Dante turns the tables on Claudia, Anthony summons Olivia, Helena must go, Lucky has a surprise for Elizabeth, and Dante sees a familiar sign.
Michael listens as Sonny tells Olivia he doesn’t want to hear what she has to say about Claudia. As Olivia talks about Claudia’s negative attributes, Michael walks in wondering what right she has to badmouth his dad’s wife. Sonny wants him to show Olivia some respect, but asks Olivia to stay out of Claudia’s face. Olivia tells Michael it’s good of him to stand up for his stepmother and tells Sonny his oldest boy is something to be proud of. Olivia leaves and while Sonny doesn’t like the way Michael spoke to Olivia, he appreciates that he stood up for Claudia. Sonny notes she is trying to be a good wife and appreciates that.
Claudia tries to threaten Dante with Olivia when he turns her down, but he tells her his mother and the father he never knew are the reason he will never sleep with her. If he has kids, he will be married to their mother and what she wants is not an option. She threatens him again, but Dante reminds her that if she tells Sonny the truth about him, then she won’t have anything to hold over Olivia in order to keep her away from Johnny. He doesn’t like Olivia with Johnny either so he thanks her and says he owes her one. After he leaves, Claudia angrily throws a glass at the door.
Helena taunts Lucky about the people close to him who have betrayed him. Lucky won’t believe anything that comes out of her mouth and then Ethan walks in. She tries to pit them against each other, but they know what she is doing. Helena wants to talk to Ethan in private so she can tell him a secret that will put Lucky’s happiness in his hands. Ethan wants no part of it so Helena thinks Lucky will have to learn the truth from someone else and the brothers leave.
Nikolas tries to calm a frantic Elizabeth about Helena. She tells him she can’t marry Lucky while keeping this secret. She doesn’t love him the way he wants her to and he deserves more than that. She didn’t know how to tell him no in the first place and wonders why she can’t give Lucky what he wants and deserves. Elizabeth hopes he can forgive her and Nikolas tells her she will be on her own again once she tells him. She points out she will be able to be with whoever she wants, but it can’t be him. He tells her she is the only one who has made him feel alive since Emily, but says their one night is all it can ever be. She thinks maybe they were just helping each other through loss, but he says loss was just covering it up. She can’t stop thinking about him and he calls her beautiful, but she says they should go back to being just friends. Nikolas kisses her and leaves.
Jason and Sam meet at the restaurant to discuss Ian and then take off together to check out their lead.
Luke walks up to hear Tracy confronting Helena. Tracy has arranged for her to be released from the hospital and Luke approves, despite Helena’s concerns for her health and safety. Helena thinks Luke needs her, but Luke isn’t so sure. Helena warns him about Valentin again, but Luke did some research and declares she had him murdered. Helena says the body in the ground is not his and believes he is the one who poisoned her. Luke thinks she is losing her touch and the Spencers leave.
Dominic runs into Lulu and teases her about her being worried about him and Claudia. He tells her he turned her down and thanks her for telling him to not compromise himself. He teases her again and says, “I’m all yours.” He asks her out but she shoots him down. As they exchange witty banter, he sees a graffiti tag, but then they walk away.
Claudia drinks a bottle of champagne in her hotel room when Johnny comes by. She tells him Dominic turned her down and now he has to pay. When he questions her desire to sleep with Dominic she tells him Sonny wouldn’t give her a baby. Johnny tries to explain that having a baby in this life isn’t the best idea because she and Sonny will always have enemies. She refuses to believe she will never have a child and Johnny thinks trying to pass someone else’s baby off as Sonny's is stupid. Claudia knows that and thinks maybe she can convince him to eventually have a baby. Johnny thinks she is setting herself up for disappointment, but she thinks with patience and time she will have everything she wants. She tells him, “As long as you love me, that’s all I’ll ever need.”
Olivia goes to the prison after being summoned by Anthony. He wants her to convince him why Johnny wouldn’t be better off if he simply killed her. He doesn’t scare her and she tells him it is a miracle Johnny came out of his gene pool the way that he did and says he will get all the love and support she can give him. Anthony thinks she has guts and thinks she’s good for him so she gets to live for now.
Bernie tells Sonny Anthony’s partners in South America are worried about their relationship with him and that he should go down to reassure them. Bernie offers to go with him, but Sonny has someone else in mind.
Jason and Sam end up at a house and go in the basement looking for clues from Ian Devlin. As they search, Sam finds a vent and Jason opens it. They find a bag and as they look through it, they hear someone in the house. They realize they have to wait until whoever is home leaves or falls asleep but then they hear someone fall.
Furious, Johnny comes to the prison and demands to know why Olivia’s name was on the visitor’s book. Anthony says disrespectful things about her and Johnny defends his lady. Johnny warns his father if anything happens to Olivia he will kill him himself. Anthony is proud that he is truly becoming his father’s son.
Nikolas comes to his grandmother’s room and informs her she can take a flight back to the island or a clinic of her choice, but she can’t stay in Port Charles. Helena thinks it’s a mistake because he needs her help to deal with Valentin. Nikolas just wants her gone, but she knows he’s afraid she will expose his affair with Elizabeth.
Elizabeth comes home to a surprise party where Lucky tells both their families they have news.
Claudia comes home and tells Sonny she’s not pregnant. He feels bad for her, but asks her to come to Puerto Rico with him to help prove the Corinthos/Zacchara alliance is strong.
Johnny goes to Olivia and says hello with a passionate kiss. He picks her up and they heat things up against the wall.
Dante returns to the graffiti sign which is the same that appears on a window in a loft overlooking the city where there are photos of what appears to be murder crime scenes.
