Elizabeth and Lucky talk about their relationship, Nikolas makes Ethan an offer, Ronnie reminds Dante of his mission, Dante warns Olivia, Jason disagrees with Sonny and Lulu makes a discovery.
Jason finds Robin at the hospital and wonders if Michael’s memories from the coma are dreams or could be real. She tells him it can be a mixture of the two and asks what exactly he is remembering. He tells her the person who worked with Ian during the shooting may have talked about it while he was in a coma. He needs to know who to deal with and Robin notes how Michael brings out both his gentle and his violent sides. Robin suggests Jason ask himself if it’s fair to Michael if he is the reason he takes another person’s life.
Olivia bursts into Johnny’s room yelling at him and Dominic about risking their health by visiting with each other. She tells Johnny for him to be reckless with his life is unacceptable to her and he apologizes, as Dominic looks on concerned.
Dante and Olivia go out in the hall when the nurse comes to see Johnny and he asks how long she is going to risk her life for Johnny. She doesn’t think she’s in any danger, but Dante lays it out for her. He sees how much she really likes him and her betrayal of him could result in her death. Olivia doesn't think Johnny would hurt her, but Dante says he would kill her in a heartbeat if she crosses him. Olivia has faith in Johnny, but Dante continues to try and convince her to cut ties and go back to Brooklyn. She’ll do it if he goes with her, but he says it’s impossible.
Lulu walks up and sees Dominic and Olivia in a close moment and they all go in to see Johnny. She tells Johnny she wanted to make sure he was okay and that Maxie thinks he’s a hero for saving Spinelli. Dominic asks Lulu to give him a ride back to General Hospital and she agrees.
At the prison, Anthony tells Sonny he knows he wants Johnny dead because he took Olivia from him. Threats ensue regarding Johnny and Olivia, as well as Claudia.
Lucky helps Elizabeth clean up the wine she spilled and he thinks she’s nervous because they are alone together. They think it should be easy with each other, but worry it won’t be the way they remember. Elizabeth says that’s the elephant in the room and Lucky says if they confront it, it will go away and kisses her to test his theory.
Rebecca finds Nikolas outside on the parapet and he asks if he scares her because sometimes he scares himself. She isn’t afraid of him, but thinks he doesn’t trust her. She hopes that will change and he will see that they are right for each other and have a future. She has to leave because Edward is still fragile from the heart attack and they make plans to see each other tomorrow.
Back at his house, Sonny tells Jason about his visit with Anthony and how he is using Johnny as leverage. Jason doesn’t agree with his intent to get rid of Johnny and asks if he is just looking to get Johnny out of his way to Olivia. Jason thinks killing Johnny is a mistake because he has been loyal to them. Sonny assures Jason he won’t have to make the hit and that he is starting to trust the man he has in mind to kill Johnny. Sonny reiterates his threat against Johnny as Claudia walks up and hears him.
Lulu helps Dominic back to his hospital room and he asks her to help him undress and for ice cream. Epiphany shows up and chastises him for leaving the hospital without signing the proper release forms. She tells him she’s on duty all night long and will monitor him within an inch of his life. Lulu tells her he needs help undressing and Epiphany starts to do the job. Lulu laughs to herself as she walks out of the room and hears Dominic protest.
Ronnie comes to Dante’s room with his badge to remind him he’s a cop and that all his bonding with Sonny and his kid is just a means to an end. Dante is insulted, but Ronnie is worried he won’t be able to throw his new buddies in prison when the time comes. As Dante and Ronnie angrily discuss the case, Lulu returns with ice cream. Ronnie leaves and Lulu finds Dante’s badge.
Johnny asks Olivia to check in on Spinelli and she asks about what happened when he got shot. Johnny goes into the details and tells her he remembers going into surgery and thinking about what it would be like to die and what he’d miss. He says the only thing he could think about was her. Olivia thinks she’s made a lot of trouble for him because of Sonny, but Johnny laughs it off and tells her they should live in the moment.
Lucky and Liz make out on the couch and she thinks about Nikolas. She stops Lucky and says she’s not being fair to him. He tells her they can wait until she’s ready. He would rather have honesty than what she thinks he wants to hear. She says she loves him and he thinks it’s a good thing they are getting married because he loves her too.
Nikolas summons Ethan to Wyndemere and hands him a check to keep Rebecca away from him.
