Molly forces Jason and Sam to look at their relationship, Alexis confronts Sam, Luke and Ethan get a surprise, Johnny and Coleman bring Carly to the hospital, Dante learns Claudia wants to get pregnant, Kiefer pressures Kristina and Jason warns Claudia.
Dante wonders why Claudia wants to sleep him so badly and she tells him he reminds her of Sonny. He doesn’t see it, but wonders why that matters in bed. She tells him he’s a challenge and again threatens him. She tells him she will get a room at a new hotel and he needs to be prepared to accommodate her in every possible way.
Michael lashes out at Sonny when he offers to help him and storms out.
Johnny tries to keep Carly calm as she experiences contractions in Jake’s parking lot. She yells for help and Coleman comes out with a gun telling Johnny to back off. Johnny tells Coleman she’s not in danger; she’s in labor. Coleman calls 911, but learns they won’t get there fast enough so Coleman offers to drive Carly himself fearing Sonny, Jason and Jax’s wrath should something happen to her.
Olivia meets Jax on the docks and tells him Dante has been reassigned cases. Olivia is thrilled, but Jax points out no cop has gone as far in Sonny’s organization before and he’s in the perfect position to bring Sonny down. Olivia thinks he doesn't care what happens to her son, as long as Sonny is out of his life and they debate the issue. Olivia walks away and Jax makes a call to set up a meeting with a senator as soon as possible.
Sam tells Molly she is never to use her Jacuzzi unsupervised, but Molly says she needed it for a science experiment. Sam also tells her it’s not cool to interrupt private moments between people. Molly brings up their relationship and wonders why Sam and Jason act like they aren’t dating. Sam tells her sister it’s none of her business, but Molly just wants her to be happy and then tells Jason he obviously has deep feelings for Sam. She compares them to Heathcliff and Catherine from “Wuthering Heights.” Molly then thinks they are afraid something will go wrong and they will lose each other again. She sighs and calls it romantic.
Luke and Ethan board the Haunted Star to see that business is booming. They run into Tracy who is less than thrilled to see Luke and who has a new dealer, Link, and new bartender, Evan, who resemble Luke and Ethan. Luke and Ethan try to explain where they’ve been, but Tracy doesn’t want to hear it. As Tracy orders them out, Luke grabs his wife and kisses her.
Sam returns from driving Molly home and Jason starts talking about Ian Devlin. Sam interrupts him and says maybe they should talk about where they stand with each other. Jason agrees and asks where she wants to start. Sam then tries to backtrack and starts talking about Ian and Claudia again. As Sam rattles on, Jason gets close and looks at her saying he wants to talk. Sam says things are going well and she likes being with him. If they talk about it they will mess everything up. Jason tells her he didn’t realize how much he missed her until they started spending a lot of time together again. It’s simple to be with her and feels right and he is grateful. Sam is happy, but a little bit scared.
After getting caught talking about her birth control on the phone, Kristina tells her mother it’s for a school project. Kristina leaves and Molly comes out of her room and tells her mother she walked in on Sam and Jason having sex.
Sam and Jason are interrupted by a knock at the door and Sam answers to Alexis who asks to speak with Sam alone.
Johnny and Coleman bring Carly into the hospital and Epiphany pages Dr. Lee.
Claudia comes downstairs and asks Sonny how it’s going with Michael. They discuss him and how Claudia might be pregnant. She says it’s stressful not knowing and she’s glad Dominic is leaving.
Coleman and Johnny sit with Carly as Kelly tends to her. Carly appreciates the guys being there because they are so annoying, they’re distracting. Kelly says the baby is at a good weight and looks to be healthy, but Carly tells her she has to do something to stop the labor.
Claudia books a room for tomorrow night over the phone and then sees Michael who returns to the house so he can apologize to his father. Michael tells Claudia he has a short fuse regarding the coma and she urges him to keep trying to connect with his father and let him help. Michael doesn't want Sonny to keep blaming himself for him getting shot. Claudia thinks he should put the coma behind him and focus on the life ahead of him. Michael thinks she is the only person who gets how he feels. Jason comes in and says he needs to talk to Claudia privately. Michael leaves and Jason tells her not to talk to Michael. He also says Ian Devlin recorded all of his conversations, including the one he had with her about the hit when Michael got shot.
Sonny goes to Dominic’s room and thanks him again for saving Morgan, but thinks it’s a good idea he is leaving because of what’s going on with Claudia. Sonny tells him if he continues in this life he should never get married or have kids because he won’t be able to give them a decent life and that’s why he won’t give Claudia another baby.
After Jason leaves, Sam clears up that Molly didn’t walk in on them having sex, but Alexis wants Sam to take a look at the choices she’s making. She asks her to run things by her first, like giving Molly a key to her apartment. Sam apologizes and Alexis tells her the girls look up to her and it’s a good idea to set some limits.
Kristina and Kiefer make out on the docks and Kristina tells him her birth control won’t take effect for at least a month. Kiefer tells her he got them a room for tonight, but Kristina doesn’t want to take the risk of getting pregnant. Kiefer says they can use a condom, but she reminds him they aren’t always effective. Kiefer thinks she’s just nervous and promises to take care of her.
Jax comes to the hospital and finds Johnny and Coleman with Carly. The men explain what happened in unison and Kelly walks in saying they need to discuss the possibility of a C-section because the baby could be born tonight.
