Skye busts Luke out, Jake is locked inside a burning house, and GH's policy of not helping the uninsured just might explode in its face.
Skye goes to the hospital because she wants to say goodbye to Edward and Monica. Then, she runs into Jax and says her goodbye to him. He asks why she's leaving. She comes right out and says that she was on the brink of another disastrous relationship and explains that Ric has even more baggage than she does and a relationship with him would've been pretty crowded. She tells Jax that she would feel better leaving him if he knew he was okay. Jax assures her that he and Carly are fine, but Skye doesn't believe that's possible with Carly.
Elizabeth has her hands full with Cameron today. He has played with matches and then throws them on the floor. Liz calmly tells him to go outside but don't slam the door because it locks. He slams it. As Liz lets him back in, Lucky arrives and says that he's come to talk about Jake. Liz puts the boys down for a nap so they can talk. Lucky says that the only thing that matters is what's best for Jake. He goes on to say that in a way, he, her, Sam and Jason all made Jake and they all need to find a way to protect him. He says that he'd like to stick to the story that Jake is his and Liz asks what about Sam? Lucky says that Sam can't stop herself sometimes, but she'd never do anything to hurt a child. He realizes that this is something that Jason needs to agree to and he doesn't expect an answer right away. As he leaves, Lucky says that he'll be on a stakeout for a couple nights, but can check messages. "Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope that Jake ends up with more of you than of Jason," Lucky tells her on the way out the door.
Cassius serves Luke his last hospital meal and they talk about his release today. He tells Cassius that his home is the highway, but Tracy shows up and tells him that his home is the Quartermaine mansion. She proceeds to tell him that he'll exist on no booze, no sex, three servings of fruit and YOGA until the doctor says otherwise. Luke says that he's in hell and is happy to see that Skye has come to rescue him.
"Why did you tell Carly about Jake?" Jason insists when he finds Sam on the waterfront. She hesitates for a minute and then gives him an honest answer. She tells him that he hurt her and now they are even. Jason sees it differently because Carly will unleash a world of trouble on him now.
Joe (the mechanic) rushes into the hospital with his pregnant wife. She's only six months along, but she's very sick. Nadine takes Joe's insurance card to start the paperwork. As Dr. Lee is working on Joe's wife, Miss Sneed shows up and says that his insurance isn't valid so he'll have to move her to the county hospital. Joe says that there must be a mistake and he'll work it out later. Sneed persists, much to the discomfort of Nadine and Kelly who are standing by, and Joe's wife insists that he help her up so they can go.
Carly rushes into Sonny's office and tells him to get Diane started on a custody case for Jason. He tells her that Jake is none of her business. She guesses that he's in a foul mood because Kate left him again. Sonny tells her that Kate is off limits to her. Carly says now that Kate's out of the way, they can focus on Jason. She tells Sonny to tell Jason how crazy it is to let Lucky be Jake's father! Just then, Jason shows up. He asks her to do as he asks for once. "If you want to get maternal, go have a kid with Jax!" he yells and Carly takes off with her feelings hurt.
Tracy reluctantly gives Luke and Skye some privacy and Skye tells him of her plan to start over somewhere green. Luke jokes that she's going to live in a money vault and then they laugh over some of their adventures together. Luke asks her if she thinks it's good to keep an endangered species in a cage and when she seems confused, he says he has a favor to ask of her. Later, Edward finds Skye on her way out and asks her to tell Lila Rae about her namesake when she gets older. Skye seems in a rush and says she hates goodbyes. As she gets on the elevator, Luke (dressed as a limo driver) is there with her!
Sam runs into Lucky on the waterfront. She apologizes for telling Carly about Jake and Lucky accuses her of getting off on all the chaos that she's caused. He says that she wants everyone to pay for the fact that she can't have kids and he doesn't like that about her or want to be a part of it. He admits, however, that he is messed up enough to understand her motives. He says that he was hooked on pills, but she's hooked on hurting people in exchange for the hurt she has felt. But he got help and she hasn't. Sam says that she doesn't want to be like this, and Lucky tells her to do something about it. He says that he doesn't want danger near his boys and that includes from her. "We could be heading somewhere," he tells her, but it can't be about what they've done, rather what they do from here on out.
Jax runs into Carly as she rushes down the street. He asks her for some quality time tonight and she practically pushes him away. She says that she doesn't have time for hearts and flowers tonight. Jax says that she is so caught up with Jason that she can't even see that their marriage is in trouble. He asks when it ends with Jason and she says, "When he's happy!" and then rushes off.
In Manhattan, Kate is hard at work. Clarisse tells her that she will be back at the helm any time now and then off to Paris for a month. Kate doesn't look as happy as you might think at the thought of it. Soon there's a knock on her door and when she opens it, Sonny tells her that it's been difficult getting her off of his mind. Now THAT makes Kate happy.
Back at Liz's house, she puts her little angle down for "night night." Downstairs, Cam has found the matches and strikes one. As Liz comes down the stairs, he throws it in the trash can to hide it from her, and then runs out the door. She chases him out the door and it closes behind them. After she catches him, they return to the porch and see flames through the window. She pounds on the door but can't get in.
Outside of the hospital, Luke thanks "Blaze" for setting him free and then tells her what a touch of class she has been for this town. She says that she's horrible at goodbyes. He asks if she'll ever come back and she says that she'll have to if Tracy isn't good to him.
Inside at the nurses' desk, Mayor Floyd is brought in on a stretcher after hurting himself in a skateboard accident. Edward, Monica and Epiphany are rushing around to get him some help and that's when Joe and his wife return. Joe informs them that this time he's brought his insurance with him. He opens his coat to reveal that a bomb is strapped to his waist.

Joe threatens to blow the entire hospital away.
Liz smashes a window to get into the house.
Jason is going to look into Anthony Zacchara's medical and mental state.
