The new doctor wants to test Spinelli for his personality disorder, lawyers get involved on behalf of Robin and Patrick and Carly dodges a figurative (this time!) bullet.
At GH, Patrick informs Robin that Diane Miller is now his attorney and that he has a good chance of getting visitation. At that moment Anna appears and knocks Patrick to the ground for causing Robin stress.
Later Patrick is trying to relax when Anna finds him to check in on him. He tells her that he won't be run out of Robin's life without a fight. Anna asks if Robin had gotten pregnant by a Mr. X would he still want to step up? Patrick says he can't answer that. He says things have changed between him and Robin but they fell apart again after he asked her to live with him like a real family. Anna says that Robin sees that as the beginning of the end because of the way she grew up. Patrick says that he, too, had a father who was hardly ever around and he's going to do the opposite.
Out at the nurses' desk Robin is calling Alexis Davis for her services. Liz finally decides to weigh in. She says that taking this whole thing to court would be a mistake. She tells Robin that if she had a man who loved her children and her as much as Patrick loves her, she wouldn't ask for more.
Dr. Hunter is chastising Maxi and Spinelli for trying to have sex so soon after his illness. Maxie says that the doctor is just jealous that she and Spinelli have hot sex whenever they want and apparently the doctor isn't getting any. Dr. Hunter steps out for a minute and Maxie apologizes to Spinelli for lying about a hot, sexy relationship that they'll never really have because they are like brother and sister. Lulu shows up and is followed by Dr. Hunter, who kicks the girls out. He has a theory about why Spinelli appears awkward in social situations, is passionate about singular topics and can't make small talk and would like to run more tests. The Jackal doesn't care to be diagnosed and Dr. Hunter isn't sure why he wouldn't want to change some of his behaviors? Spinelli confirms that this conversation never happened.
At Crimson, Jax asks Sonny why he'd need a paternity test from his own wife? Before Sonny can answer, Kate returns to the office and demands to know what is going on? Jax says that Sonny is pushing his buttons and then leaves. Kate tells Sonny that they must've been talking about Carly and then asks him for nothing but total honesty in their marriage.
Nik is in Alexis's office. He says that if Jerry Jacks is unleashed people will certainly die. Alexis explains that Zacchara threatened her daughter and Nik suddenly gets it. He offers to set her up in London, but she won't run. He offers to help her instead of Jerry, but Alexis says that Jerry will handle it.
Carly is standing in Jason's doorway holding a pregnancy test. She tells him about the lie she told Sonny and then admits that it could be Sonny who is really the father. She tries to explain and Jason says he doesn't want to hear it! She says that she wants the baby to be Jax's but if it turns out to be Sonny's she wants him to claim it as his own. Jason is mad at her for lying to Sonny and involving him. He orders her to take the damn test before they get any farther with a lie that he will not go along with! A few minutes later Carly is back downstairs. "You're not pregnant," Jason says after she forces him to look at the test. She is enormously relieved and Jason angrily tells her to leave him out of the tangled web she weaves the next time. Carly thanks him because she knows he would have lied for her and then runs out the door.
"Do I make myself clear?" Jerry says as he holds a gun to Johnny's head in Anthony's suite at The Metro Court. He tells Trevor, Anthony, Claudia and Ric that if Alexis Davis or her children get so much as a hangnail, Johnny will pay with his life. To assure that he won't be shot on his way out the door, he informs them that he's taking Johnny with him. Claudia begs Jerry to take her instead. Jerry says that no one cares if she lives or dies and takes Johnny as promised. Anthony tells him to be reasonable and walk out the door alone. Jerry informs Ric that Anthony threatened to drown his step daughter and then leaves with Johnny.
Ric, as well as Trevor, are furious with Anthony for threatening a child. Anthony explains that it was only an empty threat and because the D.A. is a woman she is ruled by her hormones. Claudia screams at him to shut up and do something about Johnny! Anthony says that if anything happens to his son, they all will die for it.
Lucky shows up at Kelly's to meet Sam for lunch. He had to cancel their dinner date last night because he was working on the Logan/Johnny brawl case. He sways that he hopes his sister finally gets the hint that her boyfriend will never be free of the mob. Sam draws from her experience with Jason and tells Lucky to brace himself for Lulu staying with Johnny.
Ric goes to Alexis's office to report what went on between Jerry and Anthony. Alexis tells him that he helped release a lovely man from prison and hopes that he is being paid well. Ric says that Kristina isn't in any danger because Anthony said as much. Alexis isn't buying it, so Ric says that the psychopath is Jerry Jacks. Alexis says that Jerry defended her daughter when no one else could and then opens the door for Ric to leave.
Claudia meets Nik at GH, at his request. Nik tells her about her father's threat against his cousin. He says if she can't get him to back down he's going to have to tell Jason Morgan about her family's involvement in Michael's shooting. Claudia says that Kristina is safe but her brother is the one in danger. Nik says that he doesn't have any sympathy for her and restates his threat to tell Jason everything.
Jerry has taken Johnny to a warehouse somewhere. Johnny tells him that his warning was heard and that the Zaccharas will leave Alexis and her children alone. Jerry warns Johnny one more time and then sets him free. One second later Johnny turns and takes him down. Claudia arrives and finds Johnny holding Jerry at gunpoint.
Carly goes home and Jax asks if she didn't want to take the test because Sonny might be the father.
Sonny shows up on Jason's door and asks for the truth. "Are you sleeping with Carly or am I the father of the baby?"

Carly gets even with Sonny by going to Kate.
Johnny promises Claudia that Jerry won't be a threat to them much longer.
Jerry protects himself by giving a sealed affidavit to Alexis.
Anna pleads Patrick's case to Robin.
Spinelli talks to Liz about Claudia and Stone Cold.
