Sigh! No JOlivia again today. Sob. Gasp! Rrrripppp (sounds of garments being rent). Despite that, today's episode was very good. I hope we will see them tomorrow.

I half expected Johnny to smack Claudia today. I would not blame him if he just walked away from Sonny's unguarded house and left her to sort out her own mess.

I liked the scene where Sonny told Michael EXACTLY how he makes his money. Does anyone think Michael will listen?

Best of all was the way they handled Rick's departure. They did not kill him off and left the door wide open for a future return. Having moved him to another city, they can keep him in the story by reference. He has a lot of secrets and knows where a lot of bodies are buried. All departures should be handled with a view to possible return.

Michael Jackson was rushed into the hospital. He went into cardiac arrest.

Hey ransomha, we often agree to disagree, that's fine, that's what the board is for. It shows that we are watching and taking note of what we see. As my Mum used to say: "If we all liked the same thing it would be a dull world."

If you look up the dictionary definition it was not really a complimentary word. It originally meant altered by education, experience, etc., so as to be worldly-wise; not naive; and in the past was generally used to describe a fashionable woman who had been around somewhat and whose reputation was slightly tarnished, like a kept woman or a married woman who had a not-so-secret lover. That is how I used it to describe Olivia. Sure she has street smarts, but she has also been around the block a few times and taking up with a gangster would be right up her alley. Compared with Olivia, Lulu and Maxie seem like schoolgirls with their first crush. Come to think of it, sophisticated would describe most of the older women on GH.

As for the older woman/younger man, my point is that it can sometimes be outstandingly successful and you should not get too hung up on it. I have had two relationships with much younger men lasting several years, but got tired of them as they were too clinging. They just wanted a strong woman to take care of them - the Mommy syndrome.

The LA Times has announced that Michael has died. I guess I have to believe it now. Didn't want too.

I LOVE Dominic. All of his dialogue is hilarious, he's good looking and he's nice to kids. I loved the first day he was on when he said if he was going to take a hostage he'd take Morgan because he'd be good for tech support. Hilarious! Same thing yesterday and today. I don't remember the quote exactly but I laughed when he asked Kristina if everybody in her family rambled on like that.

Also loved all of Ric's lines today: an offer he couldn't refuse, going to LA and I'll be back. Great!

I'm saddened by all of today's news. Farrah Fawcett was one of my idols in the 70s and I know he's weird but I've always loved Michael Jackson - we have the same birthday.

Yes, he had a heart attack. How sad for his family, friends and fans. I enjoyed his music and videos. He was very talented.

My God, you have two pages of post. Nobody is talking about this soap anyway. I'm sorry.
