Claudia is furious at Johnny for his devotion to Lulu, Lulu clings to her brothers for support and Alexis begs Johnny to help her daughters.
Claudia is allowed into the interrogation room to see Johnny. She yells at him for breaking out and running away with Lulu. Johnny tells her to back off, but Claudia informs him that Lulu is at Shady Brook babbling her fool head off. She asks if he's going to profess his love for her as he's getting a lethal injection. Johnny says he will and if she doesn't like it she can leave. She does.
Lulu wakes up at Shady Brook and promptly sees a bloody Logan standing in the corner. She shrieks and Nikolas comes running. She admits to seeing a bloodied and dead Logan and asks if it's her destiny to be trapped inside her head like their mother.
Monica, Alice and Edward show up with some of Lulu's favorite muffins. Nik leaves so they can visit. They say that Tracy has gone to look for Luke and that they want her home where she belongs soon. In case she loses her mind and doesn't get the chance later, Lulu thanks them for taking her in and apologizes for all the trouble she has caused them. Monica says that she fits right in with their family and they look forward to having her back.
Bernie shows up at Jason's door and finds him disheveled and very tired. Jason says, "I almost shot a child last night." Bernie comes in and Jason explains about the ten year-old girl who ran into Karpov's arms the moment he was about to fire. Jason says that he and Karpov have agreed to "live and let live" for now, but Bernie thinks that's a mistake. Jason hears him out and then tells him that he operates differently than Sonny does. Bernie says that if Karpov decides to start a civil war, it's up to Jason to protect the people who work for him.
Liz stops by Sam's to check on her wound. Lucky says they are going to stop their work on trying to frame Karpov, but Sam says that she didn't get a new scar for nothing. She fully intends to use it to prove her loyalty to Karpov. Lucky reminds her that his sister is having a nervous breakdown and their father is MIA and he can't worry about her too. They argue quietly and Liz offers some advice. She says they have a chance at happiness and need to listen to each other and respect the other's choices. Lucky asks Liz to stay with Sam while he's gone and then says he wants her to heal so she can go back to her undercover work when she's better. Liz sticks around for a while and tells Sam to call if she needs her. Her parting words are, "Don't stop believing in Lucky. He won't let you down."
At GH, Matt is coming on to Leyla but she isn't biting. He asks her out to dinner and she says that she doesn't date in the workplace. He asks her to think about it, but Patrick steps up and tells him to back off. Patrick starts to talk about sexual harassment and Matt calls him "Patrick Dog Drake" and pretty much calls the kettle black. Anna is nearby and has overhead the whole thing.
Anna finds Robin, who is thrilled to see her, and tells her that she's going to stay in Port Charles until the baby is born. Then she expresses her concern that Patrick might be panicking about impending fatherhood and reverting back to his old ways. She explains what she saw between Patrick, Matt and Leyla and Robin gets it. She invites her mother to lunch so she can explain.
Back at the PCPD, Anthony wheels up to Alexis and tells her that Johnny goes free or she'll lose what she loves most. She tells him that she's not worried about him any more because both Jerry and Sonny will do whatever it takes to protect her children. Before he leaves, he asks if she really wants to play chicken with a psycho like himself.
Later, Alexis goes in to see Johnny. She promptly shows him a picture of Molly and Kristina and informs him that his father has threatened to kill them if she can't get him acquitted. Johnny shakes his head in disbelief. She says that she can't single handedly let the guy who is accused of killing the special prosecutor's son off the hook. Johnny suggests that Sonny or Jason could help her take care of his father, but Alexis says she doesn't want to start a mob war. She tells him to look at her pictures and then think long and hard about confessing. "Erase Anthony's initiative!" she begs. She tells him that if anything happens to her girls it's all on him.
Nik meets Claudia at Kelly's. She is disgusted with Johnny's focus on Lulu but asks how she's doing. Nik says that Claudia couldn't care less about his sister but they have to find a way to be on the same side. He says what's good for Lulu is good for John, and vice versa. Claudia agrees.
Cody has been called to Jason's penthouse. Jason tells him to tail Karpov and report back to him. When Sasha arrives, Jason sends Cody away and hears her out. She reminds him that Karpov wants to co-exist with him. Jason says he has nothing to worry about as long as he doesn't make a move. Sasha pours him a drink, takes off her shirt and tells him that they could find each other mutually beneficial.
Mike warmly greets Anna and Robin when they arrive at Kelly's. Patrick shows up just as Robin starts to explain why he is suddenly so sensitive to women. Anna is elated when she puts the pieces together and realizes that the baby is a girl.
Nik has returned to Wyndemere in a foul mood. He sends his cell phone smashing against a wall and barely misses Nadine as she walks into the room. She's come to lend her support but Nik rants that he knows she wants to help and that she has a little crush on him, but he's not right for her. Nadine calmly tells him that he doesn't get to choose for her. "Is this what you want?" Nik demands as he crushes into her in a mad passionate kiss.
Lulu crosses the hall and visits her mother. She tells her that she is back and perhaps permanently. "Are you at peace or are you trapped inside your mind screaming to get out?" she asks her mother. Then Lucky enters and she rushes into his arms.
Later, Lulu is staring at the white rocker in her room when Scott shows up. He gives her an "A" for effort for her fake crazy act and then informs her that she will have to testify against Johnny for shooting his son.

Sasha comes on to Jason but is turned down flat.
Spinelli gets the wrong idea about Sasha and Jason.
Trevor warns Alexis about the consequences if Johnny doesn't go free.
Sonny goes to Lulu and then warns Johnny about her condition.
Johnny has to decide whether or not to confess in order to save Lulu.
Nik tells Nadine that she's better off without him.
Robin has a girl talk with Nadine regarding her prince.
