Jason and Sam give their statements, Lulu and Maxie settle in and Tracy calls Luke's bluff.

It's anything but a peaceful day over at Robin's place. She admits to Patrick that it upsets her to see her daughter cry whenever she's around. She decides to do everyone a favor and leave for a while and give Emma a break from her.

Later, Mac comes across Robin on a bench in the park and asks if she's okay. Robin admits that she doesn't have the energy to lie. She laments over her inability to comfort her own daughter. Mac can't help but to chuckle when Robin says that the only proof she has is that her baby cries. He buys her some popcorn and she assures him that her meltdown has passed. Mac is giving her a pep talk as Patrick comes by with the stroller. He tells her that he and Emma missed her.

Claudia is none too pleased to find Olivia strolling around her living room. She tells her that if she's well enough to roam around snooping, she's well enough to go home. Sonny walks in and Olivia asks if his wife speaks for him? Sonny yells at Claudia, but admits that Olivia would be better off anywhere but here. He offers to get her a car, but she says she can manage to stroll across the football-sized lawn over to Kate's place.

Lucky brings Liz and her boys back to their place. Liz thanks Lucky for being such a wonderful father and asks if they can have some kind of mini celebration as a family. Lucky suggests a trip to the zoo to see Santa. Liz loves the idea. Then she gets a call to come to the courthouse to give a statement.

Jason is surprised to find Sam on the bench next to him at the courthouse. He tells her that she shouldn't have to talk to the Feds, but Sam says that she'll own up to her part in everything. Diane comes out and says that the agent wants to hear them both at the same time.

Once seated, the agent tells them, "The report reads like a wild west movie, only with Russians." He notes that five men are dead and wonders why they both shouldn't be charged with murder. Together Sam and Jason tell the tale of what happened as the agent paces the room. When they finish, the agent asks whose decision it was to get the kid without calling the cops? "Mine," Sam and Jason say in unison. After they explain their reasoning, the agent says that it appears that they acted in self defense.

Lulu and Maxie are over at their new apartment arguing. Maxie tells Lulu to do the cleaning and she'll be the interior designer. Then she puts dibs on the bigger bedroom because her designer clothes deserve the big closet. Lulu says that she's the only person with a boyfriend so she gets the big room. Spinelli knocks at the door and they pull him in and ask him to decide. He is too stunned to learn about their new status as roommates to think for a moment, but then offers to facilitate as they come to domestic decisions.

Johnny shows up and they decide to cut cards over who gets the big room. The jackal selects a jack, but Johnny picks an ace. Lulu explains that 'their' new room will be big enough and explains to Spinelli that Johnny has nowhere else to live for the moment. Spinelli doesn't like the sound of the arrangement at all.

Edward is tiptoeing around Tracy over at the Quartermaine house. He tells her that she's been miserable since her problems with Luke started and their stock prices are falling. Just then, Luke barrels through the terrace doors and makes a beeline for the bar. As Tracy warns that he'll die of alcohol poisoning, Luke acts more drunk than humanly possible. Edward leaves them alone. Luke says that he has a few pubs to crawl and hopefully it'll only take a few weeks for his liver to fail. She tells him to go clog his arteries in France while visiting his true love. He stands up and tries to kiss her but she can't smell any liquor so she realizes that he's scheming. Luke dumps his act and proceeds to try to figure out why Tracy has given up on them. Tracy throws him out, again, and he promises to go on the biggest bender of his life.

After Luke's gone, Tracy can't help but to look out the door for him. Alan appears and asks her how she'd feel if he really drank himself to death?

Back at Sonny's house, Sonny tells Max that he's going to make Claudia lunch. Max is confused as to why he'd do that for someone he doesn't like. Sonny explains that if Karpov didn't shoot Kate, one of the Zaccharas did and he intends to cozy up to his wife to find out more.
Later, when Claudia finds Sonny in the dining room with lunch she promptly swaps place settings in case he poisoned her. She loves the tomato basil soup and sausage and peppers, but says that hers is better. She tells him that she's touched by the gesture, but asks what it's going to cost her?

Sam has left the courthouse and Diane is talking to Jason in the hallway as Liz arrives. Diane advises him against having a heart-to-heart here and now, but leaves them alone anyway. The first thing he does is ask Liz about Jake. He tells her that the room Jake was in was only ten feet from where the gunfire was going off.

Sam goes home and soon after, Lucky arrives. He takes her in his arms and says how much he has missed her. Lucky tells her that Jason and Liz are grateful to her and now they can get back to normal. He gives her a kiss, but she pulls back.
