BIOGRAPHY
Mandy grew up in Beaverton, Oregon with her parents Bruce and Diann, brother Christopher and sister Megan. Mandy Bruno took over the role of Marina Cooper on Guiding Light in 2004. Eight weeks after landing the role, Bruno graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. There, she trained in dance, voice and acting and went on to appear in acclaimed theater productions in and around the Columbus area.
In addition to her work on Guiding Light, Mandy continues to pursue her love for the stage. Her credits include The Man Who Would Be King, starring opposite Guiding Light co-star Paul Anthony Stewart, Vanity Fair, Green Gables and Little Shop of Horrors.
When Bruno isn't snuggling with her cat, Faith, she is active with the New Haven Animal Shelter. Currently a resident of New York City, Bruno enjoys spending her free time singing, playing her guitar and exploring the city.
