Whatever We Can Be.

Olivia rushes to Johnny’s bedside, Nikolas and Elizabeth feel guilty, Lulu visits Dominic, Elizabeth has an answer for Lucky, Claudia provokes Olivia, and Jason asks Sam to stay with him.

As Olivia visits Dante in the hospital, Sonny comes to tell her Johnny was shot and she runs out of the room.

Anthony tells Claudia he knows why she’s so angry about Johnny: because he didn’t die. He knows Johnny is the only person in her way on her quest for full power. Claudia takes offense to the accusation saying she’s been protecting Johnny for most of his life, but Anthony just laughs in her face. He tells her she acts like a jealous lover regarding her brother and she slaps him. Claudia tells her father he will pay for what he did and Johnny will help her if he survives, but Anthony knows Johnny will never turn against him. Claudia tells him otherwise because Johnny already knows Anthony ordered the hit.

Jason asks Johnny what he was trying to warn him about, but Johnny says it doesn’t matter because he’s alive, so Claudia is no longer a threat. Spinelli jumps in and asks Jason to take it easy on Johnny so he can recover. Jason agrees for now, but wants to know what happened at the warehouse and Johnny says he heard a gunman say they were under Anthony’s orders. Johnny adds he took the job at the last minute and Dominic was supposed to be there, not him. Jason asks to talk to Johnny alone and Johnny thanks Spinelli for sticking by him before he leaves. Jason wonders if Dominic set Johnny up, but Johnny doesn’t know what he’d have to gain.

Olivia comes to see Johnny and Sonny follows. She tells Johnny she couldn’t take it if he died, as Sonny seethes in the background.

Elizabeth and Nikolas start to take each other’s clothes off at Wyndemere as they get hot and heavy. After having sex, they worry about what they’ve done. Nikolas tries to take all the blame, but Elizabeth knew what she was doing. She doesn’t think she deserves Lucky’s love after what she’s done tonight, but Nikolas says he betrayed her friendship so she hate him, not herself. Liz wants to tell Lucky, but Nikolas urges her not to hurt him with the truth.

Lulu visits Lucky to get away from the night of love Maxie’s setting up in their apartment. She says she might need to move in with him permanently depending on how things pan out with Maxie and Spinelli, but Lucky tells her it might be crowded because he asked Liz to marry him again. Lulu warns him about Elizabeth’s hesitation in answering him, but Lucky remains confident.

Sam comes to Jason’s but finds Maxie instead. She says she’ll wait for him and they engage in girl talk. Spinelli comes in and Maxie sees the blood on his shirt. They all discuss what happened and Sam and Maxie worry, but Spinelli thinks Jason and Sonny know the score now so all is well, but Sam doesn’t look convinced.

Olivia tells Johnny she realized he is an amazing, unexpected gift she hasn’t paid enough attention to. She doesn’t want them to be casual anymore – she wants them to be whatever they can be. Johnny’s happy to hear it, but then Claudia interrupts them ordering Olivia out of the room. Johnny tells her to stop it because he wants Olivia there and she can leave if she doesn't like it. Claudia is aghast, words are exchanged and Claudia slaps Olivia. Olivia slaps back and as he tries to stop them, Johnny’s monitors go off.

Jason and Sonny talk about the incident and Sonny thinks Johnny might have set them up. Jason doesn’t think so because he took a bullet for Spinelli and they move on to Dominic as a suspect. Sonny wants to use Dominic to neutralize Anthony.

Lulu visits Dominic who is glad to see her. She says she came there because she didn’t want to ruin Lucky’s happy fantasy so she ended up there. They talk about Lucky and then Dominic tells her about Johnny.

The doctor comes to Johnny’s room and stabilizes him. Out in the hall, the doctor chastises the women for fighting as Sonny comes to talk to his brother-in-law. Olivia won’t allow it because she knows he’s going to accuse him. Sonny backs down and he and Claudia leave.

