Robin admits why she's so cranky, Liz is pressured to go hear Jason's verdict, and Jerry admits that he lost track of Jax.

In front of Epiphany, Robin tells Patrick that she's "late" and she's normally like clockwork. "How could this have happened?" he asks. They walk over to the nurse's lounge as Patrick interrogates her. He tells her that they use condoms and she's "supposed to be" on the pill. Robin says that she is, but no birth control method is fool proof. Patrick knows that he's behaving badly and asks her to give him a minute to catch up to something that she's been aware of for days. Robin tells him that this isn't something she wanted either. He's thinks out loud for a minute and comments about how young they are and they have many "experiences" ahead of them. "I see, you may have conceived a child but all you can think about is how it may have screwed up your swingin' single life," Robin says as she stands to leave.

Lulu is attempting to leave the Q mansion, but is stopped by Edward and Monica. They remind her that they are her guardians at the moment, and Lulu assures them that nothing is going on. Just then Logan arrives and Edward jumps down his throat. Logan says that he's not happy to be Scott Baldwin's son, but at least coming to Port Charles has lead him to Lulu. Monica jumps in and says that in addition to having a questionable father, working for Sonny Corinthos is bad news. She says her son, Jason, has gone down the same dangerous path. She turns to Lulu and says that the women in Sonny's life are always in danger, too. Logan tells the Q's that even if he quite his job tomorrow, they still wouldn't let him date Lulu. Edward orders Alice to remove Logan. She holds him by the shoulders, but he shakes her off. Lulu tells Monica that she is going to see Logan no matter what they say.

In the courtroom, the county coroner has just testified that he didn't do an autopsy on Lorenzo Alcazar. Next Mac takes the stand and Diane points out that the PCPD has brought Jason in for arrest on 32 separate occasions, yet he's never once been convicted of anything. "Jason Morgan can afford to hire high-priced attorneys like yourself," Mac counters. Diane suggests that Ric Lansing has been out to get Jason for years and this trial is more of the same. Next Lorenzo's recent bank records become the issue at hand, and after that, it's Amelia's turn on the stand as Diane's witness. She recounts a conversation with Ric in which he admits that this case against Jason is personal. "Mr. Lansing said that he wanted to be the one to send Jason to prison and that he wanted to document every step for publicity," Amelia continues. Finally, both attorneys address the jury and make their respective closing arguments. They both make a good case.

"My name is Irina…and I just had sex with your husband," Carly hears loud and clear through the long-distance phone connection. She demands that she speak to her husband, but Irina hangs up. She turns to Jerry and reports that it was a woman with a Russian accent named Irina. She tells him that Irina claimed to have slept with Jax! Jerry says that's not possible and then leaves. Carly asks the front desk clerk for the caller ID number from the call, and then she dials the phone. Across the globe, Irina asks a gagged Jax if she should answer. The phone keeps ringing, but Jax wants her to answer it.

Alan is visiting Tracy at Shady Brook but he clams up when Scott arrives. She taunts Scott with the fact that he is Logan's father and he continues to deny it. They both agree on one thing, that Logan should NOT be dating Lulu. Tracy tells him that she has a plan to keep and after hearing her out, Scott reluctantly agrees to go along with it. Later, Logan arrives and Tracy informs him that Scott has agreed to do a blood test. He says that he doesn't need to take a blood test and Scott says that's because he's been lying all along. Lulu shows up and asks what's going on. Logan explains and Lulu asks him if he wants to take the test.

Sam is at Kelly's and Lucky comes in. He pulls up a seat and she tells him that she considered lying on the stand in order to hurt Jason. "Other people have lied on the stand," she says, but she can't do it. They talk about Jason and how everyone thinks he can do no wrong. Sam tells Lucky that she's not a victim, but she feels like she's been played for a fool.

Robin is trying to tell Elizabeth about some meds for a patient, and then admits that she's distracted today. Elizabeth has overheard about the possible pregnancy and tells Robin that both her sons were surprises and now they are her life. Meanwhile, Patrick is talking to Epiphany. He says that if he has a child, he wants to "make a contribution", but he's just not ready to do that. Epiphany tells him to consider "the mother" for a moment. Robin stomps by and tells Patrick that she's going home to take a pregnancy test.

Lulu arrives at Kelly's and Maxi tells her to keep her "skanky self" away from Coop. Lulu tells her that she's desperate and clingy. Maxi counters by telling Lulu that her that her fan club is one man down, now that Dillon moved away. Lulu says that she's lost her appetite and leaves.

When Epiphany hears that Jason's case has gone to the jury, she tells Elizabeth to take the rest of the day off and get down to the court house. Liz thanks her, but says that she can't do that to Lucky. Soon, Amelia shows up at the nurse's desk and tells Liz that she should go down to the courthouse to support Jason when the verdict comes in. Liz asks Amelia why she cares so much. Amelia replies that Jason saved her life and she's concerned about him. Again, Liz affirms that she's not going to the courthouse. "The whole town knows that I slept with him, why make it worse by showing up for the verdict?" she tells Amelia.
When no one answers the phone, Carly tells her front desk guy that someone was playing a trick on her, that's all. Soon Jerry comes back through the lobby and she forces him admit that he's lost track of Jax and is worried about him.

Patrick meets Robin at home and apologizes for his initial reaction. She accepts his apology and he picks up the EPT box. He says, "Whatever happens, we'll stumble through this together." She takes it from him and goes into the bathroom. As they kill the few minutes until they know the result, Robin says that statistics have improved and her chances of having an HIV positive baby are really slim. Patrick tells her that she'll make a great mother, whether it's now or someday. The timer goes off and Robin picks up the stick. It's negative. Patrick is happy and Robin is clearly bothered by it. Then, she half-heartedly agrees that it's good news.

The judge returns to the courtroom and asks the jury if they've reached a verdict. He is handed a piece of paper and asks Jason to rise.
