Bait.

Monday, November 30 2009
Franco works, Jason receives a photo, Dante gives Ronnie evidence, Sonny and Olivia cook chili, and Nikolas is overcome with guilt.

In his loft, Franco gets upset looking at the photos he took of Maxie and starts smashing things as the woman who shaved him enters. He looks at her and says, "Next time, knock." She looks at the photos and he grabs them out of her hand calling Maxie a means to an end because she is connected to an artist he has come to admire. He then refers to Maxie as bait. As he works, he tells the woman Jason wouldn't meet him. She wonders why they need him and Franco says what she needs is a mystery to him. She starts to unbutton her shirt and he rips it off. He says, "Let's get this over with," because he's expecting company and they kiss.

At Crimson, a frantic Maxie tries to get through to Franco about the photo shoot when Spinelli walks in thinking she is pushing herself too hard. She assures him she's fine and is just trying to impress Kate. She tells him she trashed her life though trying to get Franco to agree to a photo shoot. Spinelli wonders how she did that. She hedges and explains she couldn’t get him to agree to the shoot and Spinelli tries to bolster her confidence defending her. He wants to lift her sprits by taking her shopping. She would love that but she has to work because something good has to come out of this.

Sam brings Jason coffee in his penthouse and tells him about Thanksgiving dinner. She notices he is distracted and he tells her he went back to the ambush site on Front Street and thinks Franco saw him shoot those men. Sam isn't so sure the homeless guy is actually Franco, but Jason wonders why someone would crush Joey's windpipe. Spinelli rushes in concerned for Maxie. He tells them he's going to help Maxie by convincing Franco to do the photo shoot and Sam says they would be happy to help try and track him down. Sam goes to talk to Kate and Jason tells Spinelli to check out Franco's agent and anyone else close to him. Spinelli can't find much on him, but then finds that Franco has been in the U.S. for almost two months. As Spinelli continues to surf the web looking for clues on Franco and talking about Maxie, Jason opens an envelope he received containing a photo of Maxie blindfolded and laying in the chalk outline.

Sam walks into Crimson and Maxie tells her she couldn’t get Franco to do the photo shoot. Sam thought it was weird that he wanted to meet Jason and Maxie relays that Franco referred to Jason as a fellow artist. Sam leaves and Lulu walks in the office. Maxie tells her she will pretend like nothing ever happened with Franco and will make Spinelli happy. Maxie makes it clear no one needs to know what happened between her and Franco.

On the pier, Dante listens to the conversation with Sonny he recorded on his phone. Lulu grabs the phone out of his hand from behind him and hears Sonny incriminate himself. Lulu thinks it's taken out of context, but Dante tells her Sonny isn't the saint she's making him out to be and he has the proof right there. Lulu wonders why he hasn't turned him in yet. Dante tells her he's gotten too close and he actually likes Sonny. He's not who he thought he would be, but wonders if it changes all the things he's done. Lulu thinks he's making it too black and white, but sometimes there's wiggle room in the middle. She thinks maybe he should listen to the voice that says Sonny doesn't deserve to be locked up.

Sonny comes to Kelly's and finds Olivia working in the kitchen because she's helping Mike out who cut his hand. He teases her and orders her chili. Sonny goes back to the kitchen to rib her some more and Mike walks in micromanaging Olivia. They shoo him away and Olivia and Sonny reminisce while cooking together. Dante walks in looking for Mike and sees them together. Dante quietly fumes as Sonny asks him to taste test their chili. He declines and stalks off. Sonny comments on how Olivia's just like her mom cooking in the kitchen and says he can't believe she's not married, thinking she'd make someone very happy. She tastes his chili and they have a tension filled moment and he kisses her.

Outside Kelly's, Dante calls Ronnie telling him he has all the proof they need to take Sonny down. He meets Ronnie on the pier and gives him the recording of Sonny because he's worried about Olivia. He hopes seeing Sonny behind bars will force her to see him for who he really is.

Diane visits Elizabeth at her house who needs her advice before she sells her house and buys the land her and Lucky are looking at. Diane suggests she ask Jason for the money, but Elizabeth can't do that and needs to sell the house and all the memories that go along with it. After Diane has left, Nikolas comes over offering to help them buy their land. Elizabeth gets mad that Jason and Nikolas always throw their money around as Lucky walks in wondering what's going on. She daydreams about telling Lucky about her and Nikolas and him throwing money at her because she only has sex with guys who pay for it. After she snaps out of it, Nikolas explains he just stopped by and they were talking about the house and the new land. Elizabeth tells Nikolas they don't want his money because they are trying to build something, just the two of them. Nikolas leaves and Lucky asks what that was really about. She says she was in a bad mood after Diane left because of what she said about Jason giving her the money. They discuss the situation and Elizabeth just wants to focus on them, the boys and their dream becoming a reality. That's what Lucky wants and assures her everything will work out; they just have to be patient and take it one thing at a time.

