Lulu thinks Lourdes is Logan, Maxie rushes to Spinelli's side and Carly cried wolf one too many times.
As the stakeout continues, Spinelli is fighting back nausea to the point of swallowing his vomit so that Stone Cold doesn't know. Finally Jason can tell that something is really wrong and says they are ending the stakeout and heading to the hospital. Now Spinelli is nauseated and embarrassed.
Trevor shows up at Sonny's house and Max reluctantly lets him in. He informs Sonny that it's time for him to call in some favors so that Luke's daughter doesn’t get hurt when Anthony brings Johnny home. And if he can't do it, he should tell Jason Morgan to. Kate comes into the room and wants to know what Trevor is doing here? Trevor changes the conversation by asking why she's lowered her standards so much to marry a washed up mobster. He reminds her of how much she loved being kept by him. Sonny tells him to stop insulting his fiancée and stop coming around looking for favors.
After Trevor's gone, Sonny explains that he wanted him to go to Jason to get help in bringing Lulu and Johnny home safely. Kate starts to suggest other avenues for Trevor to use and Sonny seethes that if he were still in the business it would be handled. Kate looks frightened by the severity in his voice, but he assures her that he's not in the business. She decides to talk about something happier instead, so she asks him what he'd like for a wedding gift from her.
Alexis is frozen with fear in the park as Anthony gushes about how pretty Kristina is. "No wonder she's your favorite," he tells her right before he asks if she sleeps soundly at night.
Carly is on the phone with Marty when Jax comes home from his trip. Suddenly she forgets about Karpov and rushes into her husband's arms. Morgan comes downstairs and welcomes Jax, too. Mercedes announces that it's time to take Morgan to Bobbie's for a sleepover, but he'd rather stay home with Jax. Jax promises to take him for burgers tomorrow. After Morgan leaves, he informs Carly that he only came over to see Morgan. He reminds her that their marriage isn't working and nothing has changed. She says that he has walked out on her and is pushing her away, but she's ready to fight for their marriage. He tells her to figure out if she's holding onto him only because she doesn't want to lose. Carly tells him that he can't handle that love is complicated and that he only loves the idea of marriage. As he starts to leave, Carly rushes to follow him and falls down. Her ankle is sprained and Jax laughs because he expected a more original ploy from her.
In Manhattan, Lulu is staring out the window when Johnny returns to their apartment from the deli. She says that her brothers are probably frantic with worry by now and that Logan's final words are coming true, she is never going to get over him. Johnny tells her that she needs help and he'll turn himself in if that's what it will take. Lulu panics and promises that she'll be fine as long as they are together. Just then Lourdes comes over and asks Johnny to fix the fuse that she blew in her apartment. Johnny tells her to stay with Lulu and he'll be right back.
Lulu and Lourdes sit on the couch together, but all Lulu can see is dead Logan. She freaks out and screams "You're dead!" as Johnny comes rushing back home.
Back in Port Charles, Robin beams to Patrick after Kelly leaves the exam room at GH. "I knew it was a girl," she says as they look at their daughter's image on the monitor. Patrick tells her that he's never been happier than he is right now. That's when he starts obsessing about the guys (like him) who will try to date their girl and how he's going to torture them.
At the nurses's desk Kelly tells Liz how beautiful Robin's baby is. Maxie rushes by and asks what the sex is? Kelly tells her to think pink and Maxie immediately notices that Matt is eavesdropping. She asks him why he's so interested? Just then Jason brings Spinelli in and Maxie attacks Jason for not taking better care of him!
Diane rushes to the park to meet Alexis. She finds her friend a nervous wreck and urges her to breathe. Alexis explains that Anthony has threatened Kristina's life twice. Diane suggests that Alexis go to Sonny. Alexis says that she went to Jerry the first time and he threatened Johnny in order to keep Anthony in line. But now that Johnny is gone, what will work? Diane tells her that she knows exactly what to do. Before they can say more, Jerry shows up and asks what's so important. Diane tells Alexis to keep their girl talk private and then leaves. Alexis is able to dodge his questions, for now. She tells him that her world is about to come down around her and she has to handle it on her own.
Trevor shows up over at Anthony's house and finds him tending to his roses. He tells Trevor to increase pressure on Claudia and not to worry about Alexis Davis anymore.
As Kate walks through the park she runs into Jerry. He tells her that congratulations are in order but her fiancé knows far too much to walk away clean.
Robin runs into Jason in the lobby and tells him that she's having a girl. She lists all of the reason that she has to be happy and then realizes that none of it would've happened if it weren't for him. Jason can't help but to lock eyes with Liz.
Matt is trying to examine Spinelli but he is resisting. Matt says that he has to look into his eye to see if maybe a tumor could be the cause of his problems. That's when Maxie walks into the room. Spinelli bursts out that he has a tumor and Matt clarifies that is not what he said. Maxie wants Matt fired.
"Anthony Zacchara approached Kristina in the park today and if anything happens to Johnny I have no doubt that he's going to go after Kristina," Alexis tells Sonny the moment he opens his door.
