Lucky and Nikolas visit Emily’s grave, Rebecca and Elizabeth have words, Dante gets the evidence he needs, Kristina and Michael clash and Sonny asks Luke for a favor.
Nikolas visits Emily’s grave and tells her she would not be very happy with him right now. He loves his brother and is ashamed at his betrayal, but Elizabeth has him good and he doesn’t know how to give her up. Lucky approaches and Nikolas tells him he hasn’t been living up to Emily’s expectations, but Lucky thinks he’s too hard on himself. Lucky tells his brother he knows his reunion with Elizabeth hasn’t been easy on him because he and Emily didn’t get that chance. Nikolas apologizes for his recent behavior in the name of losing Emily and Lucky thinks he feels guilty over his treatment of Rebecca. Nikolas struggles with a lot of things still and Lucky thinks it’s understandable, but at least he’s moving on. Lucky thinks Emily would want all of them to be happy and thinks she would be over the moon to know he and Elizabeth got back together.
Rebecca and Elizabeth run into each other at the nurse’s station and Elizabeth lashes out at her because it’s the anniversary of Emily’s death and Rebecca came to town to bilk the people close to her, namely Nikolas. Rebecca thinks Nikolas is doing just fine, but Elizabeth thinks otherwise. Rebecca knows Nikolas has moved on because she is the woman in his bed, like she was last night. Rebecca then wonders why she’s so worried about Nikolas when she just got engaged to Lucky.
Rebecca sees Lucky at the hospital and asks him how she can stop Nikolas from becoming introverted and broody again. Lucky tells her to just be with him.
Elizabeth goes to Emily’s grave and beats herself up for her behavior with Nikolas. She wants to stop, but her heart and body want to be with him. She says she loves Lucky, but she wants Nikolas.
Lucky and Nikolas meet back up on the docks and Nikolas becomes jealous assuming Lucky and Elizabeth had sex last night.
Michael walks in Carly’s house and overhears his mother tell Josslyn it’s time to take care of him. Michael says he’s leaving, but Carly stops him and they discuss his recent actions. Jax joins them and Michael leaves. Carly says Michael doesn’t have a clue and it scares her. After Jax puts Josslyn to sleep he notes this is how it should be: them together with Josslyn. Carly says there’s a lot going on and thinks she should turn Michael in, but Jax tells her she can’t because it’s too late now. They discuss the issue and then Carly leaves to get a prescription, but Jax thinks she’s going to find Michael.
On the docks, Kristina tells Kiefer over the phone she doesn’t want to see him, but assures him she hasn’t told anyone he hit her. Michael walks up and Kristina yells at him for sending Max and Milo after Kiefer. She thinks he’s turning out to be a psycho like their father, but Michael thinks she should be grateful he’s around to protect her. Michael then defends Sonny to her and they argue. Ethan walks up and tells Michael to ease off his sister. Michael tells Ethan he should figure out who he’s messing with before he gets in the middle of things because he’ll live longer. Michael walks away and Kristina thanks Ethan for saving her. Ethan asks what happened to her face and she says she tripped and fell down some stairs. She then asks for his number in case she needs saving again and he programs it into her phone. She flirts with him a little bit about his singing and then he leaves.
Ronnie tells Dante on the docks that they don’t have the results of the evidence he gave him from Sonny’s fireplace yet. Sonny comes upon them and says he wants information on Joey to help neutralize the threat. Dominic assures him he can handle that and Sonny walks off.
Sam and Jason return to his place after a ride on his motorcycle and she wonders if it helped clear his mind from whatever is bothering him. Jason says he has to make a statement so no one undermines Sonny’s authority again, which would probably make the news, but he fears Michael will know it was him. Sam wonders if someone else can send the message. Dominic comes by and after Sam leaves, tells Jason he is prepared to head Anthony off, whatever it takes. He wants to learn from Jason and Sonny and urges him to use him. Jason responds he may be using him sooner than he thinks.
Dante goes back to his room and finds Ronnie who tells him he did good because the tests on the ashes from Sonny’s fireplace implicate him in Claudia’s death.
Dante visits Jax at his house and tells him they got evidence against Sonny. Jax instructs him to quit stalling and do his job, as Carly walks up and wonders what job that would be.
Sonny meets with Luke at the restaurant and asks if he knows Joey Limbo from his Frank Smith days. Luke does and Sonny wants him to be their go-between in hammering out a truce.
Sonny and Jason meet in their office at the restaurant and Sonny tells him Luke will set up a meeting with Joey to negotiate a truce separate from Anthony. Sonny says they can’t afford any surprises.
At the loft, the mystery person photographs a woman who looks like Claudia in the same dress and position she was lying in when she died.
At Crimson, a blonde again Maxie confides in Lulu that Spinelli has been needy for her attention since their non-wedding, as Spinelli walks in with flowers for her. Maxie loves them, but says Kate won’t allow them in the office. Maxie walks away and Lulu tells Spinelli Maxie is stressed over an art show Kate is setting up with a reclusive artist. Spinelli sadly knows Maxie’s career is her priority and their love is less so.
