are being mean to them and they can't handle it, so don't take pride in that. I surely don't after watching what kids today feel like and do to themselves because of 'clicks'.

Aren't you all adults?

Excuse you! I made the "honey and bees" comment and I had every right to. it is the same as you spreading your "realistic" negative views all over the boards! I was just offering up some advice, I will definetly think twice next time. I have pi$$ed my fair share of posters off on this board and was trying to help.....MY BAD!

BTW: Cliques or no cliques.....Get Over It!

I thought Marina's reaction [to learning Shayne was Henry's biological father] was a very plausible reaction---and it was acted superbly! It was a very believable reaction even if it wasn't necessarily the reaction I wanted her to have. I would've preferred Marina to breakdown in tears of gratitude or something and go running to Mallet rightaway with the news----but I'm sure that would be much less interesting to viewers. The writers gave a very believable "Marina" reaction not unlike Eleni's responses to similar situations 20 years ago. Again, Marina's and Shayne's was a very well-acted scene that didn't require suspension of disbelief. It was very easy to believe Marina reacting this way.

What I DO have trouble with is the constant "suspension of disbelief" that is required for all the coincidental occurences, dropped storylines, and never-ending days: I can't believe Mallet just sped off to Bosnia when he heard mention of international adoption. I can't believe that Dinah ended up in the same orphanage where Mallet was. Honestly, I can't believe Dinah isn't in jail or an asylum at the very least I can't believe everyone we met in Bosnia spoke English. I can't believe Dinah and Shayne were standing at Lara's grave one morning in Bosnia and got a phone call (from Springfield's own mid-morning) inviting them to Henry's party that afternoon. Bosnia is at least 8 hours ahead of Illinois yet it was already mid-day in Springfield. Even with a direct flight and "preferred traveller" passage, it's still at least a 10-hour plane ride back to the US. Unbelievable! And I don't even try to make sense of soapland adoption laws.

I can't believe Beth still lives at the Spaulding mansion. Where does she sleep? We know there are at least 11 people currently living there.

I have a lot more problems with unbelievable happenings than any character's very believable (and mostly predictable) reaction to shocking news.

Having said that, though---it is not only out of character but dangerous and stupid that Marina didn't go directly to Mallet with this news. Like another poster said, this will come back to bite her!

I don't see why anyone is surprised at Marina's reaction to Shayne's revelation that he is Henry's father.

She's always been about Marina, and what Marina wants. In addition, she has the maturity of a 15 year old. There is a tie between her and Daisy as to who is the silliest.

She has as much business with a baby as a boar hog has with a bow tie.
