Elizabeth commits to marrying Lucky, Sam and Jason help a pregnant woman, Johnny and Olivia reconnect, and Helena is shipped off.
Lucky announces to both his and Elizabeth’s families that they are getting married again. As congratulations are offered, Lesley takes photos to send to Laura, and Ethan and Lucky share a brotherly moment. Luke and Tracy are disdainful of how warm and fuzzy things are getting and Luke notes this remarriage doesn’t seem to have happily ever after written all over it.
Nikolas tries to deny his affair with Elizabeth to Helena, but she continues to taunt him about it. Rebecca comes in thinking they are talking about her and assures Helena she and Nikolas are happy and there’s nothing she can do about it. Helena mocks and laughs at her. Nikolas doesn’t think Rebecca should have to listen to her and she leaves the room. Helena and Nikolas continue their version of family bonding and she tells him to send her to Switzerland because if she goes to Greece Valentin will kill her and Nikolas will need her. She thinks he should be proud of himself because he is finally fulfilling his destiny by betraying his brother, but it’s only a hint of things to come.
Olivia and Johnny undress each other and kiss as they head to the bedroom.
Sam and Jason run upstairs and find a pregnant woman passed out on the floor and rush her to the hospital.
At the hospital, Jax and Patrick each wait for test results and talk about marriage. Patrick says he never thought he’d be married, but the wild man from med school has settled down and Jax wouldn’t change the way his life is now for anything.
After they have sex, Johnny tells Olivia he loves her and he just wants her to be in his life. Olivia tells him it’s complicated, but Johnny thinks they can go back to the beginning where they each had their own secrets. He tells her to forget about everything and asks if she wants to be with him. Olivia does, but it has to be a secret because it could be bad if Sonny or Claudia find out. As they kiss, Dominic comes to the door and Johnny assumes he’s there for him. Johnny answers and pulls him inside instructing him to keep his mouth shut because no one can know he was at Olivia’s. Dominic gives his word he won’t say anything and Olivia leaves. Johnny wonders why Dominic had to come over and he tells him Sonny and Claudia left the country and no one knows where they are. Johnny doesn’t know either, but doesn’t think it’s odd. Before leaving, Dominic says Ms. Falconeri is a nice lady and he’d hate to see her get caught in the crossfire.
As Kristina does homework, she gets a text and then opens the door to Michael who wonders why she wasn’t at school. She says she’s fine and wonders if Kiefer said anything to him. Michael wonders what he did this time and Kristina says nothing – they have something very special that any girl at school would be jealous of. Michael wonders who she is trying to convince and why she’s upset. Kristina blurts out she and Kiefer had sex and Michael gets upset.
Luke makes an announcement welcoming Elizabeth back in the family. Luke also announces that Ethan is in fact a Spencer and asks everyone to welcome him as well. As the family does so, Lesley tells Luke she is sending photos to Laura because she is curious about Ethan. Luke tells her he discussed it with her and Lesley thinks Ethan seems like a nice fellow. Bobbie thinks it’s nice Luke is stepping up as a father and Luke hopes Lucky and Elizabeth make things work this time and get what they want.
Lulu and Ethan discuss her childhood growing up with Luke and Laura, as Elizabeth thanks Luke for being there. Luke wonders if she was surprised by the announcement and wants to be happy for her, but thinks she’s not as sure about it as Lucky is. Liz assures him she loves him, but Luke says sometimes it’s not enough and wonders if she feels trapped in this house.
Jason and Sam bring the woman to the ER and Patrick takes her away to check her out.
Alexis walks in the door with flowers that were delivered for Kristina from Kiefer. They talk about Kiefer and Alexis thinks they should have a talk about sex. A visibly upset Kristina tells her mother if Kiefer wants to have sex, she will tell him she wants to wait.
Patrick tells Sam and Jason the woman and baby are okay and are undergoing a C-section. He asks about the house they were in and they explain they were there because of Ian and Jason asks Patrick what he knows. Patrick doesn’t know anything, but hopes they find what they are looking for. After Patrick leaves, Jason finds that Sam has walked away.
Elizabeth comes to Wyndemere and learns Helena has been shipped off to Switzerland. She tells him about the surprise party, that he probably has a message from Lucky about, and how she couldn't break things off with him. She plans on marrying him because she won’t walk away from Lucky and their family for a man she can never have.
Olivia returns from the store and Johnny tells her Sonny and Claudia are out of town so they don’t have to worry about them for a while. Olivia still worries though. She also apologizes for breaking up with him, but is glad he didn’t take no for an answer.
Jax walks into Sonny’s house and finds Dante rummaging through Sonny’s things. Dante realizes Jax got him reinstated and Jax tells him to make sure that Sonny goes to prison.
Jason finds Sam at the nursery who is emotional about the woman and her baby. Jason knows this has to be terrible for Sam who thinks it is a miracle they were at the house at the right time to save the baby. They see a baby wheeled into the nursery and Sam says she has never felt pain like when she lost her baby. However, she can either choose to be miserable about what she doesn’t have or she can appreciate what she does have. Her life is good right now and that’s enough.
