Sam goes to the clinic with Kristina, Dante wears a wire, Alexis and Carly have it out, Patrick goes to karaoke with another woman, and Sonny learns Olivia broke up with Johnny.
Sam brings an embarrassed Kristina to the clinic and assures her the clinic is about preventing unwanted pregnancies and STDs and they are all about privacy. Kristina points out if their mother had been responsible, they wouldn’t exist. If she ever did get pregnant, she wouldn’t give up her baby for adoption or keep him/her away from his/her father. Sam tells her they can’t judge her and that Alexis loves them, but Kristina feels too much pressure from her and doesn’t want Alexis to know she is at the clinic for birth control. They see Kelly walk by and Kristina worries she will tell their mother.
Ronnie helps Dante tape up his wire and reminds him he can’t turn the wire off so he needs to be careful what he says and who he says it to. Dante is worried and Ronnie tells him they need to wrap up the case because the lines are getting blurred. Dante admits he likes Morgan, but he knows his job is to bring Sonny down and he will do that with or without a wire.
Olivia assures Claudia over the phone that she set up the hotel suite and Claudia warns she better not be disappointed. When Claudia gets off the phone, she sees Sonny who gives her a bracelet as a token of his appreciation for her forgiving Kristina and accepting that he doesn’t want any more children. She reminds him there is a chance she is already pregnant and they talk about that possibility.
At the Metro Court, Carly bemoans her family's overprotectiveness but Olivia tells her she has everything a woman could possibly want and that she should count her blessings. Carly wonders if she is upset about Johnny or her son. Olivia fills Carly in on her break up with Johnny, but Carly doesn’t buy her excuses for ending things. Olivia admits the real reason she broke up with him was because of Claudia, who walks in the hotel. Olivia privately tells her the room is ready and Claudia warns it better be satisfactory or else she will tell Sonny. Claudia walks away and Carly wonders what’s really going on.
Patrick calls a babysitter for Emma while he’s at the hospital and Matt chides him for being so domesticated. Patrick tells his brother his wife and baby are the best things that have ever happened to him, but Matt isn’t convinced. Matt walks away and Louise comes off the elevator and recognizes Patrick as her friend’s ex-boyfriend. Robin walks up and meets Louise, who tells her she must be an amazing woman because her friend told her Patrick was the kind of guy who would never settle down. After hearing some stories, Robin has to get back to work and Louise follows suit.
Alexis comes across Michael on the docks and thanks him for pulling Kristina from the carnival wreckage. She knows he is working hard and supports him, but she also knows he punched Kiefer in the face and questions him about it, as Carly walks up and listens in. Alexis worries her daughters might not be safe with him and Carly asks to talk to Alexis alone. Michael leaves and Carly demands that Alexis never lecture her kid again. They argue and Alexis says she doesn’t want her girls to spend time with Michael right now and Carly wonders if she really wants to be the controlling neurotic mom because the girls love Michael and they will resent her for it.
Dominic comes to see Sonny who gives him some papers for Olivia about the Michael Corinthos Foundation, as Johnny walks in. Dominic leaves and Johnny tells Sonny Olivia broke up with him because of Claudia. Sonny doesn't want it to affect his work performance and Johnny says it won’t and leaves.
Kelly assures Kristina her appointment is completely confidential, so she won’t be telling Alexis. Kelly leaves and Sam reiterates that she thinks Kristina is too young to be sexually active, but she is by her side. The nurse comes to get Kristina and she goes in for an exam.
Dante comes to the Metro Court to drop off the papers for Olivia and she tries to talk to him, but he writes down he is wearing a wire so she walks away. He gets a call from Claudia who summons him to her room.
Patrick tells Robin he got the babysitter so they can go to karaoke, but Robin has to work. She encourages him to still go but asks him not to sing a duet with anyone else.
Kristina returns from the exam and tells Sam it was kind of weird and she’s glad it’s over. Sam wonders if she reconsidered having sex and Kristina says Kiefer wants to and if they don’t move forward the relationship will end and it’s the last thing she wants. Kristina asks about Sam’s first time and Sam tells her she was younger than her and not at all ready for it. She was lacking in self-confidence, but she thought sleeping with a boy meant pleasing him and that he cared about her. She just wanted to feel like she mattered to someone, but they were just using her. She doesn’t think Kristina will make that same mistake because she comes from a family who loves her. Sam really wishes she would wait until she was older because it will give her a chance to have a genuine emotional connection. Kristina says she and Kiefer have that, but Sam doesn’t want her to rush into having sex so she doesn’t miss out on what is special and feels right.
Dominic comes to Claudia’s suite and she tries to seduce him. Dominic says he’s not interested and wonders why she is so hot for him all of a sudden, as Ronnie listens over the wire. She offers to give him information about the Corinthos organization to help him move up if he gives her what she wants. She starts to unbutton his shirt, but he pushes her away.
Patrick tries to get Matt to go to Karaoke with him, but he has a date. Louise walks up and asks if she can join Patrick and he happily says yes, as Robin watches from afar worried.
Sam brings Kristina home and hopes she can learn from her mistakes. Kristina does too but says Kiefer isn’t an abuser like the guys Sam was with. She has to wait for a month for the birth control to take effect anyway and hopes Kiefer can wait.
Sonny comes to the Metro Court and sees Olivia and asks if she broke up with Johnny because of him.
