Trevor Gives Ric An Ultimatum! Tuesday, August 28 2007

Trevor is trying to control Ric - and Kate - but why? Carly and Jax are at odds. Jason confronts Sam, who turns to Lucky.

On the plane, Jax tells Carly that he slept with Irina! She asks for the details and he tells her that he only slept with her because she threatened Carly and the boys. Carly doesn't believe him and even blames him for putting himself in the situation by not believing her about Jerry! In turn, Jax brings up the fact that she slept with Sonny - willingly! - and says at least he didn't have a choice but to sleep with Irina. "If anyone should be called a cheater here it's you, not me," Jax says! Carly can't believe he is still throwing her sleeping with Sonny in her face and calls him on it; Jax can't believe she won't believe that he didn't want to sleep with Irina. Seeing that neither will win the argument, he kisses her! Carly pulls away, unable to sleep with Jax because he slept with Irina. She tells him they won't be sleeping together until he is checked out by a doctor for diseases!

Trevor meets Ric at the Metro Court; Ric tells him to get lost but Trevor isn't interested in leaving. Ric says he won't drop the charges against Kate and Trevor tells him to shut up! He tells Ric to drop the charges against Kate or risk losing Molly! He leaves, telling Ric to get the paperwork to him.

Sonny asks Kate for answers about Trevor, wondering why she believes Trevor and can't believe in him. Kate goes on about how Trevor has helped her, wondering why Sonny is so against the man. He tells her that Trevor ruined his mother's life and blamed him! He tells her that his mom was Trevor's housekeeper and fell down the stairs, becoming injured, and when Trevor's wife found out she was pregnant left him. He then demanded that she give up Sonny! Kate tells him what she heard about Sonny from Trevor and then tells him what she remembers of Sonny as a teen. She wonders if he would really kill Trevor. Sonny asks if she knows why Trevor is really in town and proceeds to tell her about Trevor's association with the New York mob! Kate refuses to believe Sonny is right. He leaves. Trevor arrives a while later and they talk over old times. She thanks him for always being there for her. He tries to kiss her but she pulls away, telling him she needs some time before they sleep together. He graciously steps back, telling her he'll be around for a little while and leaves.

Max and Diane are playing poker while waiting for Sonny to return. Diane is going on about Sonny's involvement with Kate netting her a new designer gown and Max lets it slip that he's happy Sonny has been distracted too because he hasn't been asking about Carly. Diane picks up on that and asks Max about Carly's whereabouts. He clams up. Sonny arrives and tells Diane to drop Kate's case and start focusing her energies on his interests. She wonders why and Sonny updates her about Kate's involvement with Trevor; Diane tells him she won't drop Kate's case - because fashion is more important than mob mistrust! Sonny cuts her off, tells her to pull all of Trevor's records because he doesn't want Kate caught between them!

Back at the Metro Court, Amelia notices Elizabeth and Emily across the room and invites them to join she and Lucky. Liz turns down the offer but Lucky stops her, asking why she is there. Emily steps in, tells Lucky that they met for drinks and apologizes for running into him. She and Elizabeth leave. Amelia asks him if he is sleeping with Sam and Lucky clams up. She leaves to return to the station to go over the safety measures for Sam with security. Across the room, Emily asks Liz about Lucky. Liz wonders if their marriage is worth saving! Emily reminds Liz that Lucky was part of the problem, too.

Sam is going on about her choices when Jason tells her that he knows what she did to Elizabeth and Jake! Sam defends her actions, telling Jason that nothing was going to get out of hand! Angry, Jason throws a vase against the wall and angrily confronts her about what she did! Sam insists that she was just trying to help Liz see the light, telling Jason that she gave up her life to be with him and he turned to Liz anyway. Jason threatens Sam, saying he will kill her if she goes near Liz or the boys again! Jason leaves. Lucky arrives a while later and Sam breaks down in his arms. She apologizes for crying on him and Lucky wonders what is really going on. Spying the glass on the floor he asks her about it; she makes up a story about breaking things when she gets angry. Lucky leaves.

Lucky finds Elizabeth in their backyard cleaning up the boys mess. He apologizes for how he acted at the restaurant but tells her he isn't past the anger part yet. He insists that he isn't going to give up. She says she isn't either!

Jason goes home and gives Spinellie new orders - to keep Sam away from Liz! Spinelli leaves. Amelia arrives, telling Jason about Lucky's new business venture with Sam. She tells him to be prepared to comfort Liz! Jason thanks Amelia for the information but tells her to back off. Then he asks her to keep the secret about Jake - forever. She promises but warns him Sam won't keep quiet for long and will use Jake to get to him. She leaves.

Spinelli arrives at Sam's and begins to ask her questions about what happened with Jason. She doesn't give him all the details and when Spinelli begins calling him Stone Cold, Sam says he's right - Jason is cold and disconnected from other people. She cleans up the mess left over from his visit while Spinelli defends Jason. She won't listen and tells Spinelli she is done with Jason.

Maxie tells Spinelli Lulu slept with Logan! Ric wonders why Trevor is really in town. Jerry wants to make amends with Jax - or does he?
