General Hospital - DAILY UPDATES

At Kelly's, Maxie walks in and sits at the counter. Georgie asks her whether it was worth attempting suicide just to get Lucky's attention. Maxie asks if anyone knows which rehab facility that Lucky is in, but Georgie says that no-one has told her, and tells Maxie that whatever she is contemplating, she shouldn't be.

Lucky is in the room with his mother, Laura, who is sitting in a rocking chair, unresponsive. He tells her that he's in the rehab center across the way, and that he'll be close to her. He tells her that Elizabeth is pregnant, and he's going to be a father. Robin comes into the room and asks Lucky if he can do something to help his mother. She says that maybe Lucky's father should discuss it with him first, but Lucky says that his father, as usual, is nowhere to be found. Robin says that Luke is actually in Paris, where a doctor has developed a non-surgical treatment for his mother's affliction. Lucky says that if it's true that his mother may recover, he doesn't want her to see him the way he is, that he wants to get his life together and be with his family.

In the hospital dressing room, Elizabeth is talking to Audrey on the phone, and tells her to go to New York and have a good time… And no, she says, she hasn't talked to Lucky yet. Emily comes in, and tells Liz that she was talking with Cam, who said that Liz was having a baby… She asks Liz why she hadn't told her. Liz says that everything happened so fast, she wasn't sure what was happening, and things are really complicated. She tells Emily how Mac found out that Lucky was sleeping with Maxie and that he was getting pills from her, so Mac fired him. She tells Emily that Lucky tried making a bust by framing Jason and how it turned out that Lucky almost shot her. She continues by telling Emily that the child may not be Lucky's, it may actually be Emily's brother, Jason. She says that when she slept with Jason, they used Enduro condoms, and didn't use protection with Lucky, so she's not sure who the father is… She'll have to get a DNA test done to find out. Emily says that she will have to tell Jason if there's any chance that he might be the father.

At the docks, Alcazar confronts Jason, telling him that he was assured that his shipments would go through the ports without any interference. Jason says that Alcazar violated their agreement, because Alcazar was supposed to move the supplies through his own piers. Alcazar says that an example should have to be made, and that Jason will have to come up with a good explanation, or his henchmen will kill him where he stands. Jason tells him that his shipment is at the old plant on Smith Street. Alcazar tells Jason that if he steals from him again, he'll make an example of him. Alcazar shoots a bullet into the air, and Jason asks what that was about… Alcazar says it's to show him that he's serious. Jason says that his shipment cut across their waters and was attracting the coast guard. Alcazar says that the price for interfering in his operations is blood. He tells Jason that he knows about Sonny's operation in Puerto Rico.

Lulu comes into Kelly's and sees Maxie. Maxie asks why she insists on hanging around Kelly's, and that she should do the decent thing and get another job. Maxie says that Georgie can't stand seeing Lulu every day because it reminds her of everything that she did to try to steal Dillon from her. Georgie tells Maxie to lay off. Maxie and Lulu argue for a bit about Lucky.

Back at at the hospital, Lucky tells Robin that he's in the rehab center across the street. Lucky asks Robin how long she's known about this treatment for his mother (Laura). She says that she knew about it when she was living in Paris, but it was an experimental protocol and that results are just now coming in. She says that she thinks it will help Laura. Lucky says that as long as he's still breathing, there's hope. Lucky returns to the rehab clinic. Robin goes in to Laura's room and says that if the treatment works for her, she's got a lot of work to do for her family. She leaves and goes to the nurses' station, where she sees Patrick. Patrick asks how Laura is doing, and Robin says that there is hope for her.

At Kelly's, Lulu says she needs some chocolate, and Georgie gives her a couple of brownies. Lulu and Georgie talk about their respective summers. Dillon walks in, and Lulu spouts about her and Georgie's argument and then walks out. Georgie says that Lulu read her wrong, and Dillon says that being different is lonely. Georgie tells Dillon that he has a kind, caring heart. She tells him that he's not being true to himself.

In the rehab center, Lucky reads a letter that he wrote to Liz. Maxie comes into Lucky's room and takes off her jacket, revealing that she is wearing a camisole top. Lucky tells her that she should leave. Maxie tells Lucky that she won't abandon him, but Lucky says that if she wants to help him, the best thing for her to do is to leave. Maxie says that she knows what it's like to have her heart broken, and she won't leave him.

Back at the nurses' station, Robin tells Patrick to get some rest. Alcazar shows up and tells Robin that he has a message for her father, Robert. He says that Robert spirited Skye out of town and says that he wants his child, and to tell her father that.

Jason meets with Bernie and says to put guards on Sonny's children in case Alcazar tries anything. Liz calls Jason on his cell phone and asks him to meet with her. Bernie says that Alcazar is testing him, seeing how far he can push him. Bernie thinks that Jason's dislike of Ric is making him lose objectivity, and that they have no evidence that Ric is working for Alcazar. Bernie says that Alcazar needs to be stopped, but Jason says that's up to Sonny. Emily walks in, and Jason asks her how Edward is doing. She says he's fine, just stressed. Jason asks her if she knows why Liz called him. Jason and Emily talk about his relationship with Sam, and she wonders if they'll ever get together again. Liz shows up, and Emily leaves. Liz tells Jason that she told Emily about them sleeping together and that Jason may be the father. She tells Jason that she wants things to work out between him and Sam, and she hopes that their night together won't get in the way of that.

Back at the hospital, Patrick is on the phone with Luke, and Patrick says that if Laura is given this new drug, it could put her in a completely vegetative state. Robin comes in as he's talking on the phone and takes it away from him. She tells Luke that Patrick is a good doctor, but in this case, he's in the wrong. She says that she'll talk with Patrick about this treatment. They have an argument about whether the treatment will work.

In Laura's room, Lulu says that she wants her life to count for something. Dillon says the the only one judging her is herself.

Back at the rehab center, Lucky looks at a picture of him and Liz at their wedding and reminisces about his relationship with Liz. He pictures a dance that they had at their wedding.

At home, Maxie takes a pregnancy test out, and looks at it questioningly.
