Maxie panics, Spinelli is hopeful, Jason agrees to Spinelli’s request, Jax extends an offer to Dominic, Claudia makes sure Olivia and Carly know her good news, Michael starts school and Dante worries his secret will be exposed.
Jason and Sam playfully come back to his place after their motorcycle ride and Spinelli runs downstairs panicking about the wedding. He tells them about Rice Manor and the tailor shows up for a final fitting for Jason and Spinelli.
Maxie runs into the Crimson office late and Lulu assures her she’s taken care of everything there. Maxie tells Lulu about their wedding location and Lulu is happy to help with the plans, but all Maxie needs is a diversion. Lulu hands Maxie messages from Kate and Maxie says, “Yes! I knew Kate would ruin my wedding.” Lulu tells her she put Kate on a plane to Tokyo so she won’t be able to interfere. Maxie is upset because Kate was her last hope for canceling the ceremony when she got too demanding. Maxie freaks out that she will have to get married now.
Claudia visits her brother in the hospital and tells him Sonny wants to have another baby with her. Johnny wonders why he would want that and says they can’t replace one child with another. Claudia thinks Sonny wants to make amends for what Kristina did and she wants Johnny to be happy for her and love her like he used to.
Olivia goes to Sonny’s and orders him to leave Johnny alone. As they argue, Claudia comes in and Olivia starts to leave. As she does, Claudia purposely makes a comment about them trying to have another baby. Olivia says if Claudia gets pregnant, she will pity all three of them.
Mac visits Robin upset about Maxie’s wedding. He muses that if he locks Spinelli up, it will stop the wedding. Robin says Maxie is the only one who can do that.
Jax and Carly have breakfast at the Metro Court as Carly worries about Michael’s first day at his new school.
Michael literally runs into a guy at school who is rude and insulting to him. After the guy walks away, Kristina walks up and asks her brother how he likes the school so far.
Already in his tux, Spinelli asks Sam to stick around in case Jason has any issues with ‘sartorial’ matters and she agrees. Jason comes downstairs looking dapper in his tux and Spinelli says there is one more thing to add to his ensemble. Jason wants no part of it, but Sam pulls him out in the hall. Jason doesn’t want to wear a pink tie, but Sam says it means a lot to Spinelli. They go back inside and Spinelli says he can wear a tie of a darker hue, but Jason agrees to wear the pink one.
Ronnie comes to Dante’s room with coffee and donuts as a reminder that he is a cop. Dante lashes out at him for him almost blowing his cover, so Ronnie asks for the badge back so he can hide it. Dante says he can’t find it and worries that if it gets turned in, everyone will know Dante Falconeri is in Port Charles.
Dante looks for his badge under his bed and Lulu walks in. She throws the badge on the floor wondering if that’s what he’s looking for.
Robin asks Mac for help putting the birdseed bags together and Patrick walks in. Mac can’t believe they are supporting the wedding and Patrick tries to get Mac to come around, but to no avail. Patrick leaves for work and Mac says Patrick turned out okay, but Spinelli? Not a chance.
Maxie tries to find reasons to cancel the wedding, but fails. Matt walks off the elevator at Crimson and realizes getting married is the last thing she wants to do. He offers to take her to the Bahamas and reminds her she told him she just wanted to have fun and work on her career. He suggests she leave Spinelli at the altar, but she tells him there was a time she would have done something that horrible, but she’s changed because of Spinelli and she will prove it at the wedding.
After the tailor leaves, Spinelli expresses how much Jason wearing the pink tie means to him, as well as all the other sacrifices he’s made in his name. Spinelli knows nothing can spoil this wedding.
Michael and Kristina come out of class and the guy he ran into earlier walks by and says, “Boo!” and walks away. Kiefer walks up angry that Kristina hasn’t responded to his calls or texts on their private phone. Michael can’t believe he got her a personal phone and as they fight, he suddenly remembers Sam talking to him while in a coma and runs off.
Lulu helps Dominic back in bed and he asks for the badge back. She toys with him, but then puts it on the table away from his bed, so he can’t reach it, and walks out.
Olivia finds Jax having breakfast at the Metro Court and gives him some messages. They talk about Dante and Sonny and how she doesn’t know how to fix it. Olivia leaves and Carly returns to the table. She asks if the dental convention booked the rooms, but Jax says the guy is skittish because of the hostage crisis. Carly thinks it’s old news, but Jax says not for him. Carly assures him he isn’t responsible for Jerry’s crimes. They talk about Michael again and Carly thinks Michael’s behavior is affecting Morgan. Jax suggests they ask Dominic to live with them because it could be good for all of them.
After Mac leaves, Patrick returns home with more ribbon for Robin to complete the birdseed pouches. They talk about Mac and how he should let go and Patrick thinks maybe he should talk to him. Robin jokes about how that might not work since Mac handcuffed him when he learned they wanted to get married.
Jason and Sam talk about Spinelli and the wedding and Jason asks her to go to the wedding with him. Sam says yes, adding, “I thought you’d never ask.” Michael urgently knocks on the door and comes to tell them he remembered Sam talking to him at the hospital, but Sam says she was never there. Michael worries everything he’s remembered isn’t even real.
Claudia asks Sonny to work on their ‘project’, but he tells her he has to leave to take care of business.
Jax comes to Dominic’s room and asks him to live with them while he recuperates. Dominic says it’s a gracious offer, but wonders what the catch is. Sonny walks in saying he and Dominic need to discuss business, as Dante nervously looks at his badge on the table.
Maxie goes to Robin’s house freaked out that everything is falling into place for the wedding. She’s worried she’ll do something to ruin it. Robin tries to reassure her, but Maxie is fearful of marriage and wonders how her cousin made it work with Patrick.
Claudia and Carly run into each other at the Metro Court and Claudia tells her she and Sonny are planning to have another baby.