Lucky finds Nikolas on the docks and apologizes for the scene back at the house. He thinks he's trying too hard with Elizabeth, but Nikolas thinks they will be okay. As Lucky talks about how selfish he feels pushing the engagement, Nikolas looks guilt ridden. Lucky wonders if Elizabeth would be better off if he set her free.

I'll watch tonight just to watch Liz's dreams: She daydreams about telling Lucky about her and Nikolas and him throwing money at her because she only has sex with guys who pay for it.

So I already know that I will be using my fastfoward button a lot during this episode. Sonny and Olivia make me sick and Lulu is beyond annoying. What will it take for Lulu and Olivia to see Sonny for the murderous mobster that he really is? A bullet to the back of the head? Dante is also becoming really tiresome, please stick to the task that you came to PC for and have done with it already. As for him liking Lulu, I will never understand his attraction to her, she will get him killed in a heartbeat the way she keep opening her great bog mouth and being so obnoxious all the time. Lulu and Olivia sure have a lot in common though and Dante liking Lulu is not really saying much about him IMO. So all Sam does is fetch coffee for Jason and act as his agony aunt, while he unloads his drama on her every chance he gets. The last time I saw Jason actually doing something for Sam was when he comforted her at the hospital when she got upset over that woman who almost lost her baby. How long ago was that? See, I can't even remember. I love JaSam as a couple, but right now, the writers need to knock off some of the faux-intrigue that pervades their relationship and show some actual romance between these two. Maxie, Maxie, Maxie, maybe you and Nik should go hook up because I have never come across a more self destructive group of people. I know that its very soapy, but not one couple on this show is happy right now or even if they are involved in relationships, each one has an unsavory undertone. Eg. Kristina and Kiefer - She gave the the most unworthy creep her virginity and now she's his punching bag; Sam and Jason - Sam, Jason's cheerleader and shrink/ sounding board; Jason acts as Sam's secret boyfriend in between killing and cleaning up after Sonny/ Carly/ Micheal. Liz and Lucky - Well Liz is pretending to be in love with Luky but secretly has the hots for Luky's dark obsessed to the point of stalkerish brother while Lucky remains blissfully unaware and blinded by love. Carly and Jax- Although being married to Jax, Carly acts as if her true mates are actually Jason and Sonny while Jax pretends as if that's not the case or at least he's fighting to change that staus quo but failing miserably. Olivia and Sonny - Oh there are no words, lies, lies, and more lies. Olivia and JZ - lies, lies and more lies and big gulps, crocodile tears, loads of sorry's and I beg of yous. Maxie and Spinelli - that relationship has ran its course if all it took was for some weird creepy but handsome stranger to waltz in and just as quickly have Maxie dropping her undies in the name of sic' art. Dante and Lulu- well he's a cop and she has information which can get him killed, she knows this, but keeps mouthing off every chance she gets. Dante, have a clue, you fool of a copper you! She may not care that much since she would much rather have a snigger at taunting you with this life and death information.

Hi Everyone! I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

enad19, working off that turkey huh!

We had to wait four whole days for this! Enad19 is right, Lulu is beyond annoying. She is also extremely rude and ill mannered. When she acted like a spoiled immature child todaym snatching the cell phone out of Dante's hand and listening to a private conversation, I wanted to smack her upside the head - except that I doubt it would work - she is too thick in the head. Solid bone from ear to ear. Why Dante, or any other man for that matter wastes time of the silly baggage is beyond me.

Why was Franco upset at the photos of Maxie? I must have missed something.

As for the rest of the show, too much Elizabeth, Nicholas and Lucky. At least we didn't have Robin and Patrick, Michael and Kristina, so we should be thankful for small mercies.

I'm tired of Elizabeth bad mouthing other female and she ain't no good. She is going to loose Lucky and it will be all her fault. Maybe she should be alone.

