Carly decides that Sonny won't be her boys' father anymore, the Zacchara web grows stickier by the minute and Spinelli befriends a hooker.

Nikolas is being checked out at GH as Liz, Sam and Lucky look on. The doctor tells him that he had a seizure and that a similar incident was logged last week. Liz speaks up that it was her patient and she did give the meds that were prescribed, but the patient seized anyway. The doctor says that he needs to go find Dr. Ford. After he leaves, Sam reminds Lucky that her pain meds stopped working, Nik's pills didn't work and there was another patient, too? Nik admits about his hallucinations of Emily and how Dr. Devlin's black market drug allowed him to continue seeing her. Together they piece together a theory that Dr. Devlin was supplying the hospital with fake drugs.

Ric goes into his office to find Claudia waiting for him. He asks if she has thought about his offer. Claudia flirts a little and then asks why she would stab her brother in the back. She claims to be over the shock of being thrown out of her family business but Ric isn't buying it.

Carly and Jax are at home talking about Michael's move to the long-term care facility tomorrow and how to handle it with Morgan. Jax pauses a moment and then tells Carly that he thinks both boys would be better off without Sonny in their life. He says that Alexis has drawn up some papers in case she is interested. Carly asks about them and Jax explains that Sonny would no longer be obligated financially or in any other way. Carly says Sonny will never agree to that. She reflects back on her life and says that loving Sonny was the worst mistake she ever made. She lists the danger signals that she had from Michael all these years and then admits that she should've never had Morgan with Sonny. Finally, she comes to the painful conclusion that Sonny can't be her boys' father anymore. She says that she doesn't want to hurt him, but she has to protect Morgan.

The "manhood" tutorial for Spinelli is still underway at Jake's. A woman walks in and Spinelli approaches her in spite of Coleman's warnings. He awkwardly strikes up a conversation and Jake calls Jason to come keep Spinelli out of trouble. Meanwhile, Spinelli asks the girl about her special skills and she asks him what he likes. He orders a shot of whiskey for himself and a vodka shot for the lady. Jason arrives and asks him what's going on. Spinelli shakes him off and delivers the drink to his new female friend. She takes it and says, "It'll be $250." Spinelli thinks she's asking for a loan and he says he can offer a shoulder to cry on or a small loan, but that's a lot of money. The woman lowers her price to $200 and Jason walks over and gives her the money. She leaves and Spinelli is angry that Stone Cold sent his new friend away. Coleman and Jason explain that she's a working woman and finally Spinelli gets it. He's upset that hookers weren't on Dr. Patrick and Coleman's list of advice. He laments that he is doomed to love from afar unless Jason shares his secrets. Which he doesn't.

Logan wheels Anthony onto The Haunted Star and finds Johnny and Lulu kissing. Lulu shows some attitude and then asks Logan why he's wasting his life pushing an old man around in a wheel chair. Anthony tells Johnny not to let his woman disrespect him. Johnny holds his own with his father and Anthony credits Lulu with his newfound confidence. After Lulu and Johnny leave the room, Anthony tells Logan that Lulu is right - he could get a better job. Logan explains that he'd like to move up in the organization some day, after he proves himself. Anthony says it is possible as long as Logan doesn't cause problems for his son. Claudia comes in looking for Luke and Anthony tells Logan to leave them alone.

Anthony tells Claudia that he's aware that she's been treated badly lately and asks how he can make it up to her? She tells him that she wants back in the business. Anthony comments that she reminds him of her mother and Claudia reminds him that he broke her mother's heart by leaving her for Maria. He corrects her and says that he loved her mother very much in the beginning. As they talk, Jason comes on board and Claudia tells Jason that she's glad he showed up for their meeting. Anthony is angry that she's meeting with Jason Morgan and Claudia quickly covers by saying that she has to figure out who cut her breaks. Satisfied with her answer, Anthony leaves and then Claudia compliments Jason on his timing. Once he realizes that Sonny isn't around he turns and leaves.

Carly and Jax go to GH and thank Epiphany for all the extra care she has given their son. Jax tells Michael that the people who will be caring for him will talk to him, read to him and keep him posted on what's going on in the world. Carly promises that they'll all visit him often, and then decides to talk to him about Sonny. Jax steps out of the room as Carly tells her son that Sonny tried to give him the life that he didn't have for himself as a boy. She says that Sonny loves him and always will, but she has to make sure that nothing ever happens to Morgan. She explains about the papers that she's going to ask Sonny to sign and says "…he won't be your father anymore."

Jax meets Alexis at the elevator and she promptly hands over the papers. She speaks as a friend rather than an attorney and says that removing Sonny from the boys' lives is a really bad idea. She tells Jax that he is about to make a devastating situation even worse and that the fallout could land squarely on him.

Anthony calls Ric over to the house and asks how much ground he's making with his daughter. He tells Ric to work her and bring her over to his side like a faithful, obedient daughter.

Johnny takes Lulu to a little hideaway that he tells her could be "their place" if she wants. He tells her that they are just doing a show for his dad so nothing else has to come of it if she doesn't want it to. Lulu tells him that it's a great rush to be with him and they should let themselves be who they are. He seems wounded to hear that he's only a rush to her. Lulu explains that she doesn't love him, but she could if she let herself. She tells him about her parent's love story and how it began and then says that her mother eventually lost herself in the process of all that passion. Johnny hears her out and says that he feels as if he can lose himself in her, too. They step closer and closer, even though they agree that one of them should take a step back.
