Luke's version of Hell is hilarious, Georgie is suspicious of Coop and the first strike in the mob war goes down.

"Dr. Quartermaine, this patient is bleeding out!" Epiphany tells Monica as they struggle to keep Luke from bleeding out. Monica can't seem to function, but thankfully Dr. Julian comes in and takes over. Monica leaves and goes to the waiting room to face Luke's family. She finds them arguing about whether or not Scottie should be among them. As they argue, Monica approaches them and tells them that she is sorry. She admits that she should've never tried to perform surgery because Tracy was right - she froze. She says that she saw Emily's face and lost focus and nearly lost Luke. She says that Dr. Julian is doing everything he can as they speak. Leslie and Bobbie are gracious and empathize with Monica's loss, but Tracy is furious.

Down the hall, Johnny is peaking into Luke's hospital room where Logan is comforting a very upset Lulu. She swears that if Luke makes it out of the hospital healthy, she'll never give him grief again. Logan promises her whatever happens; she'll never have to be alone.

Luke has "landed" himself a spot on the sofa wearing a cardigan in Laura's house. Skye is there too, and she helps to explain what he's found himself in the middle of. First two quarreling kids - a girl named Laura, and her brother Scottie -- burst into the room. Then, a very pregnant Lulu comes down the stairs carrying a baby (His name is "Baldwin" and Luke quickly learns that he has a sensitive digestive tract). Logan is right behind her and so is a white standard poodle named "Whizzer" who promptly lives up to his name. Lulu tells her kids to stop fighting or they'll scare Grandpa Luke away. Lulu hands the baby over to Luke and says that she and Logan are off to Lamaze class and then it's "date night."

Then, a very funky Leslie grooves down the stairs with a boom box on her shoulder. Turns out that disco is back and she's off for a date. Luke hands the baby over to Skye and heads for the door, but the doorknob burns his hand. As he tries to deal with his version of Hell, Luke ends up calling his eldest granddaughter a bad name. and then a mustached Lucky comes home. That's when things get even worse! Turns out Luke is now a cop, too! Then Mac comes over for his weekly outing with Luke -- Putt Putt golf and iced tea! Luke asks Skye what he ever did that was so horrible and she just laughs. Luke cries.

Things are heating up over at Sonny's house. He gives Max orders to keep his eyes and ears open for the next shipment. After Max takes off, Kate shows up at the back door. She's come to finish their conversation from earlier. Sonny is pleased to see her, but says that since she is afraid of him, he thought he should walk away. Kate says that the second he left her house, all she wanted was to see him again. He tells her that she has made him feel alive again and he doesn't want to let fear keep them apart. Kate is grinning from ear-to-ear and she agrees that he makes her happy. "You inspire a passion that no man has ever come close to," she admits. They end up making love and Sonny asks her to sleep over. Kate says that she can't. She tells him that she loves him, but it really matters to her who hires the security system to protect her - it's about boundaries. Sonny laughs and tells her that she's using blackmail, but Kate leaves nonetheless.

Trevor has gone to Jason's to tell him that the tragic death of his sister was meant to teach Jason a lesson about who he's up against. Jason smashes his head down to the desk and is about to shoot him when Spinelli rushes in and tells him not to shoot! He quickly says that Trevor's guards probably know where he is and warns Jason that this time he'll probably be convicted of murder. With his face smashed to the desktop, Trevor chuckles that the kid is right. Jason lets him go and Trevor says that Jason just started a war and then leaves. Jason thanks Spinelli for his clear head and Spinelli says that he thinks of Stone Cold as a brother. "You're family to me too," Jason says.

Maxi, Georgie and Coop are hanging out at Kelly's when flowers arrive for Maxi - from Coop. She asks how he was able to arrange for them so quickly and he says that he snuck out and ordered the flowers earlier. Maxi admits that while Georgie and Coop were gone, she got another text. Georgie comments that she found Coop outside with his cell phone - ordering flowers - at roughly the same time. Georgie wants to call Mac right away, but Coop says that there's no need to scare Maxi more than she already is.
Trevor is furious as he arrives home. He fills one of his men in on what's happened with Jason. "You strike the Corinthos organization tonight!" he orders. The guy says that Johnny should make the decision, but Trevor says that he is making it instead!
Johnny goes to Jason's and thanks him for sending Diane to get released from the PCPD. He wants to know what Jason wants in return. Jason says that he owes him nothing; he simply doesn’t think Johnny killed Emily. However, he has warning for the kid, "Don't mistake kindness for weakness. If I get the order to take you out - you're out." Jason says.

Georgie shows up at the penthouse and Spinelli lets her in. He asks how she is and tells her how glad he is that she wasn't hurt by the "Phantom of Death." She asks for his cyber skills and then asks him to trace the text she got earlier today -- "Seen your sis?" He checks it out and discovers that it's just like the others. It's piggybacked onto an implausible person's phone - in this case, Mac's. Georgie wonders if they can do something backwards. She gives Spinelli Coop's phone number and says that they don't know much about him and she caught him texting tonight. "I'm afraid that my sister's in love with the man who is trying to kill her!" she tells The Jackal.

Back in Luke's little version of Hell, he has just got the baby to sleep when granddaughter Laura loudly proclaims that she'd rather have her other grandpa baby sit! Skye explains that Scott is now an international gaming entrepreneur with casinos all over the world and has little time for the kids. Scott shows up and informs Luke that he and his woman are leaving town. Guess who the woman is? Tracy. She comes in and tells Luke that she was only a cash flow to him anyway. Scott informs Luke that his alimony check is late, by the way. Then Scott asks Luke if he has a message for Holly - because he's having a "little fun" with her on the side. After Tracy and Scott jet off to the Bahamas, Luke tells Skye that he has to do something! He giddily finds a Cuban cigar box and says there is a God! He can't find a light though, which is ironic since he's in hell. Then a bottle of scotch appears, but nothing comes out. He says that all of this is happening just because he chose the wrong surgeon! Skye tells him he was on this path long before his heart gave out. She asks if he would live his life any differently if he knew what he knows now? "My life was heaven!" he insists. Skye turns and walks out on him. Suddenly, he wakes up in the recovery room and the first person he sees is Skye. He's a little confused but then he sees Tracy. He says that he feels like he's been to hell and back.
Maxi and Coop are still at Kelly's. She tells him that she's been close to death before, but this time is different - she's not ready to die. She says that she wants to spend more time with people she cares about - like him. She says that she doesn't want to be alone tonight, and he asks her to stay with him.

Johnny shows up at home and when Trevor asks where he's been, he says that he doesn't answer to anyone - especially after another lawyer had to bail him out today. Trevor tells Johnny that if he had come to the PCPD too quickly, they would've though he had something to hide. Johnny can't believe that is dad used to buy Trevor's crap. Trevor acts as if he doesn't hear him. Instead, he congratulates Johnny and informs him that he has just made his first strike.

Jason goes to Sonny's house and says that he has a feeling Johnny isn't Emily's killer and that's why he got Diane to get him released. Then Jason admits that he lost his temper with Trevor earlier. "Tell me you wasted that son of a bitch!" Sonny says. Jason says that Spinelli was there and he couldn’t let him get involved. Just then, Max comes home and reports that their shipment was attacked a mile out in the bay. Two of their guys are dead. "The Zaccharas just declared war," Sonny states.
