Ric questions Skye about Alcazar; Jerry and Carly go to Alcazar's bank. Lucky talks things over with Sam. Patrick is surprised at Noah. Lulu makes a decision about Logan.
Lulu surprises Edward and Monica at breakfast. She asks about phone calls but no one has taken any calls for her. Alice brings a package to Monica and offers Lulu some eggs. Edward insists she take a few bites, uncovers the plate. Inside in a muffin with a candle on top! They wish her a happy birthday, explaining they were planning a party but had to cancel it. They decided to cancel, Monica explains, because of the stress Lucky's been under. Lulu shrugs it off, thanking them for remembering her anyway. She takes the muffin and Edward reminds her to make a wish. She doesn't want to. Edward begins talking in circles; Monica tells him to just say it: they want to know if Jake is Jason's son! Uncomfortable, Lulu dances around the issue. She reminds them that Liz swore under oath that Jack was Lucky's. Lulu leaves.
Alan and Tracy bicker over Edward's running of ELQ - Alan tells her they need to work together to outsmart Edward! Logan arrives and asks Tracy if he can have permission to date Lulu! Alan and Tracy burst out laughing. She tells Logan he will never have her permission. Lulu walks in, wondering what is going on. Tracy tries to convince her Logan is after money but he tells her he just wanted permission to date her. Lulu takes Logan's side and they leave. When they are alone, Alan tells Tracy that Lulu is only being a teenager but she doesn't think so. Edward arrives and calls Tracy out - he believes she is trying to interfere with Lulu's life to make Luke happy! Tracy tells him he needs to let her out or Lulu will be in big trouble.
Logan and Lulu return to his apartment, which is decorated for her birthday! Lulu can't believe what he did for her. Smiling, she thanks him for thinking of her and kisses him! Logan goes to find candles and asks Lulu to open her present - it's a charm bracelet. He wants them to build it together. Lulu loves it and begins to cry. "Nobody's ever done anything like this for me," she says and they kiss again, passionately. Logan pulls back and asks if she is sure. Lulu says she is sure and they make love.
Jerry tells Carly they need to go to a bank today. She refuses, thinking they are going to steal Lorenzo's money. Jerry explains that there is another reason to go to the bank - to find out if Alcazar has been moving money around while he's been in hiding. They return from the bank, unable to access the accounts. Carly vents her anger on Jerry, telling him they haven't proven anything. The bank manager comes to the hotel with questions of his own! He asks how they got the password and Carly tell him that Alcazar gave her the password because he is in hiding. The bank manager doesn't believe them and won't until he can speak with Alcazar personally. Jerry pulls out a cell phone, makes a call and tells the bank manager to talk to Alcazar right now!
Elizabeth tells Lucky she has been recalled to testify by Jason's attorney. Sam, listening in at the window, overhears Lucky asks if any other secrets are likely to come out. She assures him there won't be any more secrets and he decides to stick around the house with the boys. She leaves. Still hurt, he wonders if Liz is still keeping secrets. He takes their wedding picture and smashes it on the table! Sam knocks on the door and Lucky invites her inside. He asks if Liz is the reason she and Jason broke up. Reluctantly Sam says yes! Lucky tells her things would be completely different if Jake weren't his son.
Diane meets with Jason at the jail, advising him to stay calm and cool throughout the proceedings today. She suggests the recall Elizabeth but Jason refuses. Liz arrives and Jason tells her not to testify again. Liz is determined, though, and won't back down.
Skye arrives at the courthouse. Ric tries to get her to admit that she knows more than she has said about Lorenzo's disappearance. She insists she is innocent. They go inside and Diane begins questioning Liz about her marriage to Ric. Elizabeth tells the court that Ric has been set on revenge against Sonny for a long time. Ric objects but the judge allows Diane to continue. Under redirect, Ric gets Liz to admit that she lied to Lucky about sleeping with Jason. Skye is called to the stand. He asks her about the day Lorenzo disappeared and Skye takes him through the chain of events. She explains that they were leaving town because Lorenzo feared for his life and then tells him about the listening devices. Diane questions her about her feelings for Alcazar, and Diane manages to get her to admit that Alcazar had no other relatives and that their daughter stands to inherit if Lorenzo is declared dead. She also gets Skye to lie on the stand about Jason's being at the house (she says he wasn't) and what she heard or didn't hear (a thump in the house). Ric begins questioning Skye about Alcazar's family members who were killed in P.C. and Skye tells the court Lorenzo wouldn't have left town and his daughter behind. Ric's next witness is a criminalist whom he questions about the tape of the "murder" and then plays the tape.
Liz returns home, excited when she hears Lucky playing with Cameron from outside. She goes inside, surprised to find Sam there, too, and holding Jake!
Patrick demands some blood work from Epiphany, who tells him to calm down. He asks again, nicely, as Robin walks up. Epiphany realizes his mood is based on sexual frustration and tells them both to cool it. Noah, also annoyed, demands some tests from Epiphany. They realize Noah has the same issues Patrick does! Noah gets angry at Robin, believing that she is the reason Anna won't even talk to him now. Robin wonders why Patrick defended her to his dad and Epiphany fills him in - Patrick defended her to get back into her bed! They argue about Anna and Noah - again.
Noah, dressed as Eli, runs into Bobbie at the bar. They talk about him pretending to be Eli. Bobbie reminds him of the fun-loving guy he used to be and asks why he can't be that guy again without risking his sobriety. A producer arrives and Noah gets set for his meeting. They talk for a bit and then the man proposes a toast. Noah takes a drink!
Noah returns to the hospital to consult with Patrick on a pregnant patient. Both worry about the patient. Patrick asks Noah to scrub in with him for the surgery! Remembering the drink he took Noah tells Patrick that he can't - because Patrick can handle the procedure alone. Patrick wonders what just happened and asks Robin if she saw it.
