Scott offers to let Lulu go if Laura comes with him, the Justice of the Peace refuses to marry Jason and Claudia and Sonny asks Olivia to bring her son to Port Charles.
Claudia and Jason are standing before the Justice of the Peace. As he starts reciting the vows, Claudia asks Jason for money so she can bribe the Justice to skip all references to 'love'. The Justice agrees, but says that he can't marry two people who won't even take the other's hand. Reluctantly, Jason and Claudia hold hands. The Justice decides that he won't marry them because they obviously can't stand each other. Claudia turns to Jason and says that she would've done it and leaves the room. Jason gives the Justice a wad of cash, takes the unsigned marriage certificate and apologizes for wasting his time.
Back in the limo, Claudia tells Jason that now she has to marry Sonny, but he could stop the whole thing if he would just give Sonny his business back. She says that both she and Sonny were lying when they refused to get married and then tells Jason that her new husband will likely kill him because he is an insult to his pride. "This was our last chance and neither one of us took it," Claudia tells him.
Over at GH, Olivia grabs her phone out of Sonny's hands and proceeds to talk to Dante. After she hangs up, Sonny asks why she never told him about her son. Olivia says that Dante would be bored up here since he doesn't know anyone. Sonny says that he should come to Port Charles because he'd like to meet the boy. Olivia says that her son doesn't need to meet the popular mobster from Bensonhurst. Sonny persists with questions about the boy and asks if Kate knows about him? Olivia explains that Kate knew when he was born, but she was busy with her fashion thing. Sonny asks a few more questions and then finally comes out and asks who Dante's father is. Olivia says that it could've been a few guys, but she didn't want to share her beautiful kid with someone who didn't want her.
It's hard to say who is more stunned out at Shadybrook, Scott or Lulu. Laura has Scott by the shoulders and Lulu rushes over to her side to see if this could really be happening! Laura tells her that she's okay and then asks Scott how he could threaten her child? Scott gently speaks of his son and how he died. Laura says that Lulu acted in self-defense and Logan was a disturbed young man. She asks Scott if his anger has replaced all of his compassion? He explains that Logan grew up without a father and why. He skips ahead and makes the parallel between Logan, Lulu and Johnny's triangle and his, Laura's and Luke's. Laura tells Scott how torn she was all those years ago between him and Luke, but that her feelings for Luke were too powerful. Scott says that Lulu needs to pay for killing his son, and Laura tells him he should pay for killing Rick Webber then. She tells Scott that he must've had his reasons for killing her father, just like Lulu had her reasons. She tells Lulu to explain what happened to Logan and makes Scott listen to her. After Lulu tells him that she was holding the knife when Logan ran into it, Scott says that she just confessed to murder.
As he starts to leave, Laura begs him not to have her daughter arrested. He says that he'll let her go on one condition. If she comes with him, no questions asked, he'll drop the whole thing. Lulu begs Laura not to go with him, but Laura assures her that Scott wouldn't hurt her. As Lulu implores her to stay, Laura allows herself to be lead out the door by Scott.
Sam is brought into the interrogation room and finds Jerry waiting for her with Belgian chocolates as an apology. Sam laughs at him. Then Jerry tells her that this would be a good time for the 'if you can't beat them, join them' mentality. He tells her that when she gets out on bail, they could strike a partnership and rip Karpov off. Not missing a chance to play him, Sam cozies up to him and says that's a good idea. That's when Lucky shows up and says that he was going to help, but it looks like she doesn't need him.
Jerry tells 'Sweet Sam' goodbye, and then Lucky asks Sam what's going on between her and Jerry? Sam says that he means nothing to her, but Lucky says that she would've done anything to get what she wanted from him. He says that he's going out of town for a while because he can't deal with this mess right now.
Nadine breezes into Wyndemere and reminds Nikolas that Carly has been married several times already. Nikolas tells her that he and Carly were doing business only! He explains that he buttoned his shirt wrong and Carly tried to fix it, that's all. Nadine apologizes because she is so insecure and for acting like an absolute pill! Nik reminds her that sleeping with her was a big deal to him, too. Then, he tells the staff to leave them alone unless the house is on fire and asks her for some uninterrupted time together. He tells her that he wants her, cares about her and very much wants to continue with their relationship.
Down in Mexico, Tracy draws the line at scraping her husband off the bar room floor. She tells him to sleep it off. Luke wants to hurry off to Port Charles to save Lulu and says that waiting for Edward is like waiting for the Easter bunny to come down the chimney. Tracy orders him to drink coffee and then asks what he's going to say to Lulu. After Luke gives his standard 'Spencers are strong' speech, she orders more tequila because he's more useful to Lulu as a drunk. Then she explains, once again, how important it is for him to come through for Lulu this time. She gives him some breath spray and orders him to clean up, and then notices that she missed a call from Lulu. When she looks back up from her phone, Luke is gone.
Back at Shadybrook, Lulu is panicking because Tracy didn't answer her call. Her doctors find her in the hallway and she begs them to go look in her mother's room. They think she's delusional and carry her back to the padded cell.
From the passenger seat in Scott's car, Laura asks how far he thinks he'll get with a mental patient in a nightie? She says that Lulu is likely telling the doctors about everything right now. Scott says that he can be resourceful and says that he just needs enough time to get her to fall in love with him again.
