Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

With GL bring back favorite's like Michelle and Danny and Ed will we all witness the last of the Baure's 4th of July bar-b-que. If GL is going to wrap up in Sept, i think they should show flashback's of all the Bauer's bar-b-ques i know i alway's looked forward to them and would like the last one {even if it's the last 1 on CBS} go out with a bang!

ITA!!! Just because we want to see another Bauer BBQ doesn't make us bad and negative. Let's leave CBS with a big bang and thank you to fans and a wave to the future to whatever network dicides to pick up this fabulous show!

Let the Fireworks begin!

I would love to see another Bauer BBQue, they were always my favorite. The one they had at the farm was a farce. We need a good old-fashioned BBQue to help ease our sadness over the show being cancelled.

People have been saying they should have some kind of explosion with the BBQ leaving viewers wanting more and all the other networks to pick them up! I think that given the fact that Danny IS returning and he is from a mob family, then they should have some mob target on him. Maybe someone could go after him on that night. They could set a fire or an explosion that would pretty much leave everyone in suspense and wanting more. I can't wait to see what they do with the BBQ since they NEED to make it the best. CBS still has time to change their mind and they are holding some protests this week so we'll see!

SOD says though Danny & Michells are coming they will not have the mob after them.

I am happy about that. I want to see Ed and his family, not mobsters.

Crystal was twittering from the filming of the BBQ all day yesterday. Lots of tidbits if you read it all and look closely enough.

:) I have always loved the Bauer BBQ's too. I still cant believe no more Bauer family get togethers. For that matter, no more get togethers. Im so disgusted and mad that we wont see another Bauer BBQ. I think they should show every single one of them. THey should show alot of the old stuff. Wish we could have just one more BBQ. Trying to keep it real.........

Well as for all of us, devoted fans they should have more then one BBQ. One for the 4th and another when they close the show, (if they go there). That's what we remember as GL and they should spoil us with more then one Bauer BBQ. The old scene, not some park in the middle of something that does not seem real to us. I'll be happy for the 4th, but hope they do spoil us.
