Sorry but the last time we saw Lucky he didn't look that distraut like Sam says he was. I'm wondering how he and Sam were separated to begin with????

The reasons Jason is no longer with Sam or in love with her is all Sam's doing. That's the bottomline.

Good for Liz, not stooping to Sam's level. How can she, her heart is with Em right now? Where's Sam's? Oh yeah, she doesn't have one.

I'm not a fan of Carly, but I have liked her scenes this week. She has actually surprised me. She's shown true compassion for everyone who loved Em, even Liz. She may not have hugged or said anything to her, but she's kept quiet and you could tell she feels for them.

Loved Nik and Liz. I'm glad Liz stayed with Em, cause Nik needs his friends most right now. Liz also has to console our Jase for us. Poor guy. No one in their right mind, can possibly deny him what is rightfully his, not anymore. He deserves a family, he deserves to be happy. Liz, stay true to your heart, remember you did promise Em.

Luke and Tracy are a hoot! I liked Ric and Alexis. Their scenes were great. I hope Ric means every word and sticks to them. BTW, were are also missing Scotty, right?

The whole Jason and Monica scene was sad! I know Monica is really upset right now, so I will hope she comes to her senses and knows that she is going to need Jason now more than ever. She said some harsh things to Jason, but I don't think he took them to heart, because he knows she's just lashing out and doesn't mean what she said.

However, I've asked this question on the other boards. What's safer ... married to the Cassadines with Helena steering the wheel or connection to the Mob?

I liked the scene too, with Alexis and Ric. I hope this near death experience changes him. I like him better when he's not so revengeful.

GHROCKs, how can you say that Monica was Harsh on Jason, more then one person has pointed out that he is a cold blooded killer. Great he loves his family! but where is his compassion for the rest of humanity. Emily, would not have been in so much danger, if the mob would leave port charles.
If alkie didn't hatch this plan for these chips that brought Jerry and "three" to town in the first place. Coop wouldn't be killing people for fining out his secret. Alkie would have never been in town fighting with Sonny if it wasn't for that fact Sonny is a gangester... so who's fault is this? Once again the mobs... So yep, I think as an angry parent Monica had every right to say those things to Jason. I wish more people would.

GH is making me obsessive and all teary eyed!! hehhee

Sam stooped to a lower level by lashing out at Liz again. I don't get it... she wanted to tell Lucky the truth in the barn... & now that the truth is out, she is yelling at Liz for not caring about Lucky enough and to make him feel like he has nothing to lose by unloading her secret on him at the worst possible time!? I am confused.. Earth to Sam: if you had kept your mouth shut, atleast during the ball when there was a killer on the loose, Lucky won't have to feel that way & go into hiding. And as for being worried & to go look for Lucky, isn't he a cop/detective -- more than capable of taking care of himself. I guess Sam sees what all us viewers see, Lucky is a clueless cop. In fact, in the last episode, Liz did ask her if she had seen Lucky, and yet again she lashed out for no reason.
Liz, Lucky, Nik, Emily were best friends... they have been through rough patches, esp Liz/Lucky... but they overcame it and were still able to maintain that friendship. But that was before Sam was in the picture. Why isn't she going to find Lucky, when she is complaining that Liz do the same? I so agreed with Liz when she said Mac and PCPD are here... I am sure Lucky would be found since backup is here. But in Sam's mind, that wasn't a good enough answer.

The thing is Carly doesn't like Liz either... but she is being civil because she knows her BFF died and that is a huge loss to deal with ... so why make things worse by whining when clearly it's not the right place or time for it.

The last couple scenes of this epi were so emotional. Edward was great. But I think once again, it was Liz, Jason and Nic who stole the show... these 3 actors seriously deserve some Emmy noms. Liz's speech to Em was again very heartfelt.. she is so natural at conveying her emotions that I (once again) had tears rolling down my face. Then Nic was being 'inconsolable' ... and even Sam couldn't do anything. I loved Liz and Nic scenes (the backward hug), so touching and you could see both of them were devastated at the loss of Emily. But kudos to Liz for being strong for her friend!

Finally the scene with Jason and Monica... I understand the pain she is going through, but that was heartbreaking to watch/hear her shun Jason out of her life. She is the only family he has left.. and same goes for her. I understand the blame comes from hurt, but I felt so horrible for Jason -- another Kleenex moment. I personally think Monica's reaction (acting wise) was a bit robotic & ok (i know how ppl mentioned that the vets stole the show; i sort of disagree).. if it wasn't for Jason (SB), that scene would have been just any other soap scene. Seriously, his emotions & body actions were right on the money... watching him tearing up from inside made me reach for the kleenex.

Monica will change her mind about her killer son when she finds out that he has a child - as a mother who has lost a child I can see Monica's view - she lost everybody that meant the world to her = I am glad she gave it to Jason

Where is Lucky????

Posted by esprit at Wednesday, November 21 2007 08:50 AM

Some may find it hard to believe... but I used to cheer for Sam & Jason, and Lucky & Liz! I got off that bandwagon last year... when Sam slept with Ric.. and Lucky became an addict. Then I saw the chemistry between Liz & Jason, and so wanted them to be together.

Since Xmas is coming, and it is Thanksgiving... my soap wish is for Liz and Jason to have another kid.. a girl, who they can name Emily! That way the Quartermaine legacy will live on! And it would be the perfect gift to bring all of them together.
