Maxie succumbs to Franco, Jason worries about Franco, Olivia pleads with Johnny, Sonny makes incriminating remarks, and Lucky sees some art.

In his studio, Maxie blindfolds Franco, spins him around and tells him to explore. Franco cautiously walks around, bumps into Maxie, grabs her and takes off his blindfold. He opens a bottle of champagne and they discuss art and a woman from his past who was murdered. He describes the crime scene, but Maxie doesn't buy it and accuses him of making it up. He tells her he makes everything up. Maxie thinks he's laughing at everyone and wonders why he makes art. He says he just likes it and loves that he gets paid a fortune for doing what he does for free. He tells her the secret to life is that anyone can die at anytime so they have to amuse themselves and not live by rules or boundaries. He says to take what you want and kisses her. They talk about Spinelli and she tells him she couldn't go through with marrying him and he wonders if she thought life had more to offer. He kisses her again, but she pulls away. He assures her he's not looking for a commitment and her boyfriend never has to know. Maxie says she would know and Franco mocks and questions her. He thinks she is trying to reconcile who she is with who she thinks she is. Maxie continues to put him off, so he tells her he'll take her back to the gallery, but she makes it clear that's not what she wants. She doesn't need anyone telling her how to live – maybe she doesn’t want to leave, maybe she's as adventurous as he is and as open to experimenting. She rips his shirt off and they start to make out as he takes off her clothes. Afterwards, Franco takes Maxie back in the limo to her apartment and tells her he will have a hard time getting her out of his mind. They get out, she thanks him and he kisses her. She backs away and tells him he is very talented. He leaves and Maxie yells out, "Wait, I didn't get you to agree to the shoot!"

At his place, Jason goes over the surveillance video of Franco with Spinelli and Sam. Spinelli wonders why a famous artist would dress up as a homeless man. Spinelli leaves so Maxie doesn't think he's abandoned her and Jason and Sam continue to speculate what this guy is all about. Jason isn't sure what he's supposed to do about the fact that Franco can tie him to the crime scene. Jason tells Sam what happened with Joey Limbo and talks about shooting people with no thought or pause. Sam reminds him he was under attack, but Jason wonders if he has the right to kill someone who was at the wrong place at the wrong time. She tells him he has great instincts when it comes to protecting the people he cares about and he thanks her, adding she is the only one he can talk to about this.

Sonny brings Olivia home and at her door, thanks her for helping him out. She opens the door to find Johnny waiting for her. Sonny notices that Olivia is scared, but she says she's not afraid of Johnny as she picks up a photo of a young Dante and holds it to her chest. Sonny leaves and Olivia and Johnny discuss Sonny and her fear for Dante's life. Johnny just hopes Dante gets enough evidence against Sonny to put him away. He tells her in the end someone will take the fall and no one will win. She begs him not to tell Sonny about Dante and he coldly agrees. He will wait, watch and cheer when Dante finally puts Sonny in prison.

Lucky visits Anthony in prison and tells him about Joey. Anthony wonders how far Lucky will bend over to protect friends and family because Joey died under Sonny's orders and Luke's hands aren't exactly clean.

Sonny comes home and finds Lucky who is following up on the shootout. He tells him Joey was killed from a boot in his neck and his body was posed on his side with his hand pointing out. Sonny doesn’t know anything about it and Lucky knew it wasn't his M.O. Lucky brings up Luke and Sonny assures him he had nothing to do with Joey's death. Lucky wonders if Luke had any recent dealings with Joey and Sonny tells him to ask his father, but says he can't imagine anything worse than your own son investigating you. They talk about the past and Lucky says he became a cop to build something better for his kids and couldn’t fight for Luke and Sonny's side. He thinks his badge levels the playing field for people with no power. Sonny says Luke must be proud even though it breaks his heart.

Still at the gallery, Dante and Lulu discuss art. Dante thinks Franco's art is like a car wreck and thinks he's messed up. A photo of a dead guy at a crime scene is familiar to Dante but he can't place it.

Dante comes to Sonny's who tells him Lucky is investigating the shootout and Lulu could get caught in the middle. He thinks there is nothing worse than a father and son on opposite sides and it has made him think about his own life. He says his kids can make any kind of life for themselves, but prays none of them becomes a cop. They talk about Claudia and Sonny says if they look hard enough there is evidence against him. He knows she's buried, but that doesn’t mean she can't be found. The cops could put the pieces together and have enough to build a case and maybe convict him of Claudia's murder.
After Spinelli can't find Maxie at the gallery, Lucky approaches him and asks why every gangster in town showed up to the opening. As they talk, Lucky sees the photo Dante recognized and says Joey was posed just like that.