Jason comes home and finds Sam waiting for him. He fills her in on what happened, but then switches subjects asking how her case went. Sam says it’s complicated and challenging. Jason says if things get too dangerous she should call him, but Sam can take care of herself. She adds he would be the first person she would call though. Jason is happy to know Maxie and Spinelli are out because he’s never heard two people so loud in his whole life. Sam laughs and says she should go to the office, but Jason stops her. He asks if it’s something she has to do tonight and she says no. He’d like her to stay and he kisses her. He asks if that’s what she wants and kisses her again. She would like that very much and they start to make out.

Lucky and Liz visit with Jake and then go out in the hallway where she accepts his proposal.

Olivia apologizes to Johnny for fighting with Claudia and they joke about it. She asks if there’s anything she can do to make him more comfortable. He just wants her right there and she says she’s exactly where she wants to be.

Lulu returns to Dominic’s room after calling Spinelli about Johnny. He wonders if she is going to check on her guy, but Lulu says she will always care about him, but he’s not ‘her guy’. She learns Olivia is with Johnny and thinks he is with who he needs, but Dominic doesn’t think they’re a couple who will work. He goes on about the mob life and how dangerous it is and she tells him he sounds like someone who wants to stop the mob, not someone who wants to be in it.

Next on General Hospital:

Jason and Sam have an awkward morning after.

Nikolas learns of Elizabeth and Lucky’s engagement.

Maxie admits to Robin she doesn’t want to get married.

I have got to hand it to GH, because they do the best Catfights. Sam/Carly, then Sam/Carly, then Sam/Carly; Sam/Liz, now Olivia/Claudia. Claudia has nimble, naughty hands today. Slapping everyone left, right and center. And as to be expected, Olivia slapped her right back. Yowwwwzzzzzzz!!!!!!

I have to confess that I am such a big fan of Claudia and cannot stand Olivia who pontificates to everyone and has this high and mighty attitude which I detest. But I can understand her hostility towards Olivia. She is truly scared for her brother. Claudia knows who Olivia truly wants which is Sonny, who is married to Claudia and its not like Olivia is always warm, objective and welcoming to Claudia too. Olivia is a threat to what Claudia sees as her family (Sonny and Johnny, and lets not forget that Olivia was feeding popcorn to Claudia's husband a few hours ago, YUCK!)And yes, Claudia is always really rude to Olivia. But couldn't Olivia at least give Claudia a moment or two with her brother? That goes without saying right?

I love the Jasam stuff- I love it when Jason takes Sam gently by her wrist or arm and turns her towards him, sweet and sexy. Reminds me of Daniel from Days..he would spin Chelsea around from leaving and plant one crazy sweet/hot sexy kiss on her..sigh. I'm really enjoying them!!!

Boo to Niz...sorry I didn't find that hot or understand why they call it love when neither of them are in love with one another- its just sex. Now, I'll admit it was tasteful but it didn't draw me in as a fan. I get that is paints them both in that "grey" area and all actors need to have things mixed up and all but I just can't get passed the idea of hurting Lucky. Its a soap...so I know the drill, all to bring the drama but still I just have my own opinions.

Dante and Lulu- Can I just say I love these guys to pieces! Yes, I do! I think they have such natural chemistry, its just amazing! I'm waiting on the edge of my seat to see what comes of them...I hope A LOT!!!!!!!!

Olivia and Johnny, well I like these together. Cat fight was good! Didn't Sonny seem just a tinsy bit jealous, yep!!

Overall a very good show for me!

Can the producers of Gh not invest in the production or creation of a new opening credits scene? We have these characters who look so different now and I think a couple of them are not even around anymore such as Alan Quartermaine. And isn't it time now that Michael, JZ, ClaudiaZ, Rebecca Shaw, and Kristina be included? They should keep updating it as their characters come and go at least include all the regulars.IMO

OMG, i can't believe Liz accepted Luckys proposal.. I love the whole Liz and Nik scences,, but why did she have to accept his proposal ugh, what a witch.

