Sonny has a job for Dominic, Nikolas spends the evening with Rebecca, Elizabeth is jealous, Olivia warns Johnny about Dominic, Sonny visits Anthony, and Jax, Sam and Jason discuss the situation regarding Michael.
In Dominic’s hospital room, Sonny wonders what he and Ronnie have to talk about. Sonny thinks Ronnie might have been sent to get rid of Dominic on Anthony’s behalf and Ronnie and Dominic deny it. After Ronnie leaves, Dominic says Ronnie is a standup guy and Sonny appreciates his loyalty to his friends, but he has to be sure he’s loyal to him first. Sonny sees a nice future for Dominic in his organization, but he has to be sure he can trust him and that he’s loyal to him and no one else. Sonny wants to destroy Anthony from the inside out and the way to do that is to take away the thing he loves most: his son. Sonny doesn’t trust Johnny, he has no place in his organization and he’s expendable, so he will warn Anthony that Johnny will die if he moves against him again. He doesn’t want to involve Jason and asks Dominic if he gives the order, will he eliminate Johnny? Dominic says, "In a heartbeat.”
As Claudia listens, Jason asks Sam if Michael remembers Claudia talking to him while he was in a coma. She recounts that all he remembers is her saying she was sorry. Jason thinks when Michael flashes on what Claudia said they will finally know the truth.
Jax assures Michael he did not put a hit out on his father, but Michael thinks he knows more than he’s saying. Jax can’t tell him anything further until after the baby is born. Michael needs to know what’s going on so he can move on with his life and promises he won’t tell Carly, but Jax can’t take that risk. Carly walks in wondering what's going on. Michael and Jax try to cover, but Carly knows something is up. Jason and Sam come to Jax’s office and Michael leaves. Carly really knows something is up now and Jax says they are concerned about Anthony’s next move. Carly doesn’t like that Sam gets to be involved and she doesn’t, but Jason points out Sam isn’t pregnant. Jax and Jason ask her to go home and take care of herself and Jason promises if he finds out something she needs to know he will tell her.
In the turret, Nikolas flashes back to his night with Elizabeth. Lucky comes in and Nikolas asks how the therapy went. Lucky says it was good and he believes his marriage will work as long as they are honest with each other. Lucky always thought he wasn’t the man Elizabeth wanted, but now he knows he is.
Olivia tells Johnny not to confide in Dominic so he can’t use anything against him. Johnny is curious about her warning and she explains that Dominic has Sonny’s ear now and could try to make himself look good by making him look bad. She just wants him to watch himself and not trust Dominic.
Rebecca comes to Lucky’s with a wedding present, but Elizabeth opens the door. Elizabeth snipes at Rebecca, who says she’s going to nursing school so she will have to get used to her at the hospital. Elizabeth wonders if it’s something she wants or if Nikolas is pushing her into it because of Emily.
Claudia comes to Johnny’s room to tell him what she overheard and needs his help. Johnny isn’t interested and just tells her to run. She won’t do that because he’s in the hospital and he says there’s nothing he can do to save her and he’s afraid no one can. Claudia says she will figure it out on her own and he should just focus on getting better. He’s the only person she trusts and she would do anything for him.
Olivia returns to Johnny’s room and learns Claudia was there. He begs Olivia not to fight with her or to be alone with her because he’s afraid what she’ll do to try and put a stop to their relationship. He wants to believe they have a future together and Olivia tells him she’s not going anywhere.
After Carly leaves, Jax, Jason and Sam discuss the situation with Jerry and Michael’s shooting. Jason says the more Michael remembers the more danger he is in.
Rebecca comes to the turret and finds Nikolas alone. Rebecca brings up Lucky and Liz and assumes Nikolas is so glad for both of them.
Lucky returns home and sees the basket Rebecca brought over. Elizabeth expresses her disdain, but Lucky thinks they should find some things they like about Rebecca and move on. Elizabeth doesn't think Nikolas has forgiven Rebecca, but Lucky thinks otherwise. Lucky calls Nikolas to invite them over for dinner so they can see what’s really going on.
Alfred sets up a dinner for Nikolas and Rebecca and tells them Lucky called to invite them over. Nikolas instructs his butler to tell his brother they have other plans and tells Rebecca he wants her all to himself. Rebecca thinks the real reason he turned down the invitation is because he wants to give Lucky and Liz a chance to be alone.
As Jason and Sam wait for Jax to return to his office, Jason apologizes for his comment about her not being pregnant. Sam says it isn’t necessary, but Jason never wants to hurt her again. Sam says whatever happened, happened and she’s good with them being here now. Jason gets close to her, takes her hand and kisses her.
Sonny visits Anthony in prison and says if he ever makes a move against him again, Johnny will pay the price.
Dominic walks in Johnny’s room at Mercy hospital and says he owes him for taking his place at the warehouse. Johnny says they both saved people so it all worked out, but Dominic says he owes him and he promises he’ll pay him back, as Olivia sees them through the glass.
Lucky tells Elizabeth Nikolas and Rebecca aren’t coming to dinner and fills her in on the romantic dinner Alfred set up for them and Elizabeth spills her drink.
As Nikolas and Rebecca steam things up on the couch, he imagines he’s with Elizabeth.
