Jason tells Sonny his theory, Lulu doesn't give up on Logan and Nik goes to Dr. Devlin for pills.
Lucky looks on as Dr. Devlin escorts Sam back down the hall to her room. Then he joins Alexis and Spencer and waits for news about Nikolas. Patrick and Robin rush out of the OR and he informs Lucky that his brother kicked Robin in the stomach and could've hurt HIS baby. Alexis rushes off to deal with her nephew and Robin is dumbfounded at Patrick's outburst.
Inside the OR, Nik grabs a scalpel and fends off Nadine and Dr. Andy with it. Andy wants to call security, but Nadine says that Nik won't hurt them. She slowly talks him into giving her the weapon and then walks back to his room with him. She tells him that he almost died and can't leave the hospital without the surgery. Nik explains that Emily came to say goodbye to him and he followed her, but she left anyway. As he tries to explain what happened, he hears "Daddy!" and Spencer rushes into his arms.
Lulu goes into Logan's room with a box of old car parts. She playfully challenges him to wake up so they can rebuild a car together. Scott comes in upset because he wants to be the person who gets through to his son. She explains that Logan told her that he used to work on cars in Iraq to keep his mind occupied. Scott sighs and says that Logan had a whole life that he never knew about. Then he has a change of heart and tells Lulu that since she's the person who put him in the coma, she can bring him back.
Liz steps into Jason's room and closes the door behind her. She says how much she'd love to sneak away to the safe house to be alone with him. Jason sadly says that he couldn't even hold her. Then he asks her to call Sonny for him.
"Don't overestimate Johnny's importance to me," Trevor tells Sonny out at the Zacchara mansion. Claudia comes in the room and insists that she cares about Johnny. She tells the goons to lower their weapons so that Sonny can negotiate better. Trevor and Sonny jockey for position and she tells them both to zip up their pants and shut up. She treats Trevor like one of the goons and sends them all out of the room so she can deal with Sonny herself. She tells him that the two of them are peas in the same sick pod and the only people who really matter to them, respectively, are his kids and her brother. She tells him that Trevor isn't stupid enough to go after Kate or Michael but Sonny isn't sure whether he believes her or not. He decides to keep Johnny. On his way out the door, Claudia tells him that Kate Howard can never keep up with him.
Spinelli is working from a table at Kelly's. He's looking at surveillance videos for clues about Michael. Maxie comes in and helps him identify local landmarks that he doesn't recognize. Then she tells him that she's officially on his case with him now. He gives in and tells her everything he knows about Michael's disappearance. Next they take their investigation to the streets. (Technically, the waterfront.) With Maxie's help, they end up on the cargo boat that Michael was hiding on a few days ago. Spinelli is impressed with her P.I. ability and Maxie wishes him luck with the rest of the case and leaves.
When Sonny arrives in Jason's room, Jason tells him that he has a theory about who shot Kate. "What if it was Michael?" he asks. Sonny listens as Jason tells him about the gun oil he found in Michael's back pack. Jason wonders if Michael went out to some abandoned property and practiced shooting a gun. Sonny says that he knows his son and he would not touch a gun after the warning he gave him. Jason asks about it and Sonny says that he warned Michael to keep running if he ever touched a gun again. "Maybe that's what he did," Jason suggests.
Kate calls Monica in for a consultation about her chest pains. After some tests Monica returns with the results and says that the news could be better.
Patrick finds Robin and asks why she's not still with Dr. Kelly? Robin is short with him and says that she's fine. They argue, again, about their situation and she points out that he's only angry because she wounded his pride by not telling him about the baby. He asks why she wants to hurt him so much. She thinks and then says that she's doing it because she loves him. Patrick tells her that he loves her too. Robin says that she won't subject her child to parents who would end up hating each other.
Dr. Devlin is paged to meet Nikolas in the hospital basement. When he arrives, Nik tells him that he's ready to accept his medication. Dr. Devlin asks why he bothered to "come back" to the land of the living and Nik says that he's not ready to say goodbye to his son either. He asks for the medication and Dr. Devlin produces some pills and says that they will prolong his condition, but not improve it. Then he asks Nik what's in it for him?
Sonny returns to his office and finds that Mike and two young guys are waiting for him. Mike tells him that these guys sell guns to kids on the waterfront. Sonny tells Max to waste them, but Mike convinces him to get information from them instead. Sonny asks if his son bought a gun and they say that he did a couple months ago. They don't know exactly who sold it to him and promise to get back to him when they find out.
Spinelli goes to the hospital to tell Jason about the boat that he and Maxie found. He is also able to give the route where the boat travels. Jason says he should go look for Michael but Spinelli says he shouldn't risk his "digits." Jason decides to send Spinelli instead.
When Liz comes back to Jason's room, he's sleeping. She tells him that all day she's been wishing they could find a way to be together. She turns out the lights and leaves, and then he opens his eyes.
A beautiful melody plays while we see the following:
Claudia leaves the house without realizing that Trevor's goons are following her.
Sonny finds Kate's bed empty with a note on it.
Johnny is taken to a new room with no padding on the walls.
Lulu picks up her box and leaves Logan's side. The moment she walks away, his hand moves.

Jason asks Lucky not to tell Liz what he knows.
Kate asks Sonny if he slept with someone else.
Michael calls Carly down to the cannery where the numbers on Diego's bomb are racing by.

I hope when he comes out of coma...he doesn't go seeking lulu...i just don't like her....since she can't see Jonny at the moment....she's with Logan...
