BIOGRAPHY

Born in Bloomfield Hills, MI, Michelle started out studying as a makeup artist when she was discovered as a model. She moved to New York, and began her career as a model. You may have seen her on such magazines as Fitness, Self, and Health magazines. She's been featured in editorials for Shape, YM, Seventeen, Glamour, Cosmopolitan & Mademoiselle. She also modeled for the Victoria's Secret catalog!

Smith is a self-described 'outdoors' type who loves running, camping, fishing, and jogging with her dogs. She is a proud owner of Rottweilers and French Bulldogs, and has worked with the Humane Society and the Humane Society Disaster Relief Fund. Her other charity work includes working on behalf of the American Red Cross.

Michelle joined the cast of
Guiding Light as, Ava Peralta. Her first venture into the world of television acting, she continues to take acting classes in New York, where she lives with her dogs!