Why did we have to watch a love scene with Nick and Liz and not the Sam and Jason one? I dont get Liz why is she doing this to herself and Lucky? She knows this will end very bad and yet here she goes again making yet another stupid choice. I can almost bet she'll sleep with Lucky then OMG there will be a baby and a "who's the daddy?" s/l ....again.
Don't get me wrong I like Liz just can't believe this s/l.

I LOVE Lulu and Dante/Dominic! Can't wait to see where they go!

A little off topic but can Claudia, Sam and Jason please wear something else besides Jeans and black shirts? Please? These three probably workout more than anyone on the show and yet there always all covered up!

BlazenStorm- The song is "Just for Tonight" by Peter McEvilley, you can find all GH tunes on YouTube, GH songs-Title of song.

Liz, you naughty girl, now she needs a bitc* slap to put some sense into her head. She claims that she doesn't know what she would do without Lucky, but strings him along accepts his proposal with some counselling after sleeping with his brother, is it worth it? NOT!, but the scenes were good.

Very good show. Loved, Lulu(cute top) & Dante.

Olivia & Claudia, loved the slap, and then the punch over Johnny. Boy was Sonny jealous.

Of course last but not least, Jasam is love.

NYDrama – to continue a post topic from yesterday, the reason I referred to Jason being dumbed down is because he doesn’t seem to be interested in really finding the truth so much as getting someone to tell him what he wants to hear about Claudia. In Mexico, Jerry basically said that Claudia wasn’t involved in the hit (which, yes, was a lie), and Jason doesn’t want to believe it. BUT, if Jerry had said that Claudia WAS involved with the hit, Jason would COMPLETELY believe what Jerry said. So why can Jerry be believed when he gives Jason the answer he wants to hear, but not believed when Jerry gives an answer that Jason doesn’t want to hear? When Jason played the tape of Claudia ordering the hit on Jerry for Sonny, Sonny threw out a perfectly plausible other reason for why Claudia ordered the hit and Jason doesn’t want to listen. AND there’s also the fact that Jerry did stab Claudia and throw her in the river to die, which Jason and Sonny don’t know about, but is also a perfectly valid reason for Claudia to want Jerry dead. At the beginning, Jason was CONVINCED that Ric was behind it, because that’s what he wanted to hear. That’s what I mean about Jason being dumbed down not because he just wants someone to tell him whatever answer he wants.

*******
On to today’s show, I got out of class today early enough to turn on GH early enough to see Claudia and Olivia get into their slapfest in Johnny’s hospital room. It was SO GOOD to see Claudia slap Olivia across the face like that. Olivia has some nerve being so judgmental where Claudia is concerned considering all the secrets Olivia’s keeping, including the one where her son is working to bring the whole mob down, including her little boy toy, Johnny.

Johnny is a real jerk lately. I can’t wait for him to find out how many lies Olivia has been keeping from him. After all that comes out, I can’t wait to see that smug little smirk wiped off John-boy’s face. For whatever else she’s done, Claudia has always been 100% loyal to Johnny and has ALWAYS protected his sorry arse, no matter how rotten he (or anyone else) has treated Claudia. You certainly can’t say the same for Johnny.

It also seems like Dante has nearly outed himself as a cop to Lulu. I can’t wait to see how Dante tries to talk himself out of this one!

OMG!!! Liz said yes to Lucky’s marriage proposal just after sleeping with Nic! Liz really shouldn’t marry Lucky because she obviously isn’t “in-love” with him, no matter how much Liz may “love” Lucky. That is just not right! Guilt or concern for hurting the other person’s feelings should NEVER be the reason you get married (are you listening MAXIE??!!?)

Please stop the Liz and Nick........... I would much rather see jason and liz!

Is it me or is Olivia one of the most annoying, irritating characters on this show?
Her scenes with Johnny would be laughable if it wasn’t supposed to be serious.
When Olivia blubbers out that she saw their life together in her head as their own movie, I nearly lost my lunch. Well, if their life is a movie, I can guess the ending: a double cross involving Liv’s baby daddy.

Liz & Nik agreed that hooking up was a mistake but to keep it from Lucky. The thing about secrets in soapland is that they come with an expiration date.

Best part of the episode was Lulu & Dante.