Liz would have to be crazy to sell her house to buy a piece of land that they can't afford to be with a man she doesn't love. Now why on earth would she do this?
I like Olivia with Sonny,.enad..why you hatin' on Sonny? He is who he's always been. Olivia came to town to get him and it looks like she will finally get her "prize".
Same with Lulu. She's a very young silly girl (guess to be 21 or 22) and she acts flirty and goofy. Seems like the guys her age don't mind.
Laughed when Franco said to his lady friend...lets get this over with. Such a chore.....

Today is one of those days that I’m glad that I didn’t watch the show live and DVR it instead. I wouldn’t have been able to stomach watching the Sonny/Olivia and most definitely couldn’t tolerate Dante/Lulu scenes. These two relationships they’re trying to sell, I’m not buying. I liked Sonny/Kate and already know I will never like him paired with Olivia.

Cynic and ENAD, you are both spot on about Lulu. Each time I begin to have just a smidgen of liking for her, she does or say something that makes me want to hit her upside the head. She is totally annoying and I don’t see whatever it is the writers are trying to make us see between her and Dante. They both put me to sleep. Dante on his own is becoming very annoying and acting more like a bumbling undercover cop than anything else. He actually reminds me a bit of Barney Fife from the Andy Griffin show. I know weird contrast, but I have to call it like I see it. I just wish this whole mess of a s/l can wrap up already, it is such an overkill now.

All in all, I didn’t find anything spectacular about today’s episode.

Hello to everyone and happy postings. I hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving.

I am so glad that i didn't watch today, would have needed a bucket!

Franco was unsatisfied with Maxie's pictures because they weren't real,I guess,He is really obsessed with death scenes.I can't wait until him and Jason go face to face.I like it when Jason has an adversary.Who is that woman,is she Franco's agent, his booty call,or maybe his "handler"like Johnny had?If a guy was that anxious(not) to be with me,I think I would take it elsewhere. What a turn-on-Lets get this over with, yeah,it's over, dude.

Lulu is annoying, but I am thinking she is what Dante deserves. He has been chasing her for so long,so now he almost has her.An annoying big-mouth smartelic.

What got me was the evil look Dante gave Sonny,as he was leaving the kitchen. Then he went straight to Ronnie.I am glad the story is moving forward.Or,I hope the story is moving.

Now that Lucky is the smart detective,I am hoping he blows this Nic-Liz affair up.And I have to say,Liz selling her house for a patch of land is stupid.A nurse and a cop should be able to finance an acre or plot of land.Elizabeth should never sell her house. It is hers, and it is paid for.I bet Jason is going to have second thoughts as soon as he hears from Diane what Liz is up to.Very interesting.

Someone mentioned Nic and Maxie-hmmm.I don't remember many scenes with them, but maybe-just wait till the dust clears from the other story.

I have a gripe about Sonny and Olivia in the kitchen,I always enjoyed the Carly and Sonny scenes about how she can't cook, then I was looking forward to Claudia and Sonny in the kitchen. It never happened,so I don't want to watch Sonny and Olivia in the kitchen, yuk. And I hope no one eats their nasty chili.

Hi everyone:

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. And for the ones who were brave enough to hit the stores on Black Friday, I hope it was all you thought it would be. For me personally it's just not worth the madness, so I went online and did some of my shoppin today and found some really good deals. My husband came home yesterday with a beautiful Christmas tree and I have had o much fun decorating it today. It's hard to believe that the holiday's are here. Hanukah and Christmas will be here before we know it. i so look forward to when te twins are old enough to understand all that the holidays bring.

Rans: I agree with you, I think Sonny and Olivia make almost the perfect couple-she is the one woman who remembers him, before he became the mob boss that he is today. She knows his history, the good and the bad. Though I do believe if they do become a couple, she will constanly be trying to change him and we all know that doesn't work. And then there's poor Johnny....

Dante should have gone into another line of work. Why would an undercover detective be listening to highly incriminating recording out in the open, anyone could hear. With those types of mistakes, one would have thought he would have been "whacked" by now. Yes, Lulu is childish, foolish and just downright annoying. Dante needs to shake her and ask her if she knows she's playing with people's lives.

I wonder if Jason will show the Franco picture to Spinelli? I think this sl is going to be very interesting. I thought Franco saying to his assistant "let's just get this over with" rather odd and leaves me wondering, why this women is sticking around. Yes, Franco is a great looking guy--but WOW what a weird O. I would run and not not look back.

Hello-Aussie and Zen. hope you both will be back posting soon.

Runnergirl: Are you back to lurking?
