I know this doesn't sound right, but I would like to extend my heart felt sympathy to Farrah Fawcett's & Michael Jackson's families. Today was just a very devastating day in the world of pop entertainment. i can't even imagine what both families must be feeling. I do hope that they can take in comfort that each one of them will be watching over there families and all there admires from heaven like all angels do.

MAY YOU REST IN PEACE FARRAH FAWCETT AND MICHAEL JACKSON!

TNBuckle, we don't trash the actors personally on this board, e.g. calling someone ugly, which they cannot help, but I think (correct me if I am wrong) that we can complain about their character's appearance such as choice of clothes and hairstyle and the things the writers make them do. We may dislike Claudia or Jerry, but we don't attack Sebastian Roche and Sara Brown, their job is to make us dislike their characters.

We complain about the writers as it is their job to come up with interesting and plausible plots and dialogue.

As for going off topic, the odd reference is OK with me, but not when it goes into a general discussion. We have the lounge for that.

I don't believe that the writers did not have time to come up with a better farewell scene for Rick involving Alexis and Molly. They have known for weeks that he was going. Sour grapes?

If they had time to cram in a few extra scenes for Emma Samms as Holly, then they could have done a small farewell for Rick, even if he had been the only one in the scene and had talked to them on the phone. Nevertheless, I AM glad that they did not have time to kill him off.

aussie-gal I agree that Dominic looks a little like Nicholas. I once read that casting directors in TV tend not to go with actors of a similar type so that the audience does not get confused, which is why they would have a blonde, a red head and a brunette supposed to be siblings. Yet GH has lots of look alikes: two women with long dark hair who dress in black (Olivia and Claudia) four well-built, black-haired, brown-eyed men (Johnny, Nicholas, Lucky and Dominic) two ditzy blondes (Lulu and Maxie) and so on. Maybe they think we are intelligent enough to tell them apart.

The show is really getting good again. I read somewhere that Dominic is really Dante and is Olivia's and Sonny's son. How is that going to play out?

Where is Luke? How is he going to get out of Helena's grasp? What will become of Tracy and Luke? Will she make good on her threats to throw him out when he was really being held captive. Also they should use Ethan more than they are. They brought him on and now don't use him.

Has Jason resigned a contract for the next few years? I hope so. Also they should get him back with the Q's also if only for a while.

Does anyone else think that Dominic is Dante? He said he was from Bensonhurst. I bet it's him. He will be the one to teach Michael about being in a mob. Sonny will be sick. Cant wait to see.

cowboys fan, great comment "Why does Claudia call every woman she has a confrontation with a B. If you look that word up in the dictionary you will see her stupid face"
PS I'm a Pats fan. Sorry!!!

ttoyou - thanks for the compliment. You made my day (and it's only 9AM here)!

Starlett - I know that there is a lot of other things people (rightfully) get on Claudia's case about, but many posters do complain about her ordering hits on people and don't complain about Sonny for the same thing. ("Ordering Hits for Dummies" is a classic, BTW!) Even though I like the character, I absolutley cringe at some of the things Claudia does. But I do think this kind of goes back to a comment I made on the AMC board in discussing Ryan Lavery - I think that when a character annoys you, EVERYTHING they do annoys you, even if its the same stuff that other characters do.

I personally like Claudia getting up in everyone's face about things. Yes, she's lying her butt off, but it's a nice change to see someone who can get right down in the mudd with Carly (as opposed to the "good girls" she usually fights with - although Brenda would also be a worthy adversary) and doesn't let Sonny get away with his chauvanistic, controlling behavior towards every woman he's ever been with or might one day want to be with. I like her chutzpah (even if she is a walking disaster)!

to stayathomemommie: your first silly comment made me laugh. Stating we posters do not know Michael and Farrah "in real life". Hate to break it to you BUT, we don't know the GH stars in real life either. And if we did...they wouldn't be these characters. I think you might be stayin' at home a little too much.....go on out girl...
