Most of the town turns up at the party, Olivia is arrested, Johnny is rescued, and Sonny toasts his wife.
Carly tells Lulu she fully intends on going to Claudia’s party, but then changes her mind because of the baby.
Claudia continues to bait Olivia about telling her secret. Olivia attacks her and a full out physical fight ensues. The cops come in and break it up and Claudia says she wants Olivia arrested and the cop complies.
Chained to the wall, Johnny pleads with Joey to let him out to save Claudia but he says no one cares about his sister except him.
After Sonny unemotionally listens to the CD again, Jason asks what he wants to do about it. Sonny has a birthday party to go to and expects Jason to be there. Sonny leaves as a frustrated Jason slams the CD down.
At Sonny’s house, Dominic tells Michael maybe he should wait to talk to his father and get a second opinion. Michael will find a way to deal with it himself and leaves.
Molly and Morgan walk by the warehouse looking for samples for one of Molly’s projects. They hear Johnny call for help and decide to help him. Molly distracts the guards with questions and as they help her find her samples, Morgan opens the door for Johnny. Johnny wants Morgan to leave so he doesn’t get hurt and Morgan runs away.
At the party Dante runs into Jax who thinks Dante is getting too comfortable in the role of the Corinthos family friend. Dante reminds Jax how hard it is to get the goods on Sonny or else he probably would have had him put away years ago.
Dominic sees Mike and it’s clear Dominic had something to do with him getting invited to the party.
Luke and Tracy enter and Tracy wants to leave as soon as possible, but Luke thinks they’ll miss all the good stuff if they do. Across the room Dominic talks to Robin (who says he reminds her of Sonny) and Patrick. Maxie then waves him over to find out what his intentions are towards Lulu. Lulu walks in and says he doesn’t have to answer that, but Dominic tells her she’s awfully hard to ignore. Dominic tells Maxie how he helped Lulu the night before and that Lulu wanted him. He walks away and Maxie tells Lulu she is in deep. Lulu denies it, but Maxie doesn’t buy her protests.
Sam meets Jason at the restaurant who tells her it doesn’t matter if Sonny cares that Claudia was involved because he does. Sam reminds him he has a lot to lose if he kills Claudia.
Max and Milo drive Sonny to the party who is in the backseat with his gun.
Dominic calls Carly to tell her he just saw Michael at the party and she decides to come there to get him.
Max and Milo guard Claudia’s door while Sonny tells his wife he has a surprise for her and gives her a necklace. Sonny makes a toast to her finally getting what she deserves.
At the police station, Olivia begs Mac to let her post bail so she can find her son. Mac reveals he knows Dominic is Dante and if Dante can put Sonny away then he’s all for it and lets her go.
Morgan returns with a tool to cut the chain and frees Johnny as the guards return. Johnny bests them and flees with the kids.
Kristina comes to the party and Michael grabs her to hide with him because they aren't supposed to be there. He tells her their dad needs to know the truth about Claudia.
Mayor Floyd runs into Alexis at the party and apologizes for Andrea. She says they should call a truce and he asks her back as district attorney, but Alexis turns him down.
Patrick and Robin continue to wonder if they should warn Claudia, while Luke worries about Lucky to Tracy.
Sonny and Claudia walk in and she is presented with a cake as the room sings Happy Birthday to her.
Sonny and Mayor Floyd exchange niceties making it clear they are aligned. The mayor walks away and Mike walks up and tells Sonny he’s surprised he threw a party for Claudia. Sonny responds she has worked hard to be the wife he deserves. Jason and Sam then show up at the party.
Johnny brings the kids to Carly's house and he runs off to the party to save his sister.
Olivia runs into the Metro court and Carly soon follows, but Marty tells her he’s under strict orders to not let her go upstairs. Carly convinces him to let her go and she heads to the party.
Dominic brings Lulu a drink and she apologizes for Maxie. She tells him she feels like she doesn’t know who he really is and he says, “Good.”
Sonny thanks the room for coming to the party, as Johnny races to get to it. Sonny addresses all his friends personally and talks about friendship, forgiveness and almost losing Michael. He finally gets to Claudia as Carly and Johnny walk in. Sonny wonders what best describes her and how he can ever repay her.
