Max and Milo quake in their boots as their father rolls into town, Carly comes up with a creative solution and Nadine gets busted by Jerry.
Jason returns to his office and finds Max and Milo waiting for him. Max starts rambling about his father who is about to visit from Sicily and says that he needs a big favor from Jason. Diane bursts through the door with some legalities regarding Jason's split from Sonny, and Liz calls to ask Jason to meet her at her studio ASAP. Jason tells Diane that she can bill him for the time she spends trying to figure out what Max needs him to do, and then rushes out the door.
Diane does the equivalent of a victory dance as she chants about being paid to spend time with her guy. Max buckles over in pain and Diane asks Milo what's wrong with him? Max tells them that they have no idea what's about to hit the fan. Milo taunts his big brother about the mess he has made. Max explains that for twenty years they have gone to visit their father in Palermo because he was deported, but now suddenly he wants to come to Port Charles! Diane asks why the man was deported, but the answer is clear when Max clarifies that their father is notorious mobster Maximus Giambetti. Diane's jaw drops to the floor and Max explains that he stayed in the states with his mother, and so did Milo. Diane also learns that they had different mothers and that Maximus has been married 7 times.
Before she can ask any more questions, a big shadow comes over the door and an even bigger man lumbers through the door. "Do you call this an empire?" Maximus asks as he hugs Max and barely shakes 'Mario's' hand (he doesn't even know Milo's name!). Maximus quickly notices Diane and asks for an introduction. Max refers to her as his lawyer and Maximus shakes her hand and smacks her rear at the same time. He also announces that he is 'newly single'.
Jason shows up at Liz's art studio. She tells him that she almost tossed her plane tickets and then decided to keep them as her only memento of the trip they almost took together. Jason says how much he was looking forward to getting away with her, but now that Kate's been shot things are more chaotic than ever. Liz cuts to the chase and asks if he'll ever have time for her? Jason can't make any such promises, so Liz asks why he won't give the whole business back to Sonny? She points out that Jason didn't even want the business in the first place, and now Sonny's out for revenge. Jason says it would be cowardly to back out now and let Sonny go off on a rampage. He adds that he doesn't deserve to be happy anyway, and then leaves.
Over at The Metro Court, Alexis is consulting with Jax about his divorce settlement. He's being a bit too generous for her taste. Carly has overheard a little and interrupts to clarify that she doesn't want the hotel in Montreal. Jax excuses himself to go talk with her. She clarifies that she'd rather keep The Metro Court because she doesn't want to move. Jax doesn't want to move either!
Alexis remains on the sofa, where Jerry finds her. They argue about whether or not Jax and Carly will get back together. As with most of their conversations, Jerry segues into a sex offer, but Alexis says that she doesn't have time. He offers to make it quick, but she tells him that's no fun for her. He offers to be quick, yet creative, and she asks him to 'keep it warm' for her until later.
Robin and Patrick are both making foolish mistakes at the hospital. Epiphany lays into them about getting their collective acts together. Later Mac shows up, with smoothies and chocolate chip cookies, to talk with Robin. She thinks he's clairvoyant because she really wants to see him. Mac admits that Anna suggested that she might need to talk. They sit down and Robin says that she has made a mess of things. She explains about the two marriage proposals that have led her exactly nowhere. Mac hears her out and then promises that everything will work out.
Soon, Patrick walks by and Mac pulls out his handcuffs and places him under arrest. Patrick asks why and Mac says, "For failure to yield…to my niece."
Lucky and Sam bring the boys back to Elizabeth's house after their camping weekend. She's not home, so Sam suggests that they put the boys down and wait for her. Waiting turns into making out, but Sam pulls away in case the boys come downstairs and see them. Lucky says that Cam understands about his dad's 'girlfriend'. Sam marvels at hearing Lucky use that word for the first time, so he asks what she considers him. She tells him that they've become closer than she ever thought possible and that the word 'boyfriend' doesn't seem to cover it. Lucky smiles and couldn't agree more.
Nadine and Matt run into each other at the free clinic, which is closed for renovations after the fire. Nadine says that the cops suspect arson and that they both could've been killed. She says that it's imperative that they find the drug counterfeiters. When she asks if Matt remembers anything before he passed out that day, he says that he recalls shoes with a dragon. Nadine swears that she has seen those somewhere.
Nikolas arrives at The Metro Court at Carly's assistant's request. Jax finds him and tells him to back off of his idea to buy The Metro Court. Carly joins them and invites the two men to think outside the box. Nik wants to hear her thoughts, but Jax doesn't. Carly speaks anyway, "I'm thinking about selling half my shares of The Metro Court to Nikolas."
Upstairs, Nadine has dressed as a housekeeper and slipped into Jerry's room. She's looking around for anything to link him to the clinic fire. When she makes it to the closet, she looks over his shoes. Jerry comes home and promptly finds her there. He can't wait to hear her explanation.
