Lulu and Johnny face different consequences, Liz helps Lucky and Sam and Jason comes close to killing a child.

The scene at Shady Brook is heartbreaking. The more Lulu screams for Johnny, the more he struggles against the cops. Ultimately, Johnny is clubbed in the knees and Lulu is put into a straight jacket and given a sedative. In the midst of all this, Nik and Claudia rush in and try to help, but can barely be heard amidst the chaos.

After Lulu is taken to a room, Nik tells the doctor that he'll decide what's good for her and she is not to be treated this way. He asks for Dr. Lainey Winters to be on his sister's case. After the doctor is gone, Lulu mumbles that this is all her fault and now Johnny will go to prison because of her. She tells Nik that they would've gotten away but she's like mom. Nik tells her to rest and lets Dr. Lainey Winters into the room. "I did it," Lulu tells Lainey and Nik says that she's delirious. After a brief talk, Lainey tells Nik that once a patient starts to lose faith in their own sanity it's increasingly hard to get them back.

"She's one of ours!" Lucky yells at the cops down on the waterfront as shots are fired against Karpov's employees. He assures them that he'll take care of her and they rush to chase the guys who ran off. Lucky wants to take Sam to GH, but she doesn't want her cover blown.

As soon as Lucky gets Sam home, he finds a first-aid kit and does his best to care for the wound. He tells her that she needs stitches and she insists that they are not going to the hospital or the clinic. He calls Liz and asks her to bring whatever she can to treat a gunshot wound over to Sam's place. When she arrives, Liz is a complete professional although she is clearly annoyed. She tends to Sam's wound and asks why they staged a breakup? They explain everything about their plan to find out who is bringing counterfeit drugs into Port Charles and Liz says that she would've kept their secret. She tells them that they are doing a good thing and then goes back to work.

Still on the waterfront, Carly asks Karpov if he's following her and then says that she's meeting her husband. Karpov notes that it appears that she has been stood up and asks why suddenly she's giving him the cold shoulder. Carly calls it bad timing and nothing more. She adds that she enjoyed their time together the other day but can't see him right now. She says that she'll have to be discreet, that's all. He tells her to expect his call.

Anthony shows up at GH for physical therapy. He toys with Liz and says that as the ex-lover of his business rival she might be useful to him at some point. Liz tells him that her other ex-husband is a PCPD detective who might want to hear about his attitude toward her. If that doesn't work, she'll tell her other ex-husband Ric to call him off. As Anthony starts to taunt her about all of her failed relationships, Trevor gets off the elevator and tells him that Johnny has been found. They leave together.

Carly knocks on Jax's hotel door and he lets her in. He is impressed with the Alaskan cuisine picnic that she has provided, but asks where she's stashed the cheesy snacks. She tells him this is all about him. They talk and kiss, kiss and then talk, but in the end Carly pulls away and says that he isn't ready to come back to her yet. On her way out she tells him that he knows where she is when he's ready.

Over at Sonny's house, Kate apologizes to Jason for jumping to the wrong conclusion but admits to worrying about her own future in all of this. Jason says that he respects her position and promises that he won't be coming back. After he's gone, Sonny clarifies that Jason and he were just trying to work out their friendship, that's all. As they talk, Sasha has shown up and barges into the study against Max's wishes. She apologizes to Kate and Sonny for the intrusion but wants to talk to Sonny. Kate introduces herself, and Sasha introduces herself as the attorney of a coffee importer from Europe. Kate leaves them to their business. The second they are alone, Sonny tells Sasha that he is no longer working with Karpov. Sasha says that an alliance would bring everyone involved peace and profit. Sonny reminds her that Karpov lied about the drugs and that's it. Sasha gives him her card and then leaves.

When Jason returns to his office, Bernie tells him that the DEA seized Karpov's shipment and found nothing. He warns that the guy is smooth and they need to implement a solution before it gets out of control. He reminds Jason that many people are under his protection and for their sake; he can't let Karpov make the first move. Bernie suggests that Cody could take him out, but Jason says that he'll take care of it himself.

Trevor, Anthony and Claudia are waiting at the PCPD when Johnny is brought in. Claudia promptly smacks Scott in the face for ordering her brother beaten like a dog. Scott threatens to have her arrested and Anthony tells Trevor to let them so they can focus on Johnny. Mac convinces Scott to back off so it won't appear that the PCPD is building a case against the whole family. Claudia says that she won't leave until she gets to see her brother.

Sasha reports back to Karpov and learns about the ambush by the PCPD. He says that the cops found nothing, but they have to be more careful. He wonders if Sonny leaked to the cops, but Sasha doesn't think so. They both agree that Jason Morgan is the man they need to deal with. While they talk, Jason lines up his shot. Just as he's ready to fire, a little girl rushes into Karpov's arms with news of her day. Jason pulls back just in time.
